ION Solar

Super patient reps, I had to reschedule several times due to scheduling conflicts but they politely rescheduled me and were never pushy or unpleasant when needing to do. Lauren was super during the consultation. No pressure sales she laid out the information and let us ask all the questions we needed and still never prodded us to buy. Really felt like it was our decision to buy and not a high pressure sales pitch.

Use any other solar company

When we started setting up our process they were on top of everything. Our sales agent Justin showed us the reviews and ION supports the customer every step of the way. After the solar panels were installed we started having issues. We called multiple times, to customer support, our sales agent, every time they would get back to us and so far to this date 6 months later no one has bothered calling back or checking in. I called again, same thing someone will call me back. Solar panels are turned on and suppose to be working but our electric bill is still out of control. They paint a pretty picture but when it comes to it at the end of they day the don't care about their customers just their commission. Use any other company.

Appointment-Coaching-Install-Assurance-Install

I have had the utmost excellent experience with ION Solar two times around. Justin Sivells has serviced us on both occasions and each experience only improved as we migrated through the phases until installation. The creditability of the company is amazing, the concern is heartfelt and the promises are true and valuable. This was the best decision we could have made and not to add the investment. Thank you ION for an amazing product and thank you Mr. Sivells for your honesty and professionalism. We don’t take those characteristics for granted.

First time getting solar

They were great with explaining the process and breaking it down.

Super fast installation! It was installed 25 days prior to expected due date. Everyone on the team were very professional and literally took care of everything.

Outstanding Experience with ION Solar - Highly Recommended!

We recently had the pleasure of working with ION Solar, and I can confidently say that the entire experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the initial consultation to the final installation, every step of the process was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. One standout aspect of my experience was working with Jack Harvey. Jack's expertise and knowledge in the field were evident from our first meeting. He took the time to thoroughly explain the benefits of solar energy and how the installation process would work, making sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. His friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions truly set him apart. The installation team was equally impressive. They were punctual, efficient, and meticulous in their work. They took great care to ensure that everything was installed perfectly and that my property was left clean and tidy after the job was done. The entire team was respectful and courteous, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. Since the installation, my solar system has been performing flawlessly. ION Solar has provided excellent post-installation support, promptly addressing any minor concerns I had and ensuring that everything continues to run smoothly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to go solar with ION Solar. Jack Harvey and the entire team have made this a seamless and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend ION Solar to anyone considering making the switch to solar energy. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to their customers are truly top-notch.

It was a very easy transition.

Installation of our Solar panels

Corbin and his crew completed the installation in a most professional manner. He first detailed what they would be doing. After the install, they walked us thru the process of going live. Everyone was friendly and explained the next steps to us. They were well organized and stayed on task.

This has been an efficient and cogent experience. I have been impressed with every step of the process.

Awesome company to deal with. The customer service and sales representatives are great. Our panel installation was fast and very professional.

Great customer service

Very communicative, friendly, informative group. I have really enjoyed my rep, Cody. He has answered my many detailed questions I have to make sure I am in the best hands. I am so pleased and can’t wait to actually begin using my panels once the city inspection is complete. They look great. Thanks ion, thanks Cody!

Smooth installation

This was one of the smoothest installations I’ve ever had. With so many moving parts I was very impressed with how flawless the execution was, from the planning phase all the way to the execution, the customer experience was top notch. Justin Martin was exceptional in ensuring everything went smooth and helped to ensure nothing went sideways, and was very communicative all throughout the process. Would highly recommend Ion solar to anyone and if they have the pleasure of working with Justin then all the better.

Great Solar Panel Experience

We have been working with ion solar to install solar panels in our house over the past month. I have to say the communication has been excellent and the timing has been very efficient and quick. We are still waiting for our inspection and to turn them on but everything has gone very smoothly.

Exceeding Expectations

ION Solar continues to exceed our expectations!! Every step has been smooth, thorough and easy - from the sales meeting, which I entered not even convinced that I want solar (!) to the application process, approvals and installation. We continue to make comments that every company should be run like ION Solar! So far, superb experience!

Easy Install

Enjoyed working with my sales rep Craig Dearnaley. The whole install process was easy and quick.

Did the research and ION came out on top. Great communication. Great team.

Quick and painless

Beginning to end was hassle free and ION did the heavy lifting to clear every hurdle in order to make it happen

From the initial contact with Ion, with Anthony Savastano, communications were clear. The project so far has worked out perfectly, and we are thinking it will work as intended.

Damage and criminal activity

I recently added more solar panels to my home. During the inspection the employee left the ladder blocking my walk way. I called ION and advised of the ladder and they said that the ticket is still open and the inspector will return for the ladder. After the end of the 2nd day that it was there, I took the ladder down and placed it on the side of my home behind a locked gate. The following day an employee rang my doorbell and in an accusatory manner said he was there for the ladder on the side of my home. As I was opening the side gate for him, I noticed that my gate had been tampered with. I asked him if he was trying to open my gate and he admitted it. I let know that he does not have permission to enter my property, he got the ladder and I asked him to leave my property. I then reviewed my cameras and saw that the employee, John, arrived at my home, went around my home and saw the ladder behind my 8 foot metal custom made gate. John then went to his vehicle, got a tool and began to pry open my gate. John was not successful and decided to then come to my door. All this time I was home and my vehicle was parked outside. I submitted the video to ION and they said that he got the tool to stick through the window in my gate to open a latch. I forwarded a photo of what they referred to as a window, which is in fact metal screen welded on to my gate. There is no way tools or anything else can get through there. Jazz Beltran, the company resolution manager received the proof and stated “received and noted”, basically they know their employee is lying but are compliant in protecting the employee and the company, rather than their customers. A police report has been made and although I have video of John retrieving the tool and going back to my gate for an extensive period of time, ION refuses to releas the employees last name for criminal charges and refused to pay for damages. ION does not protect their customers and has left me victimized and refused to hold their employee accountable.

We just finished the solar panel installation and electrical work this week and the installation process was smooth and successful. They did an awesome job. They completed it within couple of hours. Their customer service team go above and beyond to address any concern we had and they follow up and help on every step of the process. Their customer service is amazing too. We have referred ION Solar to some of our family members who are interested in going solar.

We've had a great experience with ION Solar. They are very good at keeping us informed of the timelines and are always on time for all site visits. The installation went very smoothly. All employees are professionals and their attention to details are appreciated.

ION Solar

I just had my solar installed. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Jim Hester did a fantastic job explaining the details and breaking down the whole process. ION Solar really provided a white glove experience that was pain free. I highly recommend ION Solar as your solar provider.
