ION Solar

Excellent Experience

I was skeptical of all the solar companies trying to gain my business. ION Solar changed my mind with their professionalism and excellent customer service.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!

**DO NOT USE ION** Beware of this company. Bait & switch should be their motto! Their sales reps will tell you all the pretty things you want to hear to entice you to sign the contract. Once you sign the dotted line the tables turn very quick. Horrible customer service. 12/14/2020 UPDATE we've had power bills 6 out of our first twelve months! This is absurd. The panels are under producing and we weren't notified that a "software update" needed to be completed. We are drastically using less energy YoY. Their customer service team is STILL HORRIBLE and useless. I regret the day we singed the contract with ION Solar. They also installed panels on the side of our house with "less sun" to swindle us into buying more panels - WE HAVE 37!!! There is NO WAY we should have a bill, especially in DECEMBER!

Going Solar w/ ION

I'd actually been thinking about solar panels since my family and I moved into our new home in 2018. Ironically, ION Solar came by and I was sold. Thanks to Jonathon Borkoski, the process was seemingless and the panels were installed quickly. Everyone that came by the house were professional and respectful. Now we are just waiting for our PTO. Thanks!!!

Excellent communication

Josh has kept in the loop at all the right times

Great service

Helped me through the whole process and answered all my questions.

I can not imagine a better solar company!

These guys are true experts from sales to completion. 100% satisfied customer.

Great choice for solar

Ion was great! From my initial meeting with my sales rep (shout out Hunter) through to installation their teams were all great at making sure I was well informed and comfortable through each step in the process. They also took care of all the permitting with the city and my HOA. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in going Solar.

Great Value and amazing installation experience!

All the guys that did the install were great! Very courteous and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Made the whole process extremely easy and painless! Very happy with decision to go with Ion.

Awesome company/outstanding employees

The process to have panels installed could not have been easier; the employees who came to the house each time were beyond exceptional, communication was exemplary, and overall I would highly recommend ION!!!

Best Service ION family

Love the service provided by the ION family team, my sales manager Anthony Rivero was the best

Promises Kept

ION Solar has kept every promise they have made to us. From the signing of our contract, through installation, and permitting, they have followed through professionally, timely, and courteously. Calvin, our representative was very thorough and has been available through every step. We are looking forward to saving energy in 2021 and beyond.

Ion has been great thus far.

Can't wait until I'm saving loads of money. Great service.

An Outstanding Company

From the first meeting with the sales representative, the pre-inspection, the install team, the post-inspection team, every one was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I was always kept in the loop. Either by phone, email. Or IM. Any question I had was quickly answered. ION SOLAR is an outstanding company and have provided exemplary service. I recommend they without hesitation.

Outstanding Service

This team is A-MAZE-Ing! Professional, Prompt, and Communicative. From the start they were always on time, and explained every step of the way. I had done a lot of research prior to my in home presentation, so I was able to fact check them ahead of time to see if they were just trying to get a sell... from first meeting to actual install was less than one month, and I haven't had to do a thing, but be home on install day. We still have to have the power company inspect and all that before my panels are switched on. But smooth sailing thus far. Highly recommend ION

Happy customer

Very good about getting the job done without me having to go after them. Thank you!

Amazing from start to finish!

From the first person to the last, everyone was very nice, informative, polite and professional. These solar panels are such a great deal and the process was so smooth. There are also amazing incentives in addition to the panels and saving money by using them. I am 100% pleased and so happy I switched to solar!!

Wonderful

ION did it all. From the original explanation, to the roof inspection, to the solar panels, to the city, electric company and all the other inspirations. Kept us informed every step of the way. When I had questions, they were always ready with an answer. Thank you ION for all of your hard work

Reasonably priced and hassle free solar solution

My experience with Ion Solar has been nothing but positive so far. The sales person I am dealing with (Jessica Gilden) is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. All applications and permits were submitted by Ion with little to no involvement by me. The installation of the panels and equipment was installed as scheduled, despite rain during the last part of the installation. The installers were all very polite and cleaned up after themselves. The city inspection was completed yesterday so I am currently waiting on the power company to come change my meter (final step). I look forward to having my panels up and running in a week or so.

Good Service

Service is good and fast

Good service so far

Came to my door, offered some good service in time to get the federal and state rebates. Have followed through on everything so far, process isn't done yet. Will update if that changes.

My solar panels

They did a great job and always kept us informed.

Quality products but disorganized service

This company provides quality products and our system is working just fine, but it has taken 7 months to complete the project due to mishaps in the office, such as requests from the local city planning for more info, which got lost and was not rectified for 3 months.

Excellent!

Presentation was clear and precise, both pros and cons. Installation crew was great - on time, courteous, friendly, explained what they would accomplish, then went right to work, hardly knew they were there. On completion of work the clean up was excellent, followed by a walk through of the complete installation explaining the purpose and operation of each component. Following the walk through time was taken to ensure I understood the next few steps necessary before the system could be placed in service. Excellent service!!!!!

Professional and efficient

Very happy with our choice to use ION, we had a LOT of questions going into the project and Seth answered all of them. They have communicated every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them.

Seamless process

From initial visit to installation everything went seamlessly. We are eagerly waiting on inspection then we can flip the switch to savings! Chose ION because I liked the clean look of their installation, no ugly conduit all over my house.
