I have always been skeptical about solar energy till I had Kevin come my way who explain all the nitty-gritty of solar to me. This young man took pains to make me understand and convince how solar can help me reduce my expenditures in the long run. I now am quite knowledgeable and positive about it and will convert to Solar in near future. Kevin is a great asset to the company and good help for novice customers like me who need to understand the complete picture before making a decision.

Fast Efficient and Thorough

Deja Simpson the Quality Assurance Analyst, has been very professional, knowledgeable and just a delight to work with. I had doubts about my decision to go solar until I spoke with her. I was very disappointed in what I perceived to be a false promise made to me. I explained my concerns to Deja and she took it from their and explained in good details what was going to happened. The promise made to me was fulfilled. Deja has been very thorough about the details and benefits of the solar system. You can tell a lot about a company by the customer service they provide so Envirosolar should be happy to have Deja as a part of the team!!

System performing very well

Sales rep Shawn Davenport did a great job putting together a solar system for our house. Our house is particularly energy INefficient, so he put together a large 10 kW system to offset our electric usage by 80%. It took about two months for the system to get installed - the longest delay was waiting for the electric company to inspect the system. Once the system was on, it has been working great. Our bill this August compared to last August has been reduced by $100 even though more people live in our house now. I expect that our electric bill will be reduced to zero for some months of the year. We haven't had issues with the system, so I haven't spoken to customer service very often. When the system was first purchased and getting installed, someone would call or email every week with updates and keep up informed of each step that had been accomplished or delays that came up.

My great experience with envirolsolar customer service

Customer service representative Deja Simpson helped me all the way through my experience and Setup with Envirosolar and she also still checks on me and how my system works and to make sure everything is doing okay and make sure I don't have any problems or questions! No matter how many times I got mad or frustrated she stayed with me through the process and if I hung up or we got disconnected she always called me back she was and is an awesome customer service representive and I love having her as mine and she is always there to help. She has made and continues to make my experience with Envirosolar a great experience!

Envirosolar outstanding service

We have been interested in solar power since moving here a year ago, so we set an appointment for more information with Envirosolar. Neal Oyler did a fine job of introducing us to solar and making it possible for us to make the investment. Naturally, we were very anxious at the start of this endeavour, as this is a large investment and we remained somewhat sceptical of the end result. The visual appeal of our house is paramount, and we hadn't seen a schematic of the layout plan prior to the install date. As scheduled, Matt and his crew arrived promptly on June 22. He introduced himself and the company and reviewed the installation plan with us in detail, even explaining how the panels would be laid out and power connected. By the end of his explanation, we were very confident in our purchase and the plan for the install. The end result is quite visually appealing and Matt's vision for the install works perfectly. He kept us informed every step of the way, making us feel extremely confident with the entire process. We can honestly say we are very happy BECAUSE of the customer service we received from Matt. Matt's ability to provide cohesive leadership to his crew while ensuring customer confidence is a huge plus for Envirosolar. Matt is a great asset and we highly recommend his skills in design and customer service. Nikii Cauley makes every effort to keep us in the loop with the connection to the power company. All in all, we are very happy with the process and are eager to see the power savings!

Ann bent over backwards to get the project started and completed. She was on call when she was home and always called back. When the system was installed she still worked with me on any questions or problems I had. She was curious and professional. She worked with my utility company and verified installation to get the system on line. Has helped with reimbursement check. Has been a great help.

Ann has done a good job of keeping me informed about the progress of my solar installation. Sometimes these things take longer than expected, and she has been helpful in providing the information I need.

After installation of the solar panels I had a lot of question and that is where Andrecia (Ann) Turner, Quality Assurance Analyst, has been so very helpful.
