Couple of kinks but, overall good.

I am writing an honest review. At first there were a few issues on the monitoring side. For some reason my monitoring system wasn't showing the correct production and i was paying solar plus a electric bill. However that was solved recently and i am actually producing much more than i need which is great. I have to say my salesperson Joshua has been nothing short of amazing. He has always been there to help. Even when i didn't feel like i was getting the help from the office joshua was right there to answer my calls and tell me not to worry he would handle it. He made sure my monitoring was corrected. He is helping me call the electric company to get my extra credits they haven't given me. He also made sure i received my utility rebate as well. I was delighted to receive a call this morning from him saying it was all taken care of i am a little disappointed in certain parts of Elevations process but they did make sure any wrong was made right. I would've lost hope had joshua not been so helpful i personally feel he went above and beyond what a salesman can do i am happy now with everything and i recommend Elevation solar

Knowledge is Power

After meeting with several solar companies and diving further into our research two things became very clear: 1. Solar companies are NOT all ethical 2. The more we learned, the more Elevation Solar stood out. From warranties (panel, production, roof), system costs and inverters to monitoring energy use and estimating actual savings, Elevation Solar was the best decision for us. If you want the truth and not sold something you don't need then talk to Dane Thomas at Elevation solar.

Eric Kuster came to our house and was extremely knowledgeable and throughly explained the whole solar concept and showed what are savings would be. It was not a high pressure sales pitch.

Clean Install

I'm very happy with the installation. The Techs that came out to do the install, worked through a drizzling rain and still managed to make the installation look very nice.

Great setup and install

Quote process was easy. Representative was knowledgeable and answered my questions. Also helped me size my system for what I wanted. Tweaking the size just a bit got me a larger system for almost the same price. Installers were professional and were careful with the property! Install is clean.

Happy solar panel system owner

Elevation Solar installed solar panels at my house on August 6, 2018 and I am very satisfied with the entire experience. The entire process was smooth from initial conversations to final installation. I worked with Andrew Garcia, the salesman, who was very professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and patient when answering my questions regarding the processes and solar panel type involved. Due to my busy work schedule it took time for me to get the contract signed but Andrew never pressured me to hurry up. He was always polite when dealing with me. He provided me with a detailed proposal, which I found very useful when deciding to go with solar, and in choosing this company over others. I researched solar panels and ensured what I was getting was quality solar panels that was backed by a good warranty and service after installation. It also helped tremendously that good financing was available which the other solar companies I considered did not have. The majority of the time was spent obtaining the required permits but once the permits were in place, the process of installation was very smooth - the entire system was installed in one day, and we were able to switch on our solar pretty soon after that. The best part of the solar panel installation was none of the wires are visible from the outside, everything was neatly tucked under the panels and the panels themselves look like a series of skylights. There was also the option of painting the metal tubes to match the color of my roof. The solar panel installers were professional, friendly, courteous, enthusiastic and careful not to damage any of my property. To minimize energy loss, additional insulation was also installed in my attic by HeatBusters which other solar companies I checked did not offer. HeatBusters were friendly, quick and professional. Right after the attic insulation installation I noticed how much cooler my house was during the summer and warmer during winter. It’s now been 4 months since the system was turned on - I have seen a noticeable reduction in my electricity bill, with the last bill without a charge other than the $8.95 CPS Energy, electric company, connection and surplus electricity storage fee as I have enough electricity produced by the panels. CPS Energy gave me a rebate that was used as the down payment for the solar panel system loan and I am getting a considerable tax credit this year for going solar. Overall, I am very happy with the entire installation process and with going solar and wished I had done it sooner. I would definitely recommend Elevation Solar to anyone for solar installation.

Amazing!

Elevation solar has been great! My rep here in Killeen, tx Joshua was awesome. I met with 2 other companies before him and i canceled my other to go with Joshua because he seemed to know more than the other two combined. I have been installed for a while running my solar system as well. I have had negative credits where the electric company is actually paying me! I sent my bill to joshua several months back to show him. I was skeptical at first but, now that i have it, i try to tell everyone i know how great it works. I definitely reccomend Elevation solar and especially Joshua. I have called him several times since my system has been installed to refer or just ask questions and he always gets back to me. Going solar was a great choice and i am glad i did!

Quick install and great crew

I have had a pretty great experience with Elebation Solar. The process was organized a d everything can be e-signed. They are not great at communication but as long as you follow up, you should have no issues. They have the forms for your electric provider as well as your home owner’s association which makes everything simple. The installation crew was very professional,punctual and cleaned up everything before the left. Great group of guys!

Got to talk to Don while he was making some repairs, he told me what was going on and even showed me some things about my monitor I didn't know. He did a great job!

So far, we have had Elevation Solar seal our home for energy efficiency. It has been a great process and we look forward to having our solar panels installed within the next week.

Sales Representative

We are new to Arizona and to the subject of solar energy. Ariel was an excellent representative for Elevation Solar. We were given a detailed and knowledgeable presentation that included many items that we had not even thought about. We were able to understand what was being explained and rate Ariel as a sales representative who knows his product and can teach new customers what they need to know.

Professional Solar Company

I had gone through a lot of interviewing of solar companies for our vacation home in Scottsdale. My husband is an engineer and the Elevations sales staff were the only ones able to "keep up". After a full summer of bills, I can proudly say that we made the right choice. We had one point of contact for any questions throughout the process. We oversized the system and our electric bills are now negative! Wished we had it done a lot sooner!

SOLAR lOAN ( lOAN PAL

OUR SOLAR INSTALLATION WAS GREAT AND PAINLESS HOWEVER THE LOAN SET UP IS NOT SO GREAT. WE ARE RETIRED AND ON A FIXED INCOME . tHE SOLAR INSTALLATION IS SUPPOSE TO HELP WITH OUR ELECTRIC BILL SO WE CAN BUDGET OUR MONTHLY INCOME BETTER . hOWEVER OUR SOLAR DIDN'T GET TURN ON UNTIL SETP. 20 BECAUSE OF THE CITY INSPECTION AND NV ENERGY . NOW OUR LOAN PAYMENT IS SUPPOSE TO START ON OCTOBER 1ST. THIS MEAN WE HAVE TWO ELECTRIC BILL ON THE FIRST TO PAY . THIS DOES NOT SAVE ME MONEY. I CALL LOAN PAL TO PUSH OUR FIRST PAYMENT TO OCTOBER 1ST AND THEY REFUSE TO HELP. THIS PUTS US IN A BIND WE THOUGHT WE WOULD HAVE A MONTH BREAK BUT NOW IT MAKES US SHORT . . i AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE LOAN COMPANY THAT ELEVATION USES. WE WILL STOP PAYMENT ON OUR FIRST MONTHS PAYMENT. . VERY UNHAPPY

I wanted to let you know that even after a hiccup at the start, the installation crew Elevation Solar sent to my home was exceptional. Isaiah kept me informed all along the way . He answered any of my questions about the installations When he told me they would be here the next day at 6:00 am he was right on time. All during the installation the installers took care to make sure my property was taken care of The installers were professional and customer service oriented. Isaiah, however, went above and beyond. His professionalism, customer service, honesty and reliability should be commended. He made sure that I felt comfortable with everything they were doing He truly cares about the job he does, sometimes a rear find these days. KUDO’S to Isaiah and his team. Very Long Day - Great Results

The Elevation install team arrived early and were going strong by 7:30am. Our system was a large install that easily could have taken two days. This team worked hard and long through 115 degree heat on a very hot day and finished early that evening. They came back the next day and conducted a thorough inspection of the roof and the system. A few broken tiles were identified; the team lead purchased, installed, and provided a few extra tiles for future use. This is a top notch company that takes obvious pride in their workmanship.

Solar system installation

It was a great and painless experience from beginning to end. Brandon Elliott was very knowledgeable and accomodating in the whole process. He kept me updated throughout the process. Elevation Solar personnel contacted me step by step til the end. I have already recommended Elevation Solar to many friends. Great Job, Keep up the good work.

Glad to be using the sun's power

Our Salesman Brandon, provided us with facts and information and no pressure. They worked with our homeowners association and the installation was fast and clean and very well done. It will be a few months before we see just how much we are generating vs creating. This is the top energy usage months of the year.

Some Problems

I am more or less pleased with the overall project; however, there were several problems with the process. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the system that would be installed, and put the process into terms a layman could understand. After we agreed to the proposed project, the contracts, City building permits and power company permits and rebate program request were signed and submitted. After four months of waiting and calling, construction finally started. The next week I got a call from the City building inspection department informing me that the construction at my residence was in violation of City codes since there was no building permit on site, and no arrangements for a City inspection were made. The City representative told me in no uncertain terms to have my contractor come by the City immediately and pick up the permit and arrange for an inspection. I did not appreciate being called out by the City for infractions by the contractor. I called Ms. Cindy Pouquette at the Elevation Solar corporate office, she was very courteous and helpful in getting this problem resolved. Although the construction was illegal at the time, it was carried out swiftly and clean-up was good. When the power company came to change my electric meter, the tech gave me a phone number to call to set up the rebate program. When I called the number, the person apologized and said the rebate program expired a month before my request was submitted by Elevation Solar. He said the Elevation Solar rep told him at the time that it was okay since I authorized the project knowing the rebate program had expired. I DID NO SUCH THING! I am pleased with the system itself, but the hassle I went through getting it installed I would not want to go through again!
