Jacob was Awesome
This review is for Jacob who called after our system was turned on by Amren. I do not wish to give a review on the 13 month project of installing our aystem. Jacob was extremely helpful in getting our system running smoothly. He was curtious and friendly throughout our contact. Gave us pointers for checking the system and helped get the app up and running on our phones. We had smiles on our faces at the end of the calls. Even though I was upset due to my panels not actively working for over a year, Nicholas remained calm, professional, and genuinely focused on finding every possible solution to assist me. They disappeared
My system was down for two months, their so-called monitoring was non-existant. So far I've been given two times when I can expect repair. When no one showed up I was told they weren't aware of me. Ar the moment they won't even give me a date when I can expect repair.

From frustrated to understood
I’m experiencing a delay that has not been well communicated. I’d called once before with a brush off answer. Today, Merrelyn took my concern and ran with it. While the person she needed an answer from was not able to answer her, and thus I still have no answer, I nonetheless felt taken care of and hope this delay will be soon resolved. Not respectful of rule, no common sense
It is a Monday dec 22 Oakland Ca, around 6 Am and it is raining none stop and it dark night outside . 2vans/trucks from freedom forever parked in front of my neighbor garage starting to make noise (Radio, van door, talking ….) opening/closing doors) to perform not emergency work on my neighbors house Roof. Again it is 6 Am, dark, it is pouring rain. 2 issues -This company should not work making noise in a neighborhood residential area around 6Am ! -it is pouring rain none stop, they should not be working on the roof specially for repair that is not emergency and when it is still night/dark After 30 min of noise ( truck doors closing multiple times, people talking …I decided to see what was happening and went outside and asked why they are starting so early and making noise ( I honestly thought it maybe an emergency) I got a response from the worker I talked to;”California low authorize work starting at 7 Am “ I told him I will complain, no special response, he and his team seems to don’t care and continued what he was doing. I called freedom forever customer service, the person I talked to didn’t know how to respond either or what to said to my concerns. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Got voicemail , left a voicemail …no call back so far. Company hours is 5Am to 5pm I do understand that work repairs need to be done, but company, workers should be respectful of rules ( noise and safety ….) If it not an emergency please do not start making noise at 6Am and work at night under rain on a Roof ! This should be common sense. the overall attitude of the workers from freedom Forever and handling from customer are not acceptable. I make a research Freedom forever has poor customer reviews… from my interaction with this company and behavior I am frankly not surprise and wanted to let everyone aware

Agreement
Install was great. You just failed to up held your part of the agreement and get the solar done in a timely manner. Now I have to pay the price for it. So not happy with this company.

Install was top rate. My power was out for 1.5-2 hours but all in all it wasn't that big of a deal. I work from home and other then the outage was able to work the whole time installers were working.

Mixed feelings
So far getting it set up and going and having freedom agree to the terms their sales person promised was very difficult, but now that we're up and running in happy.

LIEN ON PROPERTY DUE FREEDOM FOREVER
My wife and I have decided to install solar panels. Freedom Forever provided us with a presentation that included a roof replacement. The subcontractor roofer arrived and replaced the insulation and shingles on the roof. However, the roofer subcontractor placed a lien on our property due to Freedom Forever’s negligence in not paying the subcontractor. I have attempted to contact Freedom Forever’s support, but their response has been extremely unsatisfactory. I strongly advise against using Freedom Forever.
