All Energy Solar

Enlighten

My enlighten keeps crashing. The people that come to fix it are great the equipment (enlighten) sucks. I gave it a high rating because of the people.

Installation was great.

I have had positive interactions with all members of the team except for Carlo Maloni, who was quick to ask me for payment but slow to respond to my concerns, turfing them to other team members a week or more after requesting.

A good group of folks to work with. Had some delays in scheduling when our project manager was unavailable. The installation team was great and had to deal with frost and snow due to the delays, which also limited a good ground clean up. Very responsive when there was a hiccup at start up and followed through to finalize operation. The interconnection team was going thru a reorganization and was a little difficult to go thru the rec process. I would recommend a service report process for the installation team and site technicians. I would and have recommended to friends, overall a good experience.

It was a long process, but the team at All Energy Solar supported the project the whole time. My ESS installation was one of the first (and the first for my city) to be installed with the new regulations in place that required a lot more to be done to meet code. There were a few hiccups along the way, but the team at All Energy Solar did all they could to remedy the issues. All in all, I am very happy with the installation and the results.

Almost perfect

I truly enjoyed working with the installation team on-site. They were top notch and took great care of our home and our new system. Project management was also on the ball, quickly addressing the few hiccups we had along the way. I didn't love the sales engagement process, but we got the hardware we wanted at a fair price and the system is running great now that it is finally active.

Good experience with All Energy Solar

All Energy Solar installed the system on my house and I am very happy with the process. They did a great job of explaining all the steps and how the process works. They were diligent in moving things forward, but it was a very long process as the permitting took time and it took some time to get my installation on the calendar. I would recommend this company to anyone as along as you are willing to be patient.

Great company to install my solar system

Installed solar system to reduce my keep growing electricity bill and using green energy is my goal and solution. It is quiet a investment and a lot of process and which company I would choice is go through that process and spent reasonable money for that is key for me to ease my mine. After I looked into review and talked to the company and I feel much ease to go for all solar energy instead of other companies because they lay out all the facts and detail I may face including solar panel efficiency, price and impact and did not over sell their product. I feel I can trust them. After worked with this company, the product manager Carlo who have go through with me all detail steps and answer all the questions I have and help solve all my questions in prompt manner. and all installed guys all also friendly and keep professional way. I will strong recommend if you would like to go solar, "All solar energy" will be right choice for you to ease your mind from begin to end and I am enjoy solar benefit now on my house.

All Energy are All Stars!

The search for a solar rooftop vendor CAN be daunting with SO many choices but it doesn't have to be. Simplify and call All Energy! From the start, they were patient, addressed and answered my MANY questions (I am rather meticulous) and delivered a rooftop solar system that is performing well now and will for many years. Their crew was top notch and installed quickly even in December! The more you learn about the benefits from owning your OWN power source and solar rooftop, the more it makes NOT only environmental sense but becomes a financial no-brainer as well. All Energy can be YOUR source for solar system answers and YOUR source for renewable, clean energy. Do it!

Outstanding. Highly recommended.

The team at All Energy Solar did great work at our home. They were professional. Polite. Arrived as promised and finished on time. I recommend them to anyone considering solar panel installation.

Very response to my request to uninstall 27 panels due to wind

These panels were installed 7 years ago by Solar City who was bought out by Tesla. It was very difficult to locate a company who would uninstall these soar panels because they were not the original installer. i called 12 companies and no one would work on another company product. All Energy came out on a Saturday and did the work. The 4 men were a great team and knew what they were doing. I Would recommend them .

Professional

Have heard and have seen around

Great final product, just OK communication

Overall really happy with the install. The install crew was great. Did a great job with good quality. Project management kept me guessing as to where we were in the process. Could have used a little better communication. At the end of the day the very happy with the end result. Check out all the install pics here: http://www.distilledentropy.com/solar/

Owner review

The people working on the system seemed very knowledgeable and worked well with us. They were thoughtful in explaining what had to be done and how the system would work. We were hoping to have the time between the installation and the actual working system up and operating shorter, but there seemed to be a large amount of coordination between the installer, Minn. power and the inspectors. I am pleased we went with AES. Thanks, Doug Ploof

Pleased

We are pleased to be up and generating and happy to recommend All Energy Solar. From start to completion overall we found the team to be professional and responsive to our concerns as they arose. We were thrilled to have Cindy manage the paperwork end, Reid to explain the process and work with us on the calculations, and the crew to do the install. When we had a few glitches we felt heard and appropriately acknowledged. Glitches were reconciled in a generally timely fashion by All Energy. Overall good experience and we would be happy to be a reference.

satisfied customer

Sarah Zazzaro is an excellent rep. Well prepared, accurate financial projections. she managed the review of materials, installation and final registration of the system perfectly. Sarah made the entire process easy, on-time and created a great experience. After our first full year, we are right on track with the performance of the system and the payback.
