His proposal was very detailed and covered all the fine print so I knew exactly what I was getting into. Not only that, but he was patient with my questions, making sure my inquiries were thoroughly understood before moving on. I'm excited to be moving forward with me solar project!

We were referred to and reached out to Elevation Solar for consultation on whether solar would be a cost-effective option for our residential home. Their office was extremely courteous and responsive. Adam Day made the effort to accommodate us on a same day consult and by 7:30pm on the same day we had a proposal in our hands. Elevation Solar advertised a price match for competitors and we put that to the test. They did not fail and within 48 hours we had a signed contract at the best price we found in the East Valley. If you pass on giving this company a shot, its your loss.

Very Professional and Knowledgable Salesman

I have to say that I have been very impressed with my experience so far with Elevation Solar. Eric, our consultant, was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful salesman that we worked with, compared to the other companies we also met with. Also, the financial institution they are using for their financing has a much, much better interest rate and program than what the other installers were offering. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my experience to this point.

Solar installation

In anticipation of having solar installed, we read several articles about solar and also reviewed ratings regarding various solar companies. Elevation Solar was our choice. We were very impressed with the way company has worked with us in getting solar installed. They listened to us. If we had concerns, they worked with us. New Solar 2018

My rep Wes Eric. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, patient with me and flexible with my schedule. He probably drew up about a dozen different estimates (at my request) to help show me what different systems would look like from cost to production and so on. I shopped several other solar companies, but Eric and Elevation solar was the best priced with the best customer service and the most accurate and thorough with the information they provided. I would definitely use elevation again in the future!

Elevation Solar is easy to work with and willing to help you understand your solar needs. Working with Eric was extremely positive and I never felt like he was forcing a sale. He was willing to answer all of my questions and he even found ways to save me money. Other solar companies were not even willing to talk to me because I have a metal roof. Elevation was willing to work with my roofing company to ensure I maintain my warranty. I feel Elevation Solar went out of their way to make sure I understood the process, made sure they provided solar that I needed to reach my goal of not paying an electric bill, and found ways to make it affordable for me and my family.

I'm impressed

By far the most knowledgeable team. We received quotes from two other companies. Our salesperson, Ari, knew more than both of them combined. Their pleasantness and response time was remarkable. The only reason there's not five stars is because we just signed our agreement, so work hasn't started yet.

Excellent Experience

I was very hesitant to go with solar but Ari did an excellent job of explaining the system and the benefits that I would gain with it. I am a techie person and wanted to know how everything worked. Ari, Adam and Greg went above and beyond to find the answers to my questions and made sure I understood. The install team was scheduled for a 2 day install and had it finished the first day in under 8 hours. Highly recommend Elevation Solar to anyone considering installing a system on your home.

Excellent Customer Interaction

I had the most wonderful customer service rep. Ariel Ortiz work with me to set up solar for my house. This young man has excellent manners and was up front about all costs and services available. I was really impressed that he didn't try to sell me a bigger system than was needed for my house. I would highly recommend this representative to work with anyone who wanted solar energy for their home. A+ service

Loving Solar

Elevation Solar was and has been amazing. We have had solar for almost 2 years now and it’s been the greatest benefit, while saving us so much money! I used to dread the summer months along with high summer electric bills but with solar our bills were literally cut in half. The sales guy that came to our house was so down to earth, knowledgeable, and wasn’t at all pushy; he was very informative. Once we signed paperwork everything happened very quickly with installation and everyone was so helpful and kept us up to speed on what would be happening next. I also love being able to monitor the system through the app to make sure everything is working well.

Exceptional Experience

I rarely write reviews but I just had a great experience with the whole process. It went a lot fatster than I expected originally. The office staff is very pleasant to speak to and they are super knowledgeable. The installation guys explained everything that they were doing and how the system worked. The pipes and smaller boxes on the side of my house are really level and straight. I was amazed by how well they worked together. You know, it wasn’t your typical construction crew. They cleaned up and were happy. I am very pleased with the experience and love to watch my system produce more than I consume! No complaints.

Disappointed

I had my solar panels installed over a year ago but only got them working in November, 2016. I have to say, if I had it to do over again, I wouldn't. I feel their sales pitch to me greatly over inflated the benefits of having the system and the interest from the finance company is double what I save on the electricity. My husband says I got snookered.

Step by Step

The people at Elevation Solar were great!!!! They kept me up to date on every step of the process of going solar. They did all the leg work and informed me of each step, sent me documents that I needed to sign and most important they answered all my questions and concerns. Everyone was accommodating and nice.
