Excellent service
I spoke to Adriana about my solar panels. She was great, patient, kind, and made me feel like she really cared about my situation. Other times when I have called, I feel like they just tell me to call here or call there or I can’t help you with that. But not Adriana she stayed on the phone with me until I got all the help that I needed. I hope whoever the manager is in customer service realizes what a great asset Adriana is to Freedom Forever.

Terrible company DONOT USE!!
Contacted by and started solar project A YEAR AGO!! Still not functional and nothing but the run around with customer service promising to look into things and get me taken care of. I have a “support Specialist” assigned to me who at first was helpful until I realized again it’s all blind promises and nothing happens. Though there is a charge on my account for having a “specialist” no progress has been made. The system was turned on and was power surging so PG&E won’t connect and Freedom doesn’t return calls or emails with an update. Would never recommend this company or lender!!
