Ephriam was very helpful in working with us to get our system up in running. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Just crossing our fingers that these next steps will work.

Darn, lost first copy of this. Excellent rapport with your rep. , Jude. He found the site and project I.D. s for my hookup with net metering. He also initiated a ticket to cancel the lien you put on my home. I have to wait now for you to send me the lien release. Have to tell you: Jude has an extremely pleasant voice. Great English, and very easy to understand. It was a real pleasure speaking with him!!

Solar Panels - Installed

Two Years Of No Electricity Bills

For two years in January I have had the Freedom Forever solar system, which includes two Tesla Powerwalls. Not only have I paid no electricity bills during this time, but also I have accummulated a $500 credit with my electric company. With the tax credits and utility savings, the system will pay for itself in short order. However, please note that I monitor my system religiously, and I live with cooler and hotter temps than many people would find acceptable. I also maximize energy use by heating and cooling at prime outside temps where possible. Have I had problems? Yes, a few, but Freedom Forever resolved most of them remotely, and when necessary sent a service person to resolve the issue. I have treated my solar system as a "game" to be played and enjoyed. The objective is personal energy independence with a byproduct reward of easing pressure on the Texas power grid. I even added a Level 2 Car Charger, which takes energy directly from the solar panels, for the Toyota Prius Prime that I intended to buy. Gas savings from my "free" electricity make my payback period even shorter. The Tesla and SolarEdge apps by which I monitor the system's performance and production provide beaucoup of data. Finally, i salute the Freedon Forever Customer Support and Technical Support teams. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and responsive.

Freedom forever had the best proposal Took some time before installing but was worth waiting

Most of the experience has been great. The scheduling and tracking of the service has been excellent. However, during the installation, there was excessive damage to my home. Gouges taken out of my stairs and walls. They also left a good amount of hardware and debris in my house as well as that fell onto my neighbors property.

Shady at best

Signed a contract for one monthly price but then the day after they install we get a revised contract that they want me to sign with a higher monthly price. The crew left handfuls of bolts/screws laying in the side yard and there was even a cigarette butt in our backyard turf.

Best experience

Great experience the portal keeps you informed of progress logs all the documents so you can add to your files your informed via email text. The installation was yesterday. Everybody was on time. They were neat and clean. Left the site perfect very pleased.

Good work!

Installers were professional and worked much longer than we expected. They were short a part, came back the next morning, and finished the install! Our only thought for improvement would be that the person inspecting sites before the install be better trained, because what was suggested for the install did not turn out to be feasible. It wasted time. Otherwise, the installer crew was the best.

I will use Freedom Forever

I was worried about getting solar. FF did right by me, and there were no misleading statements or lies given to me. Throughout the whole process, they held to their word and made it easy and smooth, easing my apprehension. I highly recommend FF!!!

Unacceptable Panel change from Qcells to JA Solar

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Freedom Forever. Every contract and legal document I signed for this project explicitly listed Qcells panels as the equipment to be installed on my home. The brand, quality, and performance of Qcells were a material part of why I agreed to the system and the price. Despite this, the system installed on my roof uses JA Solar panels instead of Qcells. At no point did I sign a revised contract, documented change order, or written amendment authorizing JA Solar in place of Qcells, and no price reduction or financial adjustment was provided to reflect this substitution. In my view, installing a different, lower-value panel brand than what is stated in the signed documents is a serious contract issue and a clear misrepresentation of the product I agreed to purchase. Qcells and JA Solar are not equivalent in terms of reputation and Price. Based on this difference in price and quality, There is at least a 30% gap between what I contracted for (Qcells) and what I actually received (JA Solar). I effectively paid a Qcells price and was given a different, lower-value product. That is unacceptable. I am formally requesting that Freedom Forever: Compensate me for at least 30% difference in price and quality contract adjustment, or Replace the installed JA Solar panels with Qcells panels as originally specified in my signed documents. If this is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will consider escalating this matter through formal complaints to consumer protection agencies, licensing boards, and other appropriate channels. At this time, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Freedom Forever to other homeowners.

Find someone else

This process has been an absolute nightmare. They are unprofessional, damage your home, and leave trash everywhere. The "90-day" project has taken 8 months. The install took 5 days, opposed to the 2 days they said it would take, causing me to miss work and lose compensation. They are refusing to reimburse me for damages and missed work. I have now resorted to legal action against them. This company is terrible. Find another company!

Crew and leader were very courteous and helpful. No questions about what was needed and worked late into evening. Lead even painted some unrelated spots for while he was painting the conduit. Great job and cleaned up very well.

Installation of solar

No communication of the entire process. Workers coming in at 8 AM finished up the work by 1 PM and then leave. I have to go ask them everyday of what they are going to achieve each day. I was expecting that someone would have called me prior to start of the work and briefed me for the entire process but unfortunately no such thing happened. It seems everything is finished but they don’t bother to get the sign off of the work. And I don’t know what app I need to download and how to use it

Forever is bad for business

My solar panels have no worked in 6 months had to wait an 30 for someone to come out and fix them...in you contract whatever watts the contract doesn't give for that year is to be paid out...so I call a customer service representative try to get to call pay the due date and I found it very deceitful so I call the next day if I hadn't done that and listen to them I would have missed out on them paying me out.thanks god I called and didn't listen to them...well we got the claim in and they told me give us 120 to send out your check...here we are 120 day and still waiting..called to see what was going on and no only didn't I get answers I got a lot of excuses about be backed up and them not having enough people...not my problem..not only was he rude and trying to hung up on me because he didn't have any answer for me so he got upset..bad service from the start and one of the biggest regrets I have ever made dealing with this company and the solar panels nothing about this has been a good experience from start to finish...BEWARE RUN I PROMISE YOU WILL THANK ME...
