ION Solar

Made the process simple and easy!

ION Solar is an amazing company. My sales rep Jake Pace is very professional and knowledgeable in there products. He explained the process, the benefits and the investment by going Solar. The install team and design team were also great. I have been contacted each time during the phase of my install just like I was told I would. I highly recommend ION Solar thank u very much. Awesome

I started the process a little skeptical. However Ion has made the process of getting solar panels fast, friendly, and painless!

Ion have been great at communicating, installing, and explaining the step by step how it works. Besides having a phone app where you can see all the details from installation to the output of you panels monthly. They are very detailed and make sure you do have all your questions answered. I highly recommend if you are a home owner and want to go solar to contact Ion!

Easy and affordable and great service

The rep was kind, thoughtful, experienced and treated my family like human beings unlike other top solar company sales people knocking door to door in a new home community. 1 year now after install and I’m still loving it. No bill since install for electricity and app works great to keep energy provider in check.

Great company rep cody was awesome to work with

Harassing

Words to describe "ION"= harassing, deceptive, con artists. This all innocently started with a door to door salesman. I immediately said I was NOT interested. The next day they send two guys. I made the grave error of listening to their canned sales pitch, but again told them I was NOT interested. That did not stop this company. In the days and weeks that followed, someone would drop by my house fairly regularly. Then the calls started. I receive one to two calls from this company DAILY. Today's call was the most deceptive- the caller BEN TOALA stated that he worked WITH PGE and was calling about the smart meter that "they" had installed. I asked SPECIFICALLY if this was ION SOLAR and he stated that he was a "solar specialist" and would not say the company name. It was in fact ION solar. I don't know how to get rid of these people. I wouldn't buy a damn thing from them.

Solar Home, Bowe’s

It was a very wonderful experience going thru transformation to Solar Power. We thanks all guys came for installation.. Aaron Richmond and Electrical Matt Rhodes Great job guys” always not your first rodeo so continue giving many more Solar.

It has been a pleasure working with Ion Solar. From scheduling to meet a sales rep to installation and final inspections with city/power company, Ion has kept me informed the whole way. Ion has made this process simple and stress free. I highly recommend Ion Solar if you are interested in Solar panels for your home.

Quick and easy

Quick, transparent and easy

Having had solar in the past when living out of state the process with ion has been seamless anf easy. The rep answered all questions during that initial visit. While the support team provided weekly updates on the process. Lastly the install team was professional, and diligent with their work. Overall this company has been great throughout.

Second Solar install

Great group of guys working on the house, and very helpful personnel.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service from start to finish. Our rep Jonny Ortega is so professional and on top of things from start to finish. The communication from this company is amazing. They send you messages and emails for every step of the way and tell you exactly what they are doing step by step. Will definitely recommend to family and friends

My experience with ION solar has been very positive and way easier than I expected. They are absolutely great with communication and reliability. Top notch!

ION Solar, Shaun C.

Shaun Carter was awesome. Very informative and helpful. It was cool to hear his story on how he started with ION also. We have had many people contact us throughout the process who have all been very helpful and patient with us as well. Installation went well also and we are excited to start this solar journey. We are also getting ION Solar at our other residence here in the Springs.

Edward Whalen

Ed went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He answered all of our questions and followed up on every phase. Ed is professional, courteous and a nice guy.

Best team

This is my 3rd home with solar. They are quick experienced with great customer service. I had to add extra panels and couldn’t believe how fast they were. Even the first ones I had installed. Up and running in / months. Other companies 1 year!

Excellent Service and Installation

High-level of communication, responsive, and professional installation. We enjoyed working with Stevie and the entire crew at ION solar. They took care to listen to our needs & concerns and give us exactly what we needed. I highly recommend ION if you're looking to save $$ on your electric bill and get solar.

Amazing service

Out of all the companies that came by trying to sell me solar, ION Solar was by far the best deal. I honestly think it has to do with their sales rep Joe Pickens. He’s just an honest down to earth solid dude. He was very informative and the product just kinda sold itself. Installation was quick and clean. I have no complaints. The process does take some time since you have to wait on the city to approve the permits. And we all know how anything is dealing with the city. Other than that I have had no complaints. Give them a try and you’ll be able to save on energy especially with the rising cost of power nowadays.

I’m glad I chose ION Solar

I’m very happy with choosing ION Solar. Their team has been great. Hollie was amazing, she had answers to all my questions, was very polite and professional. They were able to put my panels on quickly without issue. I would recommend them if your interested in Solar.

Working with our solar rep Mick Eggertsen was great, he was very transparent and answered all of our questions we had, he was very personable and respectful, we exchanged numbers and he was also available at anytime if I ever had a question that came up. Great person to work with

Bullies

I had a very disappointing experience with Ion Solar. They assured me that HOA approval was in place for my solar project, but this turned out to be untrue. My HOA denied the project, and Ion Solar has the denial letter. Despite this, they are demanding over $3000 in cancellation fees, threatening collections if I don't pay. This decision is beyond my control, yet they persist in bullying tactics, including pressuring me to sign a new agreement with the HOA. I cannot recommend Ion Solar due to their deceptive practices and aggressive behavior.

Electrical issue after solar insulation

I only give it a one-star rating because that's the only choice. Customer service was excellent for this company before installation. After the installation, I encountered electrical issues and no one came out until I spotted smoke coming from the solar panel. After contacting their customer service for months, I was contacted by Chris Hayes, one of their managers, who assured me that he would be taking over my case. Unfortunately, he disappeared completely. Chris promised that an electrician would be dispatched to investigate the issue, but it has not been done yet. My lawyer is currently in the process of escalating my case to the equipment advocate team. Avoid using this company at all costs!!

Very Pleasant Experience

The experience was very easy, informative and pleasant beginning with working with Griffin Muzylowski to all others especially installer Madison and Caleb.

So far so good!

Ion Solar has continued to be on top of communications. The app is easy to use. Install was smooth and so far no issues have come up. Griffin was very informative and able to answer all questions we had prior to purchasing.
