Great job!
Very happy Elevation fixed air ducts and insulation. Saw a post on Nextdoor, about energy saving rebates for only $99. Contacted the number. Very nice rep responded and scheduled us for two weeks later. Two very courteous techs came to do duct work and insulation. They were friendly, professional and hard working. Tested and sealed leaky ducts, vents and insulated attic. The indoor temperature has remained comfortable since. Before, the AC heating was constantly running, and we were getting linty fine dust all over the house. No more. Very much appreciate their great work. Thank you Elevation.

Sounds like our crew brought their A-game. We appreciate you and let me know if you need anything!

Complete failure of project
The project is coming up on a year since it started with Elevation and they still can't seem to figure out how to install and/or turn on the system. Literally every time something was scheduled to be done at my home there was some kind of mistake made, mis-scheduling, or mis-communication. At this point I'm thinking of removing the panels myself and leaving them in the alley for them to deal with. Since they've upgraded my circuit box every time it rains we pop a fuse although I've told my point of contact no one has come out to check it.
Response from Elevation
Hi Michael,

With the end of the year deadlines and tax credits. we had to make certain exceptions for customers that created some bandwidth issues with our service teams. We apologize for the issues this may have caused and we are actively working through our service pipeline this month to ensure we are back on track.

I will forward this to our support team to push up the list. I appreciate your patience and we take this very seriously.

Excellent
Excellent, Had my solar system installed or year ago. Called back out for a few issues I was having with a leak on my roof, the exact same crew was still with the company and came out to perform repairs, they went above and beyond to make sure my roof was repaired!! There is a great peace of mind knowing the same crew that installed my system came back to perform the repairs one year later, thank you Modesto, Arris & Micheal

They mean business.
My experience with contractors usually leaves much to be desired; bad communication, late or missed appointments, and empty promises. This experience was none of that. Communication was always there and they didn't drag their feet at any point of the project. I'm satisfied.

Poor service of existing system within first year of ownership
Certainly the company was good during the installation, but the moment they were done their responses to email... none. The customer service and monitoring... extremely poor. Their $25,000 system is attached to my house, I have had it only 10 months and it has not generated power now for several weeks. SRP had to tell me it wasn't working as their monitoring department failed to say anything. I have to call them more than once for everything because they don't do what they tell me they will do. A 12 year warranty means nothing when they do not meet their commitments to fix anything. This terrible mistake is still not working. Buyer beware!!

Quick and Friendly
I put in for 3 companies to come check out my house and give me quotes, Tyler was the only rep to show up! I guess the other companies didn’t mind giving their business away! Tyler spent 3 hours on a Friday night helping us out and explaining everything. Since then the team I have worked with to get my financing set up, down payments in, permits approved and installation scheduled have been great. Installation is next week and can’t wait!

Excellent customer service
My experience with Elevation Solar and the installation of my new solar system was professional and their employees and customer service were first-rate. I was continually informed as the process continued from originating the sale, to loan servicing, installation and monitoring of my solar system. My sales rep, Chris McGown, was never pushy in selling the system and answered all my questions. They worked around my schedule when ready to install the panels. My concierge, Netasha, was available whenever I had questions during the process. This is a credible and professional solar company and I am comfortable referring to family and friends

I had the pleasure to work with Michael Miracle at Elevation Solar. He demonstrated a phenomenal presentation, which answer my questions and painted a great picture for myself and family for a better understanding of how Solar works. He scheduled our survey and followed up with me the day of my appointment. I want to say if you are on the fence of going Solar, Michael and his team will take care of you. He definitely went above and beyond!

Elevation Review
This review is written about 4 months after we made the decision to go solar and select Elevation. If you are reading this, you are either somewhat or very interested in going solar. So, my focus isn't to convince you one way or the other but to tell you something about Elevation Solar. I was somewhat leery in the beginning as I did a survey of solar applicability and submitted my email address and phone number as part of the process. I was expecting a bunch of calls from some not so scrupulous individuals, so I went into the process with a great deal of skepticism. So, in order to prepare myself and not act so ... naive ... I did some research and homework. I was most concerned with the experience of the company I chose. Indeed, I talked to a few with either not much experience (they've been around for a couple of years only) or they have been around but they are out of state (I'm in Arizona) they subcontract the work. I found though that the folks I talked with were pretty up front with their messages, answered questions and when they didn't have the answers, got back to me. So with this backdrop I spoke with Jordan Seiffert at Elevation who job it was to put together a package that would work for me. I wasn't interested in going totally off the grid (big battery bank, a huge array of panels) but instead want to reduce my bill, be neutral to the power company and, most importantly, close on the business case as I interpreted it. Yes, I'm interested in the environment and all, but the costs had to close or come pretty close to closing. As I was on vacation, I spent quite a bit of time thinking through the options and comparing pricing. As I normally do, I built a pretty extensive spreadsheet that compared all the various possibilities from elevation (there were several) as well as the other companies. I also investigated the equipment itself (panels, inverters, demand limiters) choosing between cost, initial efficiency, degradation over time, warranty, etc. Jordan didn’t hesitate to answer any question whether it made sense or not. Jordon also proposed alternatives that I originally didn't consider (but eventually went with) which helped me validate that I was getting the best system for me. This is important as what works for me may not work for others. I must have called Jordon at least a dozen times. Finally I made the selection. Jordin also assisted (did) the utility application on my behalf as well as arranged for the financing. Regarding the former, since Elevation worked with the power company, there were absolutely no hiccups (more on this later though). Regarding the latter, again my spider sense was up as costs can be hidden behind financing. Jordon had no issue providing the estimate with and without. I finally went with his financing (actually a credit union) at a good rate.(Don't lease these things!)Once the process was kicked off (it took about 2 weeks) things started with their typical grind.By this I mean that everything is serial with these things, so it takes time (and patience). The power company came back with their approval pretty fast so from the perspective of submitting the application, since Elevation did it for me (I gave them my power companypassword – i.e. I changed it to a temporary one just long enough for them to submit) there were no screwups. The town's approval took longer. I live in Cave Creek which doesn't havethe best reputation for efficiency or working with contractors or homeowners. So, I helped.Once about a week went by, I followed up myself. I spoke with the individual (a lady .. if shereads this, I'll say she was great) who told me that they knew Elevation and that theirpaperwork is usually pretty clean for the first shot. We would call that an excellent “first pass yield.†Some people roll their eyes or get peeved about the permitting process. I think of permitting as a process whose purpose is to validate the installation is to code. Now, codes can be ridiculous but in Cave Creek's case, they weren't onerous or didn't seem to be (to me.) Also, since solar is becoming mature, all of the early disasters and lessons learned have been worked through. There was one hiccup, however. Prior to permitting (but after we did the deal), Elevation sent an electrician to the site to verify the install. From that inspection, my external power box wasn't found big enough to carry the additional load (incoming) of an external power source. I had to spend some bucks to upgrade (remove and replace) the main panel (where the 200 Amp incoming service resides.) To this day, I'm still not sure if this was necessary. I would have rather spent the money on an extra panel or two. I think that Elevation needs to tighten up this part of the survey before a quote is given. It may not have made a difference, but I didn't like the surprise. If you are reading this (still reading it that is) I would specifically ask up front about the electrical. It's a big enough dollar piece. Once electrical was ready (new box installed) we got things scheduled. Elevation hit their dates, but I made sure I was home when the panels were installed. I didn't like how the main conduit from the roof was coming down to the main panel and I asked the workers to change it. They did with no problem. They were fast and efficient with the install. Two days for the panel and conduit and one day for the electrical pre-hookup. They did leave a bunch of small black zip ties scattered about. I am still finding them and throwing them away...but minor. About three weeks later I had the load controller installed. Actually, the first electrician that came out didn't (or couldn't) figure things out. Again, I was there and my spider sense was again raised. Eventually Elevation sent one of their most experienced electricians. He was great and finished the load controller perfectly. Once the Town completed their inspection (the final one I think) the power company had their turn. I received an email that I was in the final queue for startup and within 10 business days the hookup would be complete. Sure enough, on day 11 the power company shows up and installs the two meters (one for the panels and a second for the two-way power meter). He leaves a card and says I'm ready to go. Late on a Friday I called Elevation, got an emailed instruction of how to throw a few switches and voila, I was generating power. No smoke, no tripped breakers, no problems. The system worked perfectly (and still does.) The only concern I have is it big enough? I generate 7.6KW – I hope it is. As for Elevation, I wholly recommend them. They are a local business and they know what they are doing. OK – this is the only pitch I'll make about solar: If you live in Arizona there's no reason, other than not having the dollars, not to go solar. Even then there is financing. It's just so much the right thing to do I'm amazed everyone isn't doing it.

Helping replace our roof
We worked with Elevation Solar for the installation of our solar panels about 3 years ago and had a great experience. Since then, we've had some hail storms and it's time to replace our roof. I was concerned about what the process would be since we have the panels. I didn't need to worry. The crew came out on a Friday, had the panels and hardware removed in 2 hours and will come back out to reinstall everything 10 days later. A very stress-free process.

Fair pricing and great people
I got multiple quotes from solar companies and Elevation Solar offered the highest quality system and longest warranty. They are authorized with Panasonic, which has some of the best panels on the market right now. The overall process was a little long but most of it was waiting on the city so I can’t blame Elevation Solar. My install team was beyond awesome. They were very polite and answered all my questions. My system was just activated and I can’t wait to start saving with solar!

Worst Experience with a company
We have been duped by this HORRIBLE company. They analyzed our home, we were assured our bills would be less than $40 per month, we spent $28,000 on a system, and we have seen very little savings on our electric bills. The response time from customer service has been horrible. We have had the system for over a year and we still have no answers and high bills. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
