We called regarding consumption. The gentleman who discussed this with us was extremely helpful with good explanations and suggestions. He also was willing to email information to me for reference and he gave the correct phone number to add additional panels in the future. He was very professional and friendly.

Great team of professionals!
I had the need to call the Customer Service team at Freedom Forever regarding a suspicious bill from my local utility provider. Not only did I receive verbal information indicating the bill was incorrect, the Representative was kind enough to thoroughly explain all append of my solar usage and provide documents that will enable me to dispute the bill in question. They are a wonderful team and provide top-notch service.

Great customer service
I spoke with Ephraim about retting our solar panels remove during a home remodel and using some panels to power a tiny home. He was super helpful, got me a quote and scheduled a call for me to speak with the team leader who would be in charge of the project. Was honestly much easier than anticipated. Thanks!

1st call to customer service
The rep that helped me was Hansel. He was very polite, showed concern and was thorough. Before we got off the phone, he made sure I understood the "my solar Edge" and went over the different areas of how I would read and interpret it. I was happy that I had a live person help me!

Trust issues and foreign call centers
Try to get something done is impossible unless you threaten to take action against them. It shouldn't be this way and call centers with English as a second language as customer support, reading off a script! Not helpful. I believe you will not find a Solar company anywhere that does use less than accepted business practices. Buy a back up generator instead.

Freedom Forever + exemplary customer service
I had a fairly complex issue with access to my account, resolving access and ownership records that left me unable to view anything at all about our system. When I called I was connected with Hansel, who immediately started working on the issue and was able to resolve the problems, update the account info and walk me through getting access. This was all done with an excellent attitude and engagement, addressing every question and concern I had. I am quite pleased with the outcome! Thank you Hansel!

I am very unhappy with the service
The financing for my solar project was paid in full to your company, yet Freedom Forever has failed to pay the roofing company that completed work on my home. The roof was installed in June 2025, and despite numerous calls and attempts to resolve this, the roofing company is now moving forward with placing a lien on my property because they have not been paid. This situation is completely unacceptable. Your company has already been paid in full, and there is no excuse for a subcontractor to remain unpaid especially to the point where my property is now at risk. I urgently need this matter resolved immediately. Freedom Forever must pay the roofing company without any further delay and provide confirmation that this account is settled. Installation Completed After Extended Internal Delay
Installation is now complete, and the final team was professional. However, the project experienced a significant delay earlier due to internal issues, which caused financial and logistical impact.

Solar install
Install was a long time coming, about 1/2 a year, not really companies, fault. The roof needed replacing, took time and permits etc. Took timet to get solar install permits from the government etc. The day of install went off perfectly. Installed and ready for SCE to do its thing. No telling how long that will take.
