Excellent experience

So far the process has been wonderful with All Energy Solar. Kevin did a great job of explaining the system and listened to my concerns.Once I made the commitment they walked me through the steps along the way. Gavin kept me updated as things progressed.When I completed my upgrade to my roof, the process moved rapidly. A crew showed up on the first day and completed it on the second day. Ben did a wonderful job on the electrical work. Joel and his crew also did a very professional job installing the panels. They told me what they were going to do and everything turned out as expected. Overall I feel like I got the best price from the best company! Thank you all so much!

I’m very pleased with All Energy Solar from David, the salesman who is able to answer all of our questions, to Carlo the project manager who kept us informed every step of the way, and I could reach out to him at any time if I had any questions, to Austin, the site inspector the first person I seen in person was very knowledgeable, to Chris and Tanner both excellent electricians and Tony their supervisor, as well as Jeremy very hard-working, all the employees are very professional, and very friendly.

SOLAR INSTALL

Installed solar panels in 2021, with all energy. Install went as expected, return on energy as expected. At current rate, will have panels paid off at 9 years and then hopefully get another 15 years of 'free energy'. great experience with all energy. Would recommend.

The team that worked on installing my solar panels was excellent. Dylan, Mike, Mares, and Brent are to be commended for their expertise and skills. They readily answered my endless questions with kindness and thoughtfulness. I highly recommend this team for the work that they did on my home. It is a pleasure to compliment competence, courtesy, instruction, and punctuality. Dyan is an excellent leader. He should be commended for his attention to detail and his aptitude for listening and addressing the home-owners concerns. I appreciate that he took such care in restoring my hosta garden. Exceptional in every aspect

Building a house, especially in a rural setting, requires working closely with many, many contractors. While I can say that all the contractors who worked on my house did a good job, All Energy Solar stood out as being exceptional in each step of the process. They were competent, professional and communicated clearly, precisely and with regularity. Justin took me through how solar works, how many panels I would need and then adjusted the number to some specific needs I had. He explained the rebates well and the supporting graphical information was well done. The next step was having a drone operator take pictures as my house was too new to be on maps. The operator kept me informed on his exact arrival time and shared photos with me as he worked. Before and after installation there were steps that depended on the utility Eversource, the timing of which was out of everyone’s hands. Despite this, Project Manager Carlo kept me informed with a phone call on Fridays that was followed up with a summary email. Carlo was my main contract throughout the installation. He was always available to answer questions, but that being said, I rarely had questions because he kept me so well informed. His performance was over the top. Not only professional and informed, but also enjoyable to talk with. The actual installation proceeded without a hitch. The installation team and the electricians were very efficient and the team leader explained everything they were doing very well, especially the placement of conduits. The installation took exactly how long as they said it would. Once Eversource switched out the meter, Carlo talked me through turning on the system (so easy) and provided me with all the information I needed to log on to the monitoring app. Justin handled our final meeting, which was to be sure I understood the warranty, how to make sure the system was working correct and to answer any questions. In sum, the entire process of working with All Energy Solar was easy, the installation was perfect and the system works as promised.

Despite a struggle to get a firm start date, the installation was stellar. They worked expertly, efficiently and fast as a team that got along very well. They were very polite and considerate, accommodating our needs and schedules. The work was done in 2.5 days--ahead of schedule!

Outstanding Company

Of the three companies I interviewed for installing solar panels on my garage, I'm very happy that I selected All Energy Solar! I was impressed by how much the staff I encountered enjoyed their jobs, cared about their customers, and were dedicated to providing high quality work. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Brandon Charboneau (Sales Consultant), Paris Gronberg (Project Manager), and Installation Crew #8 (Andrew, Alex, John, and George). I found them all easy to work with, they were respectful of my property, and they answered my many questions without hesitation. Alex did a masterful job of handling the electrical installation. John and George had to hand dig a 2' deep trench from my garage to the electric meter behind my house (a distance of 70'). They were careful of my flower beds and a nest of baby bunnies they found right by where they were digging. Thanks guys!

Overall Review

My overall experience with All Energy Solar was very positive. I found all employees to be very professional. Coordinator staff persons kept me well updated with schedule changes, etc. Panel installation crew members were courteous and informative. Electricians were also very courteous and professional, especially Shaun who dealt with his crew, Excel and worked with me on setting up the Telsa battery app, resulting in working well past his quitting time. Joseph and Matt were very helpful and respectful and informed. They did a great job.

A good group of folks to work with. Had some delays in scheduling when our project manager was unavailable. The installation team was great and had to deal with frost and snow due to the delays, which also limited a good ground clean up. Very responsive when there was a hiccup at start up and followed through to finalize operation. The interconnection team was going thru a reorganization and was a little difficult to go thru the rec process. I would recommend a service report process for the installation team and site technicians. I would and have recommended to friends, overall a good experience.

Super Cool Installation; passed inspection today

Installation went very well. Crew arrived on day expected and went right to work. The team was prepared, listened to our concerns, was respectful to neighbours and our property. They worked safely and paid attention to details. They made sure to let us know when leaving and what time they would be back to the work site. Appreciated the team lead’s willingness to listen and present alternatives. The electrician took time to outline where the boxes could go and made suggestions when there was an option. The equipment looks great and the supporting boxes blend in. The panels themselves fit in well without calling attention to them—looks designed in not added on. Worked was completed ahead of time and passed inspection today. We highly recommend All Energy Solar for the expert planning and installation. These folks are organised, sensitive to homeowner’s input, and a safe, well considered installation.

My experience with getting solar from All Energy Solar was fantastic. The representatives answered all my questions. They were never pushy. The installation crew was great. They also answered all my questions and went out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect for me. The companies communication was great the whole way through. I would 100% recommend them.

I couldn't be happier with the work done by All Energy Solar! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The communication throughout was fantastic—whether it was with the sales team, project management, or post-project support, everyone was friendly and kept me in the loop. Even when Carlo took couple of weeks of parental leave for his new baby, the communication was seamlessly transferred to another project manager Annalise. My experience was nothing but positive. The crew showed up when they said they would. They communicated as the project progressed. They answered all of my questions and thoroughly discussed all of my ideas to make the project better for the way we live in our home. They were energetic, efficient and very enthusiastic about my project. Each day they completed what they had planned and left with the yard and work areas clean. What else could they do???

Great turnkey service!!

All Energy Solar comes highly recommended to anyone looking to install a solar system. The efficiency and diligence of their team as spearheaded by Carlo Maloni for our case provided impeccable service from start to finish. It has been over 8 months since our system power-on and we haven't seized to sing their praises (even keeping their lawn placard firmly planted in a front yard.)

17 panel array. Very professional crew and staff.

AllEnergySolar installed a 17 panel array in 2 days on my home. Everyone on the crew was fantastic. They all responded with great enthusiasm to any questions I had. They cared about how it looked and paid great attention to all the details to make it a very professional installation. The electrical inspection was completed the day after. The inspection was very quick. I asked about that and the inspector replied that when you hire a good company the quality work is always there. Many Thanks to the crew and all in the project office for all their prep work behind the scenes to get to completion.

Installation Review

Eric and his crew did a great job on the installation at our Wisconsin cabin. He was careful and listened to our concerns and followed through on everything. He also kept us updated on where they were in the process and when they would be finished .

Great communication & product

Communication was strong, with regular check ins to update project progress. Installation was quick once the project was approved and permitted. Panels seem to be working great so far (~1 month in), and are far out-pacing our energy needs, so hopefully it'll result in credits/payments back from our energy company.

Satisfied customer

All Energy Solar was great from start to finish. Our original consultation with Brady was very informative and was without sales pressure. Once we committed to the install, our project manager, Carlo, was very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Good company & experience

Had a system installed last year in Western Mass, the whoe process was straightforward and easy to navigate. Their pricing was clear and the decisions were well supported with data. Had some minor hiccups during install, but all was straightened out in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend!
