Buyer beware. This company is absolutely horrible. They lie to customers and steal their money. The product they provide is no good, mine has already broken twice in two years. That is out of pocket. Also, the system doesn’t produce anywhere near where they told me it would. to be honest, I cannot believe they’re still in business. There are reviews about this company everywhere and they should be shut down. The owner should be ashamed of stealing peoples money.

EMS can't be beat! We are saving so much money it's ridiculous. Thank GOD for EMS coming out and taking care of business! The price, the service and the people are simply amazing!

I used this company and their solar system is not what they promised. It was installed in 2017. We were told our bills would be almost nothing. My electric bills are still over 200.00 month so I am barely saving money after spending 30+ thousand dollars. I need to speak with them now regarding another issue and have three different messages on 3 different phone numbers and noone will return my calls. I have left 3 messages over 3 days. Completely unresponsive! Very unprofessional.

Once they get your money they are very unresponsive. My inverter has been down for two months and they will not do anything to help. They do not even get back to us. This is a very unprofessional and lazy company as soon as they get your money.

I wanted to save on electricity even though in FL my energy cost 140/mo. With the tax credits and incentives, and increase of home value I felt it was right for me. Electricity will only go up from here!

From start to finish easy process, very happy

First, I was unable to turn on my panels because they failed to complete the paperwork. Then, after a couple of calls I finally got my gift card, but it was unusable because I can't log into my Amazon account. Now, I'm trying to use the chat feature and no one responds.

I heard they were a outstanding company that took care of their clients but afterwards it was a lot of lies and misleading information failure to provide what the sales representative guaranteed I would receive to include financing and tax credits. I am trying to work with the company to resolve the issues The company took advantage of a disabled veteran on a fix income . If I would been given the correct information I would never have installed the panels instead I was completely lied to about the program and loan. I am waiting to see if the company will do the right thing and work out a solution since it was false representation. I am not sure of my next steps or actions against the company just want resolution and given what was guaranteed to my family The installation crew was amazing and did outstanding work they truly represent the company well I hope that I will be given the same results as promised and deliver like their crew did it’s on the president and owner They also need better actions with associations because I had to fight for several months after work was completed because they failed to complete association required documentation. When we asked they said they had already completed and had approval from the board but after it was installed I received letters and fines because the assigned person never completed the work the office manager had to complete and assist me with the association which took almost 6 months and caused undue stress

Salesman was fully knowledgeable in explaining and answering all of my questions! Any questions needed on my part he was quick to respond. All the crews that came for this/that were professional and polite! The crew that installed the panels, not only were they professional but polite, courteous and very efficient!

They kept us up to date and informed during the whole process. They started to installation preparation process almost immediately . Each sub-contractor they used was courteous and took the time to explain exactly what and why they were doing each step. I would highly recommend this company to my family friends and anyone else.

mislead from the beginning of project, this started 9/8/18 it is now 2/6/19 i still don't know if up and running, they were suppose to remburse me for finance bill because of not being up and running yet this NEVER happened, this whole project has been nothing but a night mare and NO i will not reverse this review, my suggestion is to either NOT use this company or just don't go solar. my elect. bill was 176. avg i now have to pay this bill plus a finance bill of 166. plus so now i pay 330.plus so disapointed and stressed, plus 4 failed inspections

very quick insallation and good work

EMS installed 21 solarworld panels on my roof. They came when they said they would, completed the job, working well into the night. They cleaned up, came back 2nd day to finish. I am VERY SATISIFIED with their work ethic, professionalism & information updated for me.

This company was fast, efficient and thorough. They also have a flexible install schedule, with knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend the company to family members and friends.

We were PROMISED that we would end up with only a hook up fee from Duke. This was completely wrong. Since installing the solar 2 years ago, our electric bill has only decreased by $50. During the first year, we were then told that we need to remove the oak tree in our front yard because it was blocking the sun. That cost us another $3,000. Why didn't they see this when they sold us this system. We now need a new roof and we cannot get a roofing company that will touch the solar. EMS quote for a new roof was almost $6,000 more than others, and they want $3400 to remove and reinstall the solar.

Just got my ok from TECO yesterday after they installed my new net zero meter. EMS has been great every step of the way. They have been professional and have gone the extra mile to make my solar panel installation dream come true. I can't wait to see the savings on my future TECO bills.

Had new water heater and solar panel installed in late December 2017. They switched the copper pipe to "Sharkbite" red flex pipe after taking system apart the second and third time when they could not get the solar to work. The red pipe ruptured yesterday afternoon about 1:00. The original installer (subcontractor) blames the contractor for the change and the contractor blames the subcontractor. 24 hours later cannot get anyone to address the issue of water in the attic, broken water pipe, wet ceiling starting to come apart, and what was almost 3 inches of water in my house. When I call the office the voice mail boxes are full and cannot accept any more calls. On top of that the AC unit inside and out that was also installed at the same time as the solar isn't working correctly. No answers on that either. I am contacting Todd Uhlrich at channel 9 and gonna send him pictures

Electrical Panel upgrade was finished by 2 electricians (Danny and Terry), and they did an amazing job. They labeled all the breakers. The wiring was done accurately. Everyone was extremely nice and ultimately helped very quickly, yet it's just nice to have people to be able to trust and go to. Exceptionally satisfied with the service.

Ems Contracting did a great work for us. We discovered that purchasing solar is better option for us rather than rent. I will exceptionally recommend this company because they know what they are doing. If you're thinking about Solar, I recommend at any rate calling these folks before you settle on any choices.

Terry contacted out to me and took care of the rest. He showed up in person to our house few times to make sure everything was installed. Thank you for turning my bad experience into an incredible one. My recommendation to anyone hiring Ems contracting, I'm 100% positive he will take care of you. I'm pretty sure the great installation job will give us no leaks. I definitely recommend them.

Steve was great. His observant to particular and passion to find the perfect solution was excellent. He went over what one would assume. I didn't feel in a hurry like many team members made us seem. I really recommend Ems contracting.

The installation was done in less than a week, and the team was friendly and efficient. Overall, great guys.

I got a detailed quote from Denise that explained everything clearly and he explained every part of the proposal to me. He also sent Danny to check out my home and to get a better idea of how much sunlight hits my property. After that, they updated their quote to a lower price, which surprised me even more. This company went above and beyond to help me save money.

Rusty Howard wrote up the contract for the solar system. This occurred in August,2 015. There was no visible computation of the number of panels needed for system to function properly, He pulled the 3 kilowatt figure seemingly out of the air. I think you would get better sales closures by doing a little more acting in computing the total amount of kilowatt hours needed. I am sure that this type of installation is fairly standard. How much variation could there be in double wide mobile homes. Once the contract was signed, the permits were approved on 10/13/2015. This seem to be an unnecessarily long time to get county approval. Once the project was started, it was in progress until just before 12/25/2015. This was due to supplies for use in installing the panels were not on the truck, some in climate weather, and over extended work on other jobs. This was very frustrating and would definitely lead someone to question the quality of the work. However, once they crew go It a together the workmanship was just fine. The other frustrating aspect or their work was the lack of communication when questions were raised. Numerous times, I was told someone would call or show up at the residence but the contact was never made. Much improvement could be made in this area of business,
