ION Solar

wonderful company

We had a wonderful experience with Ion solar, If you are looking for a very good company of solar panels this is the best, Communication was excellent, always professionals and really knowledge of everything about solar systems...... It was a fantastic experience!

I like that they keep us posted

They were very up front and honest they explained everything to us and always keep us up to date

Great Service

My experience with ION Solar has been a long and pleasant experience. It was long because of my HOA, but their team stepped in and was able to get some things overlooked by the HOA because it made no sense as to why it was required. I was updated on my progress through the app, email, text and by phone calls, when needed. The people they have employed are pleasant to work with and they understand how the system works. I really appreciate the team that was assigned to install on my property. I would recommend them.

Sales team were just great

Professional sales team who stuck to the facts and didn't throw other companies under the bus...refreshing. Clean and professional install

Great company and service!

If you are looking into getting solar, look no further. I came to Ion after I was referred to them by my family and a neighbor who had just worked with them. I had already been doing my research into different companies around the Denver Metro and had my questions ready when I sat down with Clay Parks, their sale representative. Clay was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He walked us through the process, the specs, the satellite images, artistic renders and the pricing. We were not hard to convince and signed that day. The “wait period” was fast. From sign to install we were getting panels up in about 30 days. The install team was great. Arrived during their scheduled window and were very respectful of our property and time. Each step of the way the corporate office was calling and ensuring we were satisfied and informed. I would recommend Ion to anybody!

VERY PROFESSIONAL

DID A EXECELLENT JOB INSTALLING AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Amazing

We recently bought a brand new home that we built from the ground up. We had multiple solar companies approach us. We ended up going with ION Solar and we definitely do not regret it. The sales man were so professional and very outgoing. The process was very easy and the installation was great. Would recommend to any of my friends/family members.

Seems to be a very reliable company.

There salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable about solar energy in the area. He was able to quickly get an estimate of the total cost including the cost of replacing our old roof. The survey was done quickly and once the permits were obtained the installation was scheduled and completed in one day. The install crew was very quick in installing the complete system and verifying that it works. We are waiting for the final inspections before the system can be turned on. The delay is caused by the end of year holidays not the company.

Exceptional solar company

They’ve provided great service through a super friendly staff. I would recommend to others

Great!

I have enjoyed my interactions with Ion Solar. Their customer service is great, their installation was great and their team is so friendly. I recommend this company to help reduce your carbon footprint

Overall very good experience!

The process was overall very smooth. They do all the legwork for you. They are pretty good at communicating and scheduling. I wish the sales associate would reach out more along the process instead of simply at the beginning. Overall process from start to finish takes several months which was also not explained. Only reasons for not getting 5 stars.

They worked with me throughout the process

Mr Feldman was the manager who met me for the First Time. He really explained in detail what the company does and how getting a Solar will be beneficial to me. His detailed explanation made me interested. He kept in touch with updates and educated me on the process including timelines. Now all installation has been completed . He was really friendly and nice to work with.

Great customer experience

Salesperson is knowledgeable with what the company provides. technical guys are very professional.

Best in providing crystal clear information and customer support

I am happy to be a customer of ION Solar where Customer Care Representative gave me a crystal clear information about the steps installation process, design of the system, cost of the project, generation of power as per my consumption, Schedule of all the processes and the approval process. Customer Care support updates each and every information timely.

Professional, Courteous and Amazing Customer Service

Ion's complete team has amazing customer service skills and everyone is upbeat, friendly and motivated. Good customer service is hard to come by these day but all of the representative I spoke with were professional and extremely helpful in answering any questions I had.

Great people to work with.

We have looked a solar several times and the price was right at this time. All the people we have worked with have been great. The salesman, the office staff, the engineer and the installers. The City inspector did not like where a grounding wire was put. The men were here right a way and moved it. It was a thrill to flip the switch and start using solar energy for now and the future.

low to NO comunication

This company has been a pain since the beginning , with them roughly treating my roof , to the meter placement , each complaint has been ignored and any way of contacting them via email text calls have all been ignored . If this is the way a new customer is treated it shows me what any maintanance will be like in the future

Easiest Home Improvement

Ion Solar made the installation process for our solar panels very easy, handling all the paperwork, submitting applications, and getting all the permits required. One minor delay due to missing paperwork for an inspection, however, it was taken care of the following day, causing only a minor delay.

Great way to save $$

Salesman helped me to decide if adding solar panels was a good choice for my own situation. Once I decided company kept me abreast of entire process. Installation went great! Employees friendly. My only concern was when it was time to turn system on I was advised by text. I would have preferred one more visit to show me in person.

They make the process smooth and easy.

After grilling the salesperson for 4 hours and checking a ton a reviews, I decided to go with ION Solar. I just started using my panels and no problems so far. Ion took care of navigating the very complicated process from beginning to flipping the "on" switch.

Great company and very efficient!

Ion Solar proved to be a reliable and efficient company to have install my solar panel system. They kept communication easy and open and did a very good and clean job installing the system.

New customer

Very knowledgeable and thorough. They followed up with us at every step of the way, I never had any question what our next steps were in the process.

Great company

Very fast in service

A great company to deal with.

I had some curiosity about solar power as well as some reservations. But one day, Ion Solar had people canvasing the neighborhood and after speaking with them, I scheduled an appointment to see what they had to offer. I met with Dean Rolle Jr. He gave a very detailed and informative presentation. He answered all of the questions I had that day as well as questions I came up with throughout the installation process. He was always accessible by phone or text which was very reassuring.

Professional, friendly, and clear about how things would be done

I appreciated the team from sales to install. Professional, friendly and thorough with how the process works. The install crew was friendly, clean and helpful.
