Excellent experience

We had an excellent experience with All Energy Solar, which installed two arrays of solar panels on our house in Boston. Very professional and prompt in every aspect of the project, which was not an easy one due to a slate roof and complex, shifting permitting rules. Highly recommended. Already one month in we're producing more electricity than we are using, and it's still winter.

Happy customer of 9 years added 5kW to existing 8kW

After nine years of being a happy customer, we had All Energy Solar install 11 more panels on the garage, and 2 Tesla PowerWall-3s. Everyone there does a great job. They take care of all the permitting, and working with the electric company and the city. They will guide you through everything and make it as easy as possible. Knowing they will be there in the future, if I need them, is a big thing to me. Many of the employees have been around a while and they do excellent work. Thanks to Joe, Gabe and the rest of the panel install crew! Gabe is an amazing worker and he knows his job! Joe went out of his way to make sure everything was the way it should be. He even inspected the panels from 9 years ago and the roof, inside and out, to make sure everything was still good! The electric crew was led by Sean who is more than just an excellent electrician. He knows his stuff and is very passionate about it. I won't bore you with all the details of everything he did but he does the work like it's his own house, where he has his own solar and batteries that he is passionate about. My house was not easy, There was the original panels and inverter, a water heater that only runs off peak, a car charger in the garage, electric service on the far side of the house, wires needing to be run through an area with a finished ceiling, and limited space in the area where the main breaker panel is. The batteries went in the utility room in the basement, and all the associated gear and meters needed installing. He also replaced the old WiFi connections for the existing inverter and monitoring equipment, and hardwired those and all the new equipment to my router. He got the software configured and linked up with my phone too. He envisioned this all in his head, made a plan, and made it all happen! Sean also took the time to explain to me what this stuff is and how it works. If I ever have any solar or battery electrical work done in the future, I would be thrilled if Sean was person to do it!

Overall Great Experience.

I had a great experience working with everyone from the All Energy Solar team. They worked hard to keep me informed throughout the process. We had a few delays while waiting on the town to complete their permitting process, but I don't believe there is anything my representative, Carlo, could have done to move things along any faster. Overall, the project took 6 months from the signing of the contract to turning on the system. The panels were installed after 3 months which was ahead of the original timeline they gave me when signing the contract.

Installation was great.

I have had positive interactions with all members of the team except for Carlo Maloni, who was quick to ask me for payment but slow to respond to my concerns, turfing them to other team members a week or more after requesting.

The team was very communicative and cleaned up great.

Beware of High-Pressure Sales Tactics And Unprofessionalism

initially considered working with [Company Name] for my solar installation, as they were one of my top choices. However, after receiving a better quote from another company, I informed the salesperson of my decision. Instead of handling it professionally, the salesperson began bad-mouthing the competitor, which raised red flags and prompted me to seek additional quotes. Ultimately, I chose a different company. After notifying the salesperson of my decision, I received three follow-up emails the same day despite clearly stating that I was moving in another direction. At that point, the repeated messages felt excessive—borderline harassment. While I understand follow-ups are part of sales, this level of persistence was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I urge potential customers to be aware of their aggressive tactics before engaging with this company.

They are especially effective and conscientious in all areas of customer communication and in efficiently managing the project. Their change control process was well defined and easy to use, and the regular project check-ins with our Project Manager worked beautifully to answer all our questions. Best value for your $$$

All Energy Solar (AES) has done an incredible job with our solar install and has really made the whole process flow smoothly. Alex, Gabriel, John, Kevin, Greg and the crew, efficiently and effectively installed our 24 solar panel system (Jan. 2025), even in single digit temperatures. Panels, rails, micro-inverters were all mounted cleanly, with nice clean electrical runs. The team was informed and adherent to the electrical and building codes in our area. Really good group of guys, and they were also AES employees (which is important to me, when it comes to backing the warranty). Jared our sales person was so patient and informative, given all my questions. The design team, Angela and David, met with my wife and me, and really listened to both of our hopes for the system. They truley exceeded our expectations and were able meet both, my wish to maximize production and my wife's wishes for clean asthetics, while still provisioning what sales had quoted. Sierra and Annalise were there to coordinate and manage the project, making sure it all ran smoothly, while keeping us informed. It is evident that this company both invests in and values it's people. My wife and I had looked at a fair number of other solar companies, and given this companies price and value that they bring to the table, there was truley no other company, that we found, that came close. A number of our neighbors and friends have used the same company, and continue to be pleased with their installs and experience with this company. This organization is top notch! My wife and I strongly recommend them.

First Class outfit

We installed 8.4 kW All Energy Solar panels as part of our 3rd floor renovations over the late summer/early fall 2024. We selected All Energy primarily because they were able to provide us with the highest total capacity using their Silfab solar panels, and we also like the fact that they're are made in North America. We were also really impressed by all of the people we worked with, especially the Northeast project manager, Carlo Maloni. He kept us informed with periodic updates, and was instrumental in coordinating installation of the electrical conduits in the attic during the short time period available between when the roof was framed in and when the insulation was installed; this allowed us to not have any exposed conduit. Tony Alfano, the master electrician, was very accommodating to our GC's schedule, making the long trip from Chicopee to Cambridge for this one install; he completed his work quickly and efficiently. Overall, the entire crew was great to work with, and we are so VERY happy overall with our continuous electrical production, we still have the All Energy sign in our front yard. :)

Wonderful from beginning to end

I would HIGHLY recommend All Energy Solar without any hesitation. They are very courteous, professional, transparent and helpful throughout the process. David D’Onofrio, the salesperson understood our needs and goals. He was very swift with the array design and treated us like a friend. Carlo, our project manager was extremely responsive and answered every query we had through the process. Moreover, he provided updates every two weeks till the installation and activation was complete. The project was executed within the proposed timelines and they were flexible with our availability. Impressively the install, permit and activation were a breeze! We are very thankful for All Energy Solar!

Everyone I worked with during this process was friendly and very responsive. The sales representative David was clear on the costs, savings, and installation process. Our project manager Carlo who managed our installation was always available to answer our questions and guided us each step of the way. The installation team was quick and very courteous. All Energy Solar Review

After searching many local and national service providers doing business in MN, and conducting phone interviews and personal visits, we decided on All Energy Solar for our solar project. From general education on how solar works, access to Federal and State programs to offset costs, thorough engineering assessment to build the best system for our location, and great folks for installation and project management, we could not be happier. Notable experience: during the assessment study, their associate understood our need to protect many plantings in the area of the electrical service panels - he even knew the plant names and gave assurance of protecting those areas; the installation crew sought out and was supportive of wonderful conversation regarding possibilities of exterior conduit installations to link up our garage and roof units (due to house build, there were challenges between garage and house structures); great software system to view unit performance data and assurances of full service resources should that be needed; and seamless approval processes with Xcel Energy and local building inspectors. Just a fabulous customer experience.

Justin (Sales) did a great job of laying out alternatives and answering questions. Carlo (Project Manager) did an outstanding job of keeping me informed and working through some changes to the original design. Mike B, Mike G, and Kyle (Installation Team) were very friendly and professional.

I picked AllEnergy Solar for our initial solar installation due to the fact that they had the best reviews in SolarReviews.com. It was an excellent choice, and they did a great job. That is why we used AllEnergy solar again for our add on system (of 2.94kW). No problems, no surprises.

A journey to Solar

I began my journey to solar at EnergySage. I was sent quotes from six different installers. I reviewed the quotes and contacted four of the installers with more information to get a more accurate quote. I narrowed my choice down to two installers with excellent reviews across the board. One of these was All Energy Solar. I then contacted both companies directly to talk over my options. The only out of the ordinary install option was the need for my house to have the electrical panel updated, as we still had a fuse based panel. Both companies could accommodate all of my needs, but All Energy did have the electrical panel update as a standard option while the other installer needed to have this approved outside of their normal install procedure. I spoke with Justin at All Energy Solar and we went over all the options. He was knowledgeable about all my requests, but did not seem quite as prepared to deal with all of my specific requests as the other installer. He was also significantly less technical than the other installer sales representative. Both solar installers had 5 star reviews across the board so I was confident either would do a great job with the install. Justin did keep me fully up to date on all sales/discount/update options available with All Energy solar and in the end I choose All Energy purely on price. They had a summer sale option which updated the panels and inverters and also came with significant rebates that ended up reducing the price by over $2500. Once the contract was signed I was turned over to Carlo as my project manager. He pointed out a possible problem with the number of panels in the initial quote and we reduced it by one to eliminate any issues with the physical install and/or getting net metering approved. Carlo contacted me every two weeks to keep me informed of where we were in the process. Everything went smoothly from the electrical panel replacement to the solar panel installs. Carlo let me know what to expect from Eversource and that process also went completely smoothly. The crews were all polite and did their best to complete the job as quickly and efficiently as possible. All inspections were scheduled by All Energy and everything went smoothly from the electrical inspection to the permission to operate. One minor bug with the software monitoring was fixed within a couple of days without needing an additional visit. The final project completion meeting with Justin covered all the needed topics. Overall I am extremely happy with my solar installation. I first reached out to All Energy on March 13th to schedule the in home assessment. I signed the contract on April 1st and the install occurred on June 18th. Approval to operate came through on August 6th. The project officially closed on September 13th. At all times I was kept in the loop as to what the next steps would be and what I needed to do. Whenever there was an issue Carlo and/or Justin were quick to reply and my issues were remediated quickly. I wholeheartedly endorse All Energy Solar and recommend that you give them a chance as your solar installer.

Absolutely the BEST. At every step, they were knowledgeable, pro-active, clear, and so wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend working with All Energy to get solar panels. The set up and execution were all seamless. Justin was a great partner in helping me understand my options for loans and tax credits. Carlo was wonderful as a project liaison keeping me updated and answering questions along the way. And the installation team was competent and really thoughtful. They cleared out every last bit of trash from the project (something I've never seen a contractor do in my life)! Thanks so much, y'all. I feel so wonderful knowing I'm producing electricity for my neighbors (and making money from it, too)!
