Trouble Shooting System
I contacted freedom forever support team due to system disconnection and lack of power being produced by the solar panels. I received outmost attention and care by the tech named Jacob which he fully understood my issue and resolved accordingly.

Customer service call
Linda was professional and explained the FF role post instal/in production. EnFin is the owner and they need to send work order if they want FF to go onsite. Last Friday around noon the Tesla app stopped communicating the date. Called Omnidian today and they setup call with their tech for October 9th. As well told to call Tesla. It is little confusing that to resolve the communication by Tesla 3 need to wait over 30 days.

Continual Inverter problems
2-3 years after solar was installed, a new inverter had to be installed and replaced. 4 months after the new inverter was installed, it looks like we need a technician to come out again. I’d leave 1-2 stars, but the customer support over the phone was very helpful and caring, so I’m giving 4 stars because of that. I wish we didn’t have these recurring inverter problems.

System Alerts
I was concerned about getting several inverter production issue alerts so I called Freedom Forever. Jacob reached out to me and checked my system and monitored it for several days. He assured me that my system was operating correctly and not to worry. He did say he would keep an eye on it and for me to let them know if I had any future concerns. This type of personal interaction with a company seems to be rarer and rarer these days and I appreciate Freedom Forever's support.

Excellent Customer Service
We recently had our inverter changed/replaced on our 19 panel system by Freedom Forever. Our follow up with Customer Service associate Ayana was completely satisfying. She helped by researching our after service repair status. She was genuinely cordial, professional and helpful in guiding us with the steps to contact the project manager in order to arrange credit for power lost. I will be recommending Freedom Forever to anyone interested in getting a solar power system!

Were mislead as to cost
We had a sales person Drew come to home and sell us on a one payment for both electric and solar which was less than our monthly budget billing. While the install went well, however it took 4 months before all inspections were completed and power was on. However, our lease was turned over to a second party for payments and we found afterwards we would still be receiving a bill from APS monthly for any overage of electric KWH. Had we been given all the information, we would not have gone with solar. Their customer service is very poor and not responsive.

Absolutely the worst company ever to try and get service from. I have contacted them by phone several times and by email several times and they never got back to me. They installed the panels, but they didn’t check the roof. I have a leak. I cannot get any service at all. I would suggest if you’re thinking of Solar do not think of Freedom Forever.

Repair of system
The company response is very slow. They did not communicate the steps needed to get warranty approval and obtain the new part. I was frustrated trying to communicate with service people to get any i formation on repair schedule.

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
It started with the sales people who seem nice enough and promised an installation before the end of 2024. Obviously that never happened. Mistakes and delay after delay with promises from the front office and Belinda, that they would get back to me the next day and then the next week and then the next day again never to hear from them or the sales people. Unfortunately, they scam you by putting up the panels and then not showing up to hook up the electricity, even though the electrician showed up when he was supposed to and did his work. So all these months, I've had panels on the roof and electricity waiting to be hooked up, waiting for Belinda's promised phone calls. Then she actually threatens to pull the plug – yes threatens a customer –since I didn't return a call that I had waited weeks to receive and had bypassed her with direct contact to the electrician and the power company to have everything resolved. And then in spite "she pulls the plug" I have pleaded with them to take the solar units off my roof and disconnect the electricity now because I have other solar companies who promised their guarantee for an installation date would have occurred on time. Unfortunately, these other companies will not remove the solar units or disconnect the electric connections so I am stuck with FREEDOM FOREVER with my only recourse will be tofile complaints to federal agencies and my state and a lawsuit that will include my failure to receive our state rebate because of their delays. I don't understand how this company stays in business.

For Me...Rip Off
I know not everyone's experience is the same, but mine has not been good. The whole point of getting solar for me was to save money. The problem is, there are about 10 months of the year that I get a utility bill ON TOP of my solar loan payment. Sometimes I pay as much as $90 to the power company in addition to the $250 or so I pay for the loan. I'm still waiting for the savings 2 years later.
