Terrible customer service
I would stay away from this company, have delt with no shows, misled on the things being done and will likely get stuck with having to pay for project with no tax credit because dragging there feet. Can’t get ahold of anyone because there phone numbers are disconnected or they hang up on you.

Best Project we have ever taken on
After a couple of delays due to getting the battery, the crew was AMAZING!!!!!! Team lead Levi was such a great communicator!!! His guys Kenny and Sean were friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The electrician Ryan spoke to me and informed me of a significant amount of product knowledge I was previously unaware of. We have done many large home projects and this one was by the smoothest by a LONG SHOT!!!!! It went off without a hitch and really it was the install team that made the experience so easy and enjoyable!!!!!!!!!

Poor service !!
Poor service. I've been waiting since August for the panels to be repaired by some optimizers, and because of that, I'm generating less energy and paying double for energy. SunRun and Luma PR! The installers in Puerto Rico clearly don't know what they're doing! I've waited too long for that repair. I would never recommend Freedom to a friend.

Wesley is a rock star
We have been going back & forth with Freedom Forever on a needed document. Wesley was able to see the status, had me send the document to an email address he has access to, then he uploaded the document to our account and flagged it as priority. I have been very frustrated with Freedom Forever on this item, and Wesley turned that around. He was empathetic and able to get my issue to a place where it will hopefully be quickly resolved.

Overall pretty good, but...
I was promised 6.8kW power, and about 6800 kWh per year, and that's what I've gotten. In the 17 months since installation, I've had only a couple of minor glitches with the inverter. Right now is the first major problem I've had -- we had 10" of snow, and for two weeks, no power collection obviously, but two days ago I went on the roof and cleaned off some of the panels (the ones I could reach with a broom). However, I am still not collecting power. I had a long conversation with Jaycel, who was very courteous and well-informed. She explained that the problem is that the number of the optimizers currently operating on the panels is below the threshold to allow power collection. This seems to me like bad design. Regardless, I am waiting for a little more snowmelt to see if the optimizers stop misbehaving -- if not, I will try to do the system shutdown and restart procedures that she recommended. We'll see what happens. I am still glad I had the system installed: total solar power production has exceeded our home's usage, so have zero electric distribution costs from my utility, though I have a very small system connection charge. But it I can't get the current problem fixed, I will not be a happy customer.

Bad business
This has been the worst experience of my life I called and asked them to cancel my solar contract before it was even installed and was told I wasn't able to that the installation would be done soon so now the solar panels have been installed and they've been sitting on my roof for 3 months and they haven't been turned on I can't get anybody to communicate with me on my timeline and today they were supposed to come and do a pre-inspection and no one showed up I would not do business with this company ever again and I would not recommend them
