Worst experience
It’s been almost a year and a half, and I’m still dealing with ongoing issues with the solar panels. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They neither send out service technicians nor offer any real support. All they ever say is, "There’s no issue on our end; the problem is on your side." Yet they make no effort to help resolve anything. I’ve never dealt with a company this bad in my life. I’m warning everyone: do not work with this company. I made a big mistake by ignoring the negative reviews when I first signed up. I wish I had paid attention—if I had, I would never have chosen this company to install my solar panels. Wishing won’t fix anything now, but I’m sharing this so others don’t make the same mistake. Don’t let them fool you—they’ll come to your door and say everything you want to hear just to close the sale. But once they have your money, they disappear and stop caring completely. Your concerns mean nothing to them. My issue still hasn’t been resolved. At this point, I’ll try to get help elsewhere. But if this still doesn’t get fixed, I will take legal action. Do NOT install solar panels with Freedom Forever. It will be one of the biggest regrets of your life.

Dear Adriana took the time and the incentive to proactively find the answer to my problem. She went over and above to solve the issues which were passed off by other reps unable to listen, or find the resolution, thereby passing me on to other companies customer service., causing me much spinning of wheels and many wasted hours of my time. Adriana figured out the problem by listening, using her high level of logic, to not only find the error caused by the first contact, but fixed the issue! She is amazing! Lack of communication
We were granted PTO 2 days ago and I was curious about the green blinking lights on 2 out of the 3 system controls at home. I called customer support and spoke to Delores who was very helpful and advised that although we had permission to operate, there was still an issue with the detached garage not having a site map and still needs to be completed. Therefore causing the 2 green lights on the 2 system controls (attached to the garage) to be blinking. Delores explained that there’s a scheduled date of Sept 26 for Freedom Forever to come back to my residence and complete the site map and solve the issue. If it was not for the information I received from Delores today, I would not have known. Thank you Delores for your help and answering my questions and concerns regarding the remaining final step on this project. You truly showed what it is to give great customer service! I truly thank Freedom Forever Sales Representative Tanner Kanteman for the help he provided throughout this whole project. I cannot say the same for Project Specialists Kari Ross Pena and Natasha Hearn since I never got a single response from them after making a few calls, emails, and voicemail were left due to questions and concerns that I had.

Horrible
We had the panels installed at the beginning of June 2025, it is now half way through September 2025 and they have been sitting on my roof STILL yet to be turned on as the company told us they had to request having a bigger meter installed to our house in order for the panels to be able to work, we said okay and figured it would take only a couple of weeks, well it has been a couple of months now and we are still waiting.. We have been reaching out once a week AT LEAST to our sales person and his assistant asking for an update or if any progress has been made and every time we are just told that they are still waiting for approval from the city. At this point we just want everything taken down and the roof repaired where they put the panels in. I would highly NOT recommend this company unless you want solar panels sitting on your roof that serve no purpose.

Install of my solar panels
It was seamless. My crew showed up right on time. They were polite and the entire process was perfect. At the end of the job I was given an update of what the next steps were and shown pictures of my "new roof". I asked for the pictures to be texted to me...which they were happy to do. Perfect. Now I'm just waiting for the inspection(s) and the final turn on off the new system.

NO COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS
They were quick to install and get paid, then crickets. The system has not communicated since Feb 25, 2025 and here we are on September 16th. They promoted monitoring of the system for errors, production etc. The ball was dropped on this one. Two updates and a communication error was located in their system and NO CALL was made to me. To get a tech out is an act of God Monday thru Friday with an eight hour window. We work during the week and Saturdays are the first day off to fix anything. I'm stuck with the product and the payments, but dont be fooled by their customer service or promotion of monitoring. Just to speak to a service member is a thirty minute hold game. Once you speak to a representative, they are very nice. It's not their fault the company FAILED on a huge scale. I have to rely on my power company to know if the product is even working.

scam and theft
A sales person offered us a free installation and financing quote. we went through the process and decided it was not for us. two years later we are getting bills from the financing company associated with them for the full amount we were quoted on the solar project. We have paperwork from Freedom Forever saying we cancelled the project ( that we never even started). I believe the sales man pushed through our project to claim commission and opened a line of credit in our names without our consent. This is a predatory company. RUN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Solar not working
3 months now that solar is not functioning. Technician came more than a month ago and was not able to have it worked. Left word it is an electrical issue and will send an electrician who never came. I am now looking for a kind lawyer to give me advice on what to do next.

1st off, iam in Washington State I could not adjust the state. It only allowed for “California” Jazmin was great. This was my FOURTH call to customer service in a row… two calls in the middle, disconnected, and no one called me back. Half hour each time of waiting, with more than 10 callers ahead of me. Ugh. I was frustrated. Jazmin apologized and got right on my issue with a change form. She requested a document-sign, as the previous emails I have sent have somehow, not been received. Each time Jazmin put me on hold, sh nucely confirmed she would call back if we got disconnected. Thank you Jazmin!!

Excellent Employees and service
Excellent employees ensure a smooth process and will be there to hold your hand through every bit of the install. A bit more expensive than other solar companies, but the cost is worth it when you consider how other solar companies try to offload your questions to a computer or aren't responsive to questions or concerns you have. From the case managers to the installers, excellent. Can't recommend Freedom Forever enough. I think they threw in an additional panel as well, so not even sure if the price match is accurate:), all I know is they're the best.

Install guys working hard
Had a pretty great experience working with Solar, but once I met my team led by, Brandon was super super happy with their work. I was a little upset to hear that they were only given one day to do the install process when I was very adamant about this taking probably two days and then it ended up taking two days of work. The scheduling department has their expectations too high for these workers and the amount of work that needs to go in for one day install is unreasonable. These guys still came out busted their butt butts were nice and informative. But one day?! That’s insane to do a 2 battery 22 panel system. I told the scheduler and the sales to schedule 2 days and they ended up having to come back and do another full day of work! Set better expectations for install workers!

Not happy with ability to get info
9/12/2025 I am no longer interested.. Getting information has been almost imposable to get. From what I finally got , it is clear that it doesn't make any sense for me. I was totally misinformed originally. Not at all interested in doing business with a series of companies that don't answer my questions, before I purchase a product.
