Smooth and Fast

Incredibly easy process and wonderful staff. Everything was explained very well and the panels were up in half a day.

Process was very easy from the moment we discussed the options with our representative, Elias Saliba. They update you every step of the way, and complete all the work for you.

Perfect

I had an amazing experience. The process was short and simple. I had by Russ and Colton every step of the way. With the support they provided I felt more and more confident with my decision alongside the process.

They did so good . thank u.

Ion solar was professional from start to finish. They keep you informed via a timeline chart which makes it easy to understand where your at during the project. The sales person, Jonathan Ortega, was attentive to all our needs and Ruben and his installation crew were the best.

Good job!

The process when well and pretty quick. The crew was good. The only down fall was clean up could have been a little better but not that big of a deal!

They were very professional and had great communication though the whole process

The customer service was top-notch, with quick responses and proactive updates that kept me well-informed throughout the process. They were always on top of tasks, ensuring that everything was handled smoothly. What really stands out is their attention to detail. They provided all the necessary information upfront, making the entire process transparent and easy to understand. Additionally, the mobile app is excellent – user-friendly and a great tool for monitoring the system’s performance. I highly recommend IONSolar for anyone looking to transition to solar energy. THANK YOU

I have been pleased with the way everyone has been helpful. This journey has been smooth because of the assistance of everyone I found it easy. I want to thank the team for every effort and assistance in making sure I completed all the steps required. I thought it was going to be a very challenging but everyone made it simple. From the sales person who did a great job going through the steps and being informative. The price quoted was reasonable and that is why I decided to go solar. Everything was scheduled to fit my busy schedule. They worked with me so that they can schedule when I was free. The installation guys were wonderful. They came on time and did the work within the time they scheduled. After the sale the support I got from everyone else was wonderful. They made sure they reached me through text, emails and even phone calls. I really appreciate. I will definitely refer others to the program. Thank you. Rose Ballard

The best experience!

Ion takes care of every detail of the process. I loved the fact that I didn’t have to contact the power company or the city. Ion was amazing in keeping me informed of the process and the next step.

From the start Amber who we first spoke to and then Ben Gorospe who was the sales person to the installers and everyone else that had come and go to do their jobs were all great to work with. They were all very accommodating and answered whatever questions we had. So far everything has gone smoothly. We are now just waiting for final inspection and eve dual approval from Nevada Power.

Russ Gonzales

Rus Gonzalez was amazing. He had informative information, knew the product and knew all the information about solar. He answered all my questions. Russ was very professional and courteous and very patient. I would recommend ion to all my friends.

Communication is key and Ion Solar kept me up to date throughout the process. It was refreshing.

The process was really easy to follow and Ion took care of everything so it was stress free on my end. Working great so far.

Outstanding processing and Installation

The processing way such as Quotes, engineering design, utility approval, HOA approval, City approval, inspections was outstanding. Company did all the processing for me. After all the approval was completed they Installed the panels. Literally installation was completed in less then 1 hours. I got 30 years warranty in all parts. I worked with Ryan Schoen from beginning and he explained all the process and electricity production mechanisms with power point slide and calculated all my previous electric bill and compare with solar. He did exceptionally reliable calculation with outstanding experience and knowledge. If my panels produced enough electricity my electric bill becomes zero. They installed 7 large panels so it will produce more then enough electricity for my house.

Amazing experience!

My experience with Solar Ion was great. I worked with the sales rep David Liberman and he was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. We got our solar installed just the other day and I’m beyond excited about it! I’m glad that we chose to go through Ion Solar.

Knowledgeable Personnel

When Jake came to explained the process, I was ok this guy is trying to sell me something so he will say whatever. But afer I started asking questions, I knew he was not bluffing, he really know what he is selling, he believes in what he is selling and make me believe as well. The installation process was actually fast, I prepared myself for a lot of hours with strangers in my house but it didn't took a lot. I was actually able to go to work after that. Thanks for the great service.

Very quick and professional work ethic.

The sales and installation process has been incredibly easy and efficient. There are consitent updates on each step of the process and I never feel out of the loop. All of the interactions with ion employees, whether in person or over the phone or email, have been courteous and professional. The installing of the solar panels was quick and the installers were careful not to distrub any bushes or landscaping.

Solar Installation Experience

We have used ION SOLAR for the past 3 years. Once for our initial installation and again recently when deciding to install additional panels. On each occasion ION has communicated and walked us through each step professionally and efficiently. Our sales representative Kerry has been a pleasure to work with and exhibits a level of customer service that is hard to find in these times. The entire company is TOP NOTCH. I don't usually write reviews because customer service has gone by the wayside but with ION I didn't hesitate.

Ion Solar

Brandon Baird, Justin Kerby, and the Ion Solar team are amazing people. They helped us with the process kept in touch with us all the time. Ion Solar use the best products. Great company to work with. Best setup also

Professional business model

I spent 1 1/2 years researching solar and how it may benefit me. I spoke to several companies who all provided me with their sales pitch. It wasn’t until I spoke with Ben Looney at Ion, did I feel knowledgeable enough to make the purchase. I changed my Solar plan twice, but that didn’t affect the level of service I received from Ben and the Ion team. I highly recommend using Ion for your solar needs.

Wonderful & So Easy

Very Easy to understand and to follow the process because they give you a tracker to inform the customer every step of the way. I’m a busy mom and professional so it’s difficult to want to take on another house project. This was very easy and installed in just a few hours! Do it! You won’t regret it!

Excellent Service

It’s been a great experience, Ion has been on top of all tasks and we have utility approval and installation done well ahead of schedule. The install team was fast and professional and left the house clean, which is very much appreciated. Highly recommend.
