I'm so excited to get solar PV on my home. Freedom Forever made the installation complete before the tax incentive sunsets at the end of 2025 taking care of permits and overcoming supply chain issues! I can't wait for the electric utility provider's final permission to operate!

The install and products have been great. The reason for 4 stars, the coordination of permits, inspection, is disorganized. If I hadn't taken the bull by the horns and preset inspection dates, it would have taken much longer to get the certificate of operation from the electrical supplier
Where’s My Rebate

Never Received My Rebate
Our systems been in for months up and running. We have never received our Promised Rebate of $5000.00. Our rep had us sign all the paperwork and asked us…..So I have a question, what are you going to do with the $5k? Vacation or something else. They said they will submit all that is needed for rebate. Several phone calls placed and still no answers to where our rebate is. Any lawyers want to jump on this. Any others experiencing this same issues?

Terrible servixe
If I could put zero stars in would. Terrible follow up. I have panel up and installed but are not working. They cause a leak and still haven't completely fixed their mistake. I wanted and upgraded electrical panel and they removed it with a change order. They dont call you back and wrote in their notes that I agreed to a call back in 2 months. Don't waste your time with this company.

Help rebooting system
We had a five day power outage due to severe winter weather. We were unable to reboot our system, so we called and spoke with Luis. He walked us through the manual reboot and unfortunately it needs a technician to come and check it out. Luis communicated clearly with his instructions and set up the help ticket so that we can get it repaired as soon as possible.

Lack of Progress with getting PTO
I am not happy with the "foot-dragging" in obtaining PTO with SDGE. Customer service rep Aerias is courteous, but I was surprised to find out that Freedom Forever has not yet submitted a request to SDGE after my daughter (the occupant of 2749 Castlehill Rd, Chula Vista CA, I am the owner) signed a final Docusign form about 2 weeks ago (about 10-Dec-2025). This final process is taking too long and is not meeting my expectations. Please expedite the PTO request to SDGE!

Almost Awesome
The install crew was attentive and knowledgeable for my solar and batteries. The only real complaints was not getting a call they were on the way and the crew driving onto my lawn without prior approval. Other than that, it went smooth.
