ION Solar

Very Professional and Communicative

Its definitely a tedious process but ION reps made sure I am in loop for everything and the communication was very helpful to understand what happens next and what is being done. I would definitely recommend ION to my friends and family as well.

Very pleasant, very professional. They did an excellent job.

ION

Great to be on Solar but I would advise new customers to wait wait a few months if you're in a new house to see what your current light bill will be. I used my previous address light payments but should've waited before deciding to go solar.

Easy and lots of communication.

Great company, great product, great price

Great experience with the ION team, they offer more efficient panels for a lower price than other companies I looked into.

Starting the Process

It’s really mind blowing how easy the process has been. They work quickly and quietly but get work done!! Big Shoutout to Michael Modesette for getting us to make that leap in to the future of energy. He was laid back and we talked like we knew either other for some time but we had just met for the first time and that’s what really sold us. Thank you Michael!!! We are glad to be apart of the ION Community.

Ion solar

Great workmanship and very professional

Outstanding Company

Hunter Lucas was very helpful when explaining how beneficial it would be for me expense wise to go solar. He took his time to answer all questions that I asked to make that I was satisfied with the services I would be receiving. The installers who came to my home were very professional as well. The install went very smooth and fast. I would recommend Ion Solar for anyone whose looking to get solar panels for their home.

Great customer service

Ion solar installed my solar panels they look great on my house. Their customer service and communication were exceptional I would highly recommend them!!

Worst company for issues after sales

We had solar installed in 2019. We have had problems with production not reading for years and cannot get it completely corrected. Last summer(the highest production months) we were down resulting in paying high energy bills, not being able to sell srec so we got hit double. One of the ones who came out after waiting months said it has to be in our wiring because it keeps blowing fuses. He also recommended a new combiner because he thinks mother board is overheating during high production days but never looked into it, replaced 30 amp fuse with 60 amp and it got us through winter, but now we are at the same point with more sun we have blown fuse. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Ion solar has been excellent to work with. A previous solar company that came through the neighborhood tried to push the largest possible system, which would have cost twice as much as my electric bill. Ion came in with a design that not only met my electric needs, but could potentially cost me less per month than my current electric bill. The communication is remarkable, with constant updates, and throughout the whole process the only thing I have had to do is make sure I was home for installation and inspection. Ion has handled the rest and it’s been an amazingly easy, pain fee promise.

Phenomenal!

Jacob Lamb came to our door and won us over with his professionalism, great customer service, and the great offer. Olivia was our project manager and she always kept us in the loop and gave me text and email updates frequently. After the contract was signed, the solar panels were installed VERY quickly!

Great experience

Our whole experience with ion has been pretty smooth. They kept us informed and it went pretty quick from beginning to end. Our sales rep Cordell was super knowledgeable and friendly. The installers were friendly and had no problems. So far it’s great

Ion Solar has been a terrific partner for my home solar install. From the very start with my rep Chris G through final installation with Aiden, Ion has been so professional at every step. Constant communication, attentive to my questions, customer service has been their priority. Highly recommend Ion Solar!

Great Folks to work with!

Cody Awtry was a pleasure to do business with! He was thorough in explaining everything and answering our questions. And what he told us would happened as far as communication with everyone along the way went that way! Each person I’ve spoken to has been very pleasant and has gone out of their way to ensure we are satisfied. The work performed has been top notch as well.

Long process but very worth it.

The process has been great! I'm never left wondering what's next and the work was done fast and very well.
