ION Solar

Great experience!

There are many things about this process of getting solar panels that I have greatly valued. First off, I appreciated that it wasn’t a hard sell, but an opportunity to learn and make a smart financial decision. I combined the solar panels with a new roof. The company that ION sent to do the roofing was exceptional! They were prompt, very competent and left no indication of the work that they had done…they cleaned up after themselves! The company that came and installed the solar panels was also very professional. Follow through has been something I have greatly valued and indicates a very reputable company.

Great experience

Was explained and walked through every step. Felt taken care of and excited for this new solar adventure!

Impressed!

I run a construction company myself and have been impressed at how well oiled this machine is. Very quick turnaround times and great communication throughout every step. I will be stealing some of Ion’s processes and implementing them in my company. So far so good!

Nothing but Professional!

Working with ION was professional from start to finish. We were worried it would take a long time to get through the process, but we had solar panels installed less than a month after signing the papers! Thanks to everyone on the ION team!

My Solar Installation

It was great working with Justin and Ion to purchase/install our solar panels. The crew did excellent work and listened to my input. Justin is very quick to respond to my questions. Thank you!

The installation process for my system was straight forward and easy. The crew reached out that morning and showed up on time. They were professional and kept me informed through the process. The only issue was how much time was planned for the install. My system was on the complex side and the crew had to return to finish the job. All things considered, it was a positive experience.

Had a great experience with Ion Solar from the sales people to the installation people, great company to use.

Susan Williams

The entire process was seamless. The sales rep and the installers communicated every step of the process. They were professional, efficient, and I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a solar system.

Actually from Illinois!

We had a very good experience with Ion Solar. They communicated very well and often. All the people we dealt with were friendly and willing to answer questions, of which I had many. Jose(salesperson) and Angel(electrician), to name a couple whose names I remember, are two that I would highly recommend with which to work.

Communicative

I received regular updates about next steps. Communication was very clear and install was quick and efficient. Whole process was easy as I didn’t really have to do anything :)

Everyone I spoke to was great and helpful whenever I had any questions!

Happy so far

Installation went smoothly. The installers showed up on time and finished the project in a timely manner. They were friendly and professional.

ION Solar

I have to say the members of this company who facilitate the process of qualifying and installing are being really nice and smooth. Victor has being there since the beginning making sure I understand the process of applying and every step along the way. Highly recommended and very happy with the product.

It was a smooth operation from beginning to end. We went online with the solar power today. Donovan was great to work with and all the staff have been very responsive.

Excellent presentation and follow up

ION Solar

The process with Ion has been great! Their rep, Matt Johnson, was very professional and knowledgeable. The crew that installed the panels were polite and efficient.

Communication is Key

I have had a wonderful experience with Ion Solar. I received information from a couple other companies before deciding on Ion. Joe Pickens was absolutely amazing and provided me with the knowledge I needed to make the correct decision. I did not feel pressured into making a decision and he has kept the communication open as well as all the other employees. Ruben was the lead of the install of the solar panels and he was very efficient and he placed the electrical panel in my garage as requested. So far it has been a perfect install with lots of communication from everyone on the team! Everything has been a very smooth process and I will 100% recommend Ion Solar to my neighbors and friends!

Solar panel installation

Ion solar was great for the installation of our solar panels. Jonathan was awesome at explaining everything to us in detail. Ion took care of everything from HOA approval to installation to contacting and approval from the electric company. Ion has all of their own people working on the installation, so we didn’t have to deal with any outside companies. The whole process was super easy!! Thanks!

Loved how all departments in the Ion family worked smooth and quick , and great with communicating with me and updating me throughout the process . Loved the installation team , Matias and his crew where great and explained to me about the first step to the last. Also answered all my question with great knowledge of the equipment. Also want to give a big shout out to Steven Mongno for being my sales rep. Awesome and great sales rep. He had great knowledge of the solar panels and how they worked , as well with explaining step by step how it all works with the process.

Giovanni was very informative about the entire process. Walked me through the timeline and communicated with me if anything deviated from what was expected. Highly recommend him.

Great experience

ION Solar did a great job of selling, planning and installing our system. Mathew Rhodes helped us during the whole process, even answering text messages of questions we had at midnight. Everyone that was involved did an excellent job and very fast installation. Thank You all.

These guys were great with my time, they set an appointment and were very prompt then was able to complete in a very timely manner. Great experience all around.

Freddie/Justin/Install Crew

Our experience has been top drawer! Freddie represented the 6th solar firm that has knocked on our door and we sent the rest away. Needless to say, he did a great job. Justin came to our home and patiently and professionally walked us through the whole program and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Justin Martin is the real deal. The entire install team and the communication around us was outstanding. Not only would I recommend Ion Solar, I have already done so to two other households

Had Ion install solar panels great company and service from sales department and all departments involved in the process kept me informed through every step would recommend this company

Amazing Team fast and efficient

From the intial pitch with Trevor to the consult with Preston to the final install was fantastic. Everything was laid out very clear and easy to follow. The time frame they gave us we were fine with (between 6 to 8 weeks ) for permit approval and install but they had it done in less than 2. Will definitely recommend these guys for solar options
