Elevation Solar has been great since our installation company is no longer in business. Jose and Matthew have been wonderful to work with in getting our system back up and running.

From my short experience with them. I got no complaints. Erick is great with customer service and he’s just a nice guy. Adam was the head field engineer and he was truly professional from A to Z. His two guys were a great crew for him as well. That solar stuff is not easy to figure out but figure it out is what he did. Five stars goin their way.

Elevation Installation Team 1 - Brady (Team Leader)

True professionals, outstanding communication all thru the 2 days of installation. Framework up on Monday - looks so good! Today all the panels on the roof, again - communication as power was shut off for City Of Peoria, APS and Elevation on site inspection - all the while Team 1/Brady were doing their installation. One of the BEST experiences I have ever had with complex work done at my home. So great to find Expert work, outstanding team and informing me along the way increases my confidence that all the pre-work I did contacting 6 different companies before deciding was worth the effort. I made the right choice - hope you get Team 1/Brady for your Elevation Solar install.

I received a call that one of my panels was offline. The rep patiently helped walk me through the steps to get it back up and running. As well as answered all my other questions. He was friendly and helpful! Elevation Solar is the way to go.

Installation team and sales person did an amazing job

The sales person, Jesse, did a stellar job explaining the ins and outs of everything. He made buying Solar easy. Once installation began crew 5 did a professional job installing everything. I’ll update the review once production starts.

After the sale

I ran into a problem with my system. I called and talked to Jose and he contacted the manufacturer about the issue and in no time a decision was made to get me going. I over 6 years, any issue I have had has been cared for promptly. I highly recommend doing business with this company. Great from start to finish, and the performance of my system has been exactly as designed. A couple of bumps in the long road don't mean much when someone cares. Happy Bob

Customer service review

Elevation Solar installed our system five years ago. Since then Elevation Solar and Enphase have always provided great customer service. Timely and polite. They calmly answer my questions regardless of how basic they may be. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Elevation Solar doing a good job

So far, Elevation Solar has done a great job. They obtained the interconnection agreement with my utility within 5 weeks of contract signing. It took awhile for them to get permit approval, but that was the fault of the County. The County was holding up the permit because they wanted a new drawing of my septic system and leach lines (they wanted something other than the hand drawings from 1984). Well, that is not Elevation's fault. The septic system had nothing to do with the ground mount solar which was 150 feet away from the septic system. I went down to the County and spoke with the person holding up the permit and she was just totally unreasonable. Good thing was she retired the next week and we were able to get the permit approved the next week thanks to a reasonable County employee who said a new septic/leech field drawing was not required. Once the permit was approved, Elevation scheduled my install for 5 weeks out. I was very happy with the quick install date. The installer showed up on time and has done a good job so far with the install. It should be completed in 2 more days. Antonio from Elevation Solar is very helpful. He keeps me informed of the status of the situation and is very conciencious about his job and very polite.

Finally got it all working

With Antonio's help my solar monitoring system is finally up and running. He was persistent in following up with me and getting techs scheduled to come out and evaluate the problem and get it resolved. I appreciate his dedication and persistence in getting my system up and running.

We just added solar to our home in Phoenix AZ. We have been very impressed with this company for a few reasons. We had a great sales person, Benjamin. Benjamin was honest and true to what he said. He stayed involved to keep me informed as to where we were in the the process and really tried to manage my expectations. He never over promised. All the crews that came were courteous and professional. The office also kept me informed and worked with me on scheduling each step. Our solar is just now being turned on and we have no reason to believe we will not be as happy with that outcome.

Love this company

I just purchased my solar panels from Elevation this past summer. Overall, I would highly recommend them. I was told upfront that solar is a construction project, so there might be some unforeseen delays that were dependent upon potentially having to upgrade our main panel. I appreciate how they set the correct expectation, and I felt like I was being "sold" by other companies promising the moon and more. Found out that all solar companies deal with the same supply chain issues. The work might take a little longer, but I feel good KNOWING IT'S done right! They have a complete protection package that covers the system itself for the lifetime and they also have a deal with EnergyStar and ASU which I thought was pretty cool. I'm about to get activated next week, but I have been blown away at their approach to my solar project.

We chose Elevation Solar because of their sales person, Joshua S... He was straight forward, well versed in his craft and inspired confidence in both him and the company. Installers arrived when they said they would and installed high quality photovoltaic panels faster than expected along with all the electronics hooked up and ready to go. At that point, Mary L. Contacted us and walked us through everything to get the equipment registered properly as well as direct us to choose from the only electric companies with buyback programs. We chose Green Mountain for that. We were completely set up and generating electricity in under 30 days. I monitor all of the panels with a phone app and a web page on a regular basis. Each panel was well placed and generate the same amount of energy each month, sufficient to more than cover our usage for all months except the very coldest and the very hottest and even then the difference has been less than $50.

Overall, we had an amazing experience with elevation solar!! Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the product and was honest and upfront about the system. I received nine quotes from different companies before selecting Elevation Solar. They had the best price. Many companies provided false information to try to get me to sign up. They were on time for all their appointments and completed the project in a timely manner. I have had my system for over two years now and no problems. I recommended a friend and they had a great experience as well. If I had to do it all over again, I would use them..
