Customer service
Linda was my customer service contact. She was patient, courteous, friendly and very professional. She guided me through the steps needed to retrieve my signed documents. I have been unable to open them on PDF or Adobe. She also advised me to go to the portal to set up an account. Apparently I had not set up an account during y panel installation period.

They are crooks
I worked there for 5 months and got 10 installs, and I every single job they found a way to not pay me correctly. They are scum bags, don’t do business with them!

Joke ass company
I have had a highly unsatisfactory experience with this company. A sales representative persistently visited my residence and contacted me excessively by phone. I ultimately terminated a prior contract with another provider in order to do business with this company, which has since proven to be highly unreliable. As others have reported, my system is not functioning properly, and I have received no communication from either the company or the monitoring service. My calls and messages have gone unanswered, including those directed to the original sales representative. Despite having solar installed, my energy bills remain high—exceeding $300—and I am still obligated to make payments to the company. I intend to pursue all available avenues to address this matter, including media outreach and legal consultation. It is deeply concerning that a company would engage in such neglectful business practices.

Be very weary of this company
Be very very careful of this company, the install on our home was extremely unprofessional, from workmanship to communication with the company, and everything in between. It became apparent very quickly that this company was not competent in solar installations, from the installers, to the multiple electricians to the branch manager. We had to start paying on our loan, for a system that didn’t even have permission to operate, and when questioned, it was a back and fourth between the loan company (that is now filing for bankruptcy) and freedom forever blaming each other. The workmanship (or lack thereof) was sub par to say the very least, to the point where we did not want this company back on our property. We had to take multiple days off of work just to be told that they had to come back for a different reason every time. They have left us very frustrated, with damage to our roof, to the drywall in our garage, to paying for a system that isn’t what we were told we were getting. I’m sure a bot will leave a prompt generic response to this, to make it appear to anyone reading these reviews that they are trying to make it right and look like they care. I would be willing to bet we don’t hear anything from the company about it though. Please at least do some research on this company before you even consider them, so many people have been taken advantage of, and you shouldn’t have to be one of them. You’re hard earned money could go to a company that will actually care.

Don't ever get solar panels through this company
Started with my solar panels around November and it is June still no solar panels working just recently been told they can be turned on but they have been on and they are not working been paying for them since January paying on solar panels and electricity Don't ever get solar panels unless you do it yourself got the runaround a lot another company that just cares about making the sale and not their customers

I called for an update with the roof and solar panel project that was abruptly halted and with no explanation from Mosaic except that I needed to call Freedom Forever because they are the installer. However, Tatiana explained to me exactly what the issue is and I really appreciate her transparency.
