Slow and Disappointing

Let's see everything seemed good in the beginning, Justin did everything great and got everything going, but 3 months later and nothing is working yet. In fact, the last installer said the inverter still was not communicating properly. There is Poor communication between the company and the installers. The installers have done great work and have been out approximately 6 times and did not have everything they needed to complete the work, because they were told they wouldn't need anything extra. The trim work around the new Electrical box inside has not been finished. Our new electrical box inside hasn't been labeled. We haven't received an app to install on our phones to monitor the solar production. When finally are up and running it is going to be close to the shorter months, so we will not see the benefits until next year. We are very disappointed overall. The service and quality better be worth the time. A co-worker signed up with another company after us and has been running off of his solar for over a month.

Very lousy job. Made a mess inside the breaker box. No paint on the new pipes installed. Some nuts were not secured.

Professional and Customer Focused

Our Freedom Forever solar power system experience was great! Our representative, Quentin, was in touch with us throughout the process and kept us informed about the status and next steps. The teams that did the survey and the installation were all professional, polite, and efficient. They also communicated their progress and the next steps. One concern I had before the installation was how Freedom Forever would run the conduit from the panels to the inverter and the main circuit box. This concern was based on internet research and reading others' experiences. Freedom Forever's installation crew did a fantastic job routing our conduit - it is very clean and unobstrusive. All in all, we are very happy with our Freedom Forever experience.

A salesperson stop by , Jaxson Bryce Little, visit our home and present an offer for a combined electric and solar payment that was supposed to be lower than our current monthly budget billing. After discussing the details, we signed a contract that stated the system would generate 13,681 kWh annually using microinverters and JD 24-panel 405W -7.91 kW modules . I closely monitored the layout design process and noticed that the design kept changing. I repeatedly asked the salesperson to confirm that the final installation would match the contract and that the energy production would not be reduced. He assured me multiple times that nothing would change. However, when the system was installed, it was not what we agreed upon. Instead of the specified panels, they installed 25 TrinaSolar 400W -7.25kW, which are expected to generate only 11,792 kWh annually—a significant drop in production 1889kWh annually. The salesperson misled us throughout the process. Now he is not answering calls or responding to emails. I have also opened support tickets, but there have been no updates. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Not sure how long does it take resolved this issue.

No Customer Service

I have been trying for two weeks to talk with some about a serious problem we have with the solar installed two weeks ago. The installers finished late Wednesday night and broke one of the last panels. They said they'd be back sometime. Friday morning our generator turned on for its weekly 15 minute check. My husband happened to be home and realized an hour later it was still running. When he shut it off we had NO POWER. He called CMP our electrical provider. They did a test and we did have power but it was not connecting to the house. We tried the customer service number which just put us on hold for an hour, no help. I have emailed Freedom Forever multiple times with NO REPLY. By accident two of the solar installers stopped by with the final panel Friday afternoon and we told them what was going on. Thank god he could actually call and talk with people. After awhile it was agreed the solar election would come back. He looked and said there was an arc which burned out part of the panel. He couldn't fix it but was able to connect us back to CMP so we had power. We called an electrician who looked at the panel and said there was an arc most likely when the solar was attached , which burned out the control between the generator and CMP. He said we will probably have to replace it, could cost $1,000!!! Really, it worked fine every Friday until solar was installed!! Now I'm getting email saying it's almost time to go live with the solar. What if this happens again? What if it is worse, this is high Voltage coming into the panel on our house!! Someone needs to contact us and explain why replacing the panel is at our expense but more importently assure us this will not happen again!! This could have been vey serious!! We feel we have made a huge mistake going with Freedom Forever for our solar. You can sell the product but as far as I can tell there is NO customer service if there is a problem! Poor follow through

I have been attempting to get my solar panels removed and replaced so that I can get my roof replaced for 3 weeks now. I called them the Friday before labor day and was told that I would have someone reach out to me in 3 business days. Those 3 business days have come and gone. I called them again to see what the holdup was and was told that I would have someone reach out to me by the end of the day on Friday (the day I called). Nobody has reached out to me. Here it is now the following Monday and nobody has reached out to me. If youre looking for a good installation process or a company with good follow through on their work I recommend another company. They have a good team of representatives that will tell you what you want to hear, but there will be nobody to follow up with you. Only reason I bother trying is to keep the warranty active, but at this point it's a losing battle.

Solar Panels System Installation

The installation team were polite and professional and respectful to ask if I had questions about the installation. With the advancement in technology of solar panels and the more used by the public. It would seem that the cost of solar panels would be less. Unfortunately, this apparently is not the case. Your Company installed less than half of the pre-existing 34 solar panels that carry a monthly leasing cost of 83% of the leasing cost I currently pay. Can you tell me why the cost is higher for less than half of the product?
