I had a great experience with ESP from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire solar installation process. The installation crew worked hard, kept everything organized, and completed the job smoothly. Communication was excellent, and they answered all my questions promptly. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend ESP to anyone considering solar. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience!

We had what I assume was a larger residential installation and the service was fully functional within 2 days. The crew communicated well, consulted on placement and requirements, and kept a clean work environment. The power was only disconnected for a short period of time on one day. Very impressed with the collective service!

The installation went precisely as planned and the work that it took to install the system was top notch. There was a bit of a communication issue but, it was incidental to the overall installation and was with one of the installers. This system was installed to augment our original solar system provided by a different company. Working with Energy Service Partners was a pleasure. The other company not so much.

12/10 services. Going into this process I had so much anxiety and was not sure if everything would go smoothly. They have made it to where I have not had to worry one bit. Each person I have dealt with has been so kind and professional, especially our installer crew. Stephanie has consistently kept me updated on each step of the way and made sure I was in the loop of it all. I have to give them a shout out as they finished the job so quickly, efficiently and anytime I went to check on them they were always working hard plus they cleaned up absolutely everything! There was not one spec of work material left behind. I would definitely recommend ESP to anyone who uses them.

Install as expected

insulation was smooth, quick with no issues. Installer was great, clean timely, and communicated through throughout the process. The one suggestion I may have, is understanding the process between completion of installation and getting your permit to operate with the utility. Other than that installation and usage is as expected.. great work.

Communication

Communication has been great. They have been able to answer my questions when I need clarity in regards to the contract or the system it self. They have kept providing me support even after the system has been installed.

Gaylar Dempsy is one of the best customer service managers. She has been my contact person for our roofing installation and it's warranty. I can't be more pleased. First of all, she is very accessible to contact with. Second, I didn't have to repeat my inquiries. She has knowledges and experiences to provide the solutions without delay. She always makes sure that I am satisfied with her assistance. I think she is a great asset to the company.

ESP did a great job of installing our panels and battery. They were very professional, respectful, and got the job done within the time that they promised. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to put in Solar.

Excellent experience

I was very hesitant about installing solar. David the young man that help me was very informational, enthusiastic, and answered every question we had. The installation crew headed by Norman were also great. he kept in good communications with me, picked up after themselves, and help me set up the app on my phone. I would recommend this company to my friend without a doubt.

Carlos and crew were great. They worked with me to route the conduits to where they were least obstrusive and hidden. The solar install went smoothly and quickly. One and a half day for the install. Certainly would recommend ESP for your Solar panel needs.

Our solar installation was excellent and the installers were extremely knowledgeable. From the beginning of the process each rep was transparent and the communication has been consistently helpful. Solar review

The installers were on time as scheduled and professional. Panels look awesome. Adding two backup batteries as to have plenty of power throughout the day and evening or especially blackouts ! Our Edison bills have sky rocketed. Almost tripled as of July and only going to get worse over time. I’ve been well informed every step of the way. Our Representive,Adam, has been awesome. Always answers my questions almost immediately and follows up on everything he’s says he going to do. Will totally refer them to all my family and friends. This isn’t a short process, as the city has inspections and permits that have to be approved. No pressure was given at any time. Extremely happy we made the decision to go solar. Only going to get easier to manage our bills knowing exactly what I have to pay for electricity. And the electric bill will never go up. Never hurts to get a quote. No obligation. Totally satisfied.
