Awful
This was the worst experience, the panels look horrible, they are placed in the wrong place. They left trash everywhere. I am so disappointed by the entire process!!

My rating of 4 was mainly due to the excellent response and assistance from Jacob and Edwin. My overall experience would have been better. I received an addendum to have my solar panels removed within a 60 day period but unfortunately that didn't happen. Until I spoke with Jacob, it seemed as though this wouldn't get resolved. A big thank you to Jacob and Edwin!

RUN AWAY ! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
If there was a negative 5, I don't know if that would be a sufficient number regarding Freedom Forever. like other reviews installation piece of the puzzle smooth, everything there after as been a complete and udder terrible experience, complete Sh'T Show !! The right hand does not talk to the left. Freedom Forever has canceled and rescheduled I can't even tell you how many times. We are *currently still awaiting the "last inspection" to take place - to which has been rescheduled so many times since September if not prior (I've lost track of how many times this has occurred) We have received notifications from Freedom Forever LEGAL TEAM! and I was told, that was sent in error that the 'system' automatically sends that if the 'ticket' is open. Really concerning! The customer receives threating texts/emails/letters of legal action being taken against them, when it is Freedom Forever who is having issues completing the project. Not sure if they need IT to revisit the software program, they utilize to resolve that matter. Weather they need to hire more technicians to avoid the continued canceled appointments. But I truly wish I Never decided to move forward with Solar at this point. Absoutley terrible company terrible communication, terrible execution of the project set forth by the company. Would Run away close the door if Freedom Forever comes knocking in your area!

Exceptional speed to install and exceptional work
Not only was my entire process under 2 weeks from signed docs to glass on roof but my two Tesla Powerwalls were priced better than the competitors by far! My install crew “Scorpian” out of Orlando was amazing and very efficient!! I’m very happy with Freedom Forever!!

Management level knowledge/lack of
Contract was changed many times throughout the process as it changed management levels. Finally after months of changes prints and changes were complete. Crew showed up with different product than listed on prints. After 3 hours of correcting things install began and crew completed thier job in record time. The crew showed thier professionalism throughout the remainder of the install .

Slow response
Solar panels were supposed to be finished late, August. After a small glitch in September, still waiting for correct paperwork to be completed and sent to City Of Ocala so from beginning to end it’s over six months assuming the end is in site. Customer service representatives do their job. They are professional and knowledgeable.

Warranty transfer and educating

Install Support Bad! I DO NOT recommend Freedom Forever.
The only easy part has been the sales process. What sold me on Freedom Forever was the promise of quick local support. That has not happened. I have a 16-panel direct southern exposure roof. I was expecting a single inverter install, but a 2-inverter system was installed instead in Jul 2025. First City Inspection failed. I requested numerous times for rationale why 2-inverters were used and never got an answer. One inverter has never been able to be connected. I was told by the initial installer that it may have to be fixed. Connected to NV Energy happened Sep 2025. Only 1 inverter operational. Repair service scheduled for 27 Oct. Freedom Forever canceled on 21 Oct. Rescheduled for 11 Nov. Freedom Forever canceled this one on 7 Nov and rescheduled for 26 Nov. Very poor installation and follow-on
