Poor
Was very hesitant to use Windmar for my water filtration system. It only took me 2 days to realize what a huge mistake I made. Did not install as planned. did not have some of the materials needed. Stay away from Windmar!!!

Pésimo servicio de instalación
Llevan dos semanas trabajando en mi casa debido a que no saben lo que están haciendo. Se tuvieron que hacer unos cambios grandes y se resolvieron, explíquenme a mí por qué ellos no conectaron los cables necesarios para proveernos luz y dejarnos conectados a las placas? Explíquenme a mí porque a dos semanas de haber comenzado este trabajo, vienen ahora a conectar un sistema de seguridad para las placas pudiendo haber hecho eso mientras hacían las instalaciones iniciales? Ustedes tienen mal servicio y no sirven, para vender son una maravilla, pero a la hora del servicio son unos basura!

Mal servicio
Definitivamente no es como lo proyectan . El servicio es pésimo . Para las garantías te ponen mil trabas y todavía llevo esperando 3 días para hablar con el gerente Michael Forero. De verdad que no los recomiendo para nada . Fatal

Increible
Firme contrato en mayo 2025.Me hicieron la visita inicial por el tecnico.Luego me enviaron el diseno para aprobacion Mia y lo acepte,como habian pasado mas de 3 meses llamo a windmar y me dicen que habian cambiado de casa financiera y mi crédito no fue aprobado luego de firmar contrato visita tecnico etc etc.Me dicen mas tarde trabajaran el crédito para ver que opción tengo.Oye ellos piensan que despues de ese engano yo voy a adquirir placas solares con ellos.pueden ser la unica compania ni para alla voy a mirar mas palante vive gente

Vendedores te.engañan
Windmar.es una buena.compañia.como tal. El problema son los vendedore que te dicen medias verdades para hacer una venta y luego que firmas estas pinchao Esta.fie.mi experiencia...mi Mama tiene 97 años y vive sola, donde vive se va la luz muy frecuente. Asi que se tomo la decicion.de placas. Consulte con un vendedor y me dijo, que.al.adquirir las placas lo hiciera.rentadas, pq si.ella falleciera, con solo llevar el acta.de.defuncion a Windmar, el sistema se.remueve. Nunca hablo de un contrato.de.25.años. Y era lo mejor.para.ella. Que sorpresa.me.lleve...mi madre.tiene un contrato.de.25 años y si falleciera, los herederos.se ven obligados.a pagar o saldar la cuenta. Si vende la casa, y.los nuevos.duenos.no quieren el sistema, todavia.ella tiene que saldar. Esto es un un engaño a.los envejecientes!!!!! El contrato que firmas por internet tiene 65.paginas.....Mami tiene que vivir hasta los 121 años para saldar.

Reclamacion de Shemara Vazquez
Windmar ocasiono serios daños al techo de acero galvanizado de mi casa. Lo perforo, lo mutilo y se filtro agua, lo q destruyo una habitacion q estaba insulada. Presente reclamacion, llame cientos de veces, envie muchisimo emails, deje mensajes y luego de 3 meses, Windmar hace contacto conmigo. Luego de una reunion y 3 inspecciones, todavia espero por una llamada de la VP o Gerete de Servicio al Cliente. La pesadilla continua. Servicio al Cliente NO SIRVE

Son un fraude
Teníamos 12 placas solares instaladas desde el 2015, por lo tanto no teníamos batería ya que para esa época no las había. Recientemente añadimos 10 placas mas con batería de Windmar Home y ellos nos aseguraron que con 22 placas y el consumo de energía que teníamos solo íbamos a pagar los $4 de mantenimiento a Luma. La gran mentira, pagamos $89 de las primeras 12 placas, $169 de las 10 de Windmar y Luma nos sigue facturando. Hemos llamado la Windmar y le achacan el problema a Luma por el voltage. Nunca es culpa de la porquería de sistema de ellos. Procedimos a llamar a Sunnova y nos dieron la misma respuesta, parece que Windmar les había informado y se pusieron de acuerdo. Tengo conocidos que instalaron con otras compañías y no tienen este problema. O sea, nos cogieron de lo que no somos con mentiras. No le recomiendo esta compañía a nadie, por vender te pintan todo bien bonito pero es una gran mentira.

Peor servicio al cliente
Hemos necesitado servicio dos veces y ambas veces el servicio a sido pésimo. Para vender rapidísimo. ¿Sabías que su servicio al cliente es en Colombia y tienen cero comunicación con Puerto Rico? Pues entérate, tienes que esperar 72 horas para que alguien en PR te llame para entonces coordinar cita. Cero sentido de urgencia. Windmar home sacó F con nosotros. No lo recomiendo a nadie.

FINALMENTE MI TESLA
FINALMENTE: Luego de un via Crucix de 8 meses esperando por la instalacion de mi bateria (Tesla / Powerwall 2 AC Battery) en un contrato firmado el 16Marzo2024 mediante promocion recibida de parte de Sunnova aplicable para PR y para clientes de Placas Solares. Donde tuve que contactar todos los departamentos de Servicio de WindMar Homes & Sunnova para que honraran el contrato firmado y hasta recurrir al departamente de DACO para hacer valer mis derechos como consumidor a traves de una querella. Soy cliente de placas de Sunnova 8 años y nunca habia tenido una situacion tan dificil de solucionar utilizando los canales de comunicacion (llamadas, visitas, emails) como lo fue con Windmar Homes & Sunnova. FINALMENTE luego de intervencion de DACO en vista realizada en Octubre2024, se determina que se honrara mi contrato con los terminos originales que habia firmado y se procediera a coodinar la instalcion de mi bateria Tesla que fue completada en 04Nov2024. En Resumen, el servicio al cliente recibido durante estos 8 meses fue horrible. Me senti ignorado y NO valorado como cliente.

No los recomiendo
Lamentablemente instale en mi residencia un sistema solar el cual me a traido problemas, estaba pagando un promedio de $180 dolares a $200 dolares mensuales, intale un sistema de placas solares y me informaron que iba a pagar $233 mensuales y ahora se me a aumentado la factura porque tambien le estoy pagando a LUMA, ESTOY PAGANDO UN PROMEDIO DE APPROX, 300.00. Llame a la oficinas luego de comenzar a pagar, facuturacion doble, y lo que me contestaron fue, que instale mas placas solares que ellos no tienen que ver nada con eso. No entiendo la falta de palabra que tiene la compañia que las instalo, no tengo ni un solo equipo nuevo en mi casa, no e usando mas de lo que usaba antes y no rinden provecho, me arrepiento de haber tomado la decision de instalar un sistema solar, el cual si funciona cuando no hay luz, pero no resuelve el dolor economico, lo complica, No quiero saber de WindmarHomes y tampoco los recomiendo Gracias por leerlo Maria de L. Horrible
8 months without producing solar power. Have had 6 visits and when they leave the system lasts less than 12 hours working. I have two systems and neither work accordingly. They sell the system, get the money and then blame Sunnova and can not or will not help.

My experience with windmart is a very bad one,I had a sales person came to my my house and sold me an anker solar battery, she lie to me from the beginning to the end,she told me the battery will last 3 days on a charge,not true, she told me that I will only be paying 3% interest on the loan,another lie.I feel I was ripped off because I seen the exact battery online for half of the price they charge me, I try contacting customer support, they said they were going to start working on the case and never heard from them again, I will be filling a formal complaint with the state attorney and consumer protection agency,please don't buy anything from this liers

I stold wildmar home system on April them every thing was working but started giving problems that solar panels were not able to make energy to the power wall the home it working with the electricity from luma energy we call Willmar solar and there are not doing anything will not recommend this company there good to charge but to do service on the house there are terrible I am paying luma energy like don't have a solar panels wildmar home system in the house and paying Willmar company also a bill that why paying regular bill also paying a solar company now it is too bill not one do not get a solar system with wildmar home company to put solar panels in your home is terrible to communicate with someone when some one answered they create tickets but no resolution they're excuse is that they are very buissy I had created 7 tickets and no one had come yet I do not recommend to no one.

Fantastic design and installation from A to Z!
Last year, I went through my share of bad experiences with over-priced solar middlemen and unstable companies that wouldn't deliver. That was until my rep Bryan Parra introduced me to WindMar Home. He guided me with expertise through the exact design I wanted. It was the best and least expensive of my many estimates. I signed up and in no time Bryan accompanied me through the process as WindMar Home pulled the necessary permits and set up the installation date during the heat of the pandemic. All I had to do was open my garage door for them, for an efficient no-contact installation. The first day, they installed the tracks on my roof and prepared the electrical connections. The second day, they delivered and installed my solar panels, Tesla PowerWall II battery, and the different control boxes. And the third day, they handled final inspections via video phone calls, tested and turned the system on. That's it! No-contact and no-hassle installation, even though they were always masked and very professional. At the end of the year, I got my 26% federal tax credit when I filed my taxes. I installed an 8 Kw system and my electric bill went down from $350 to $79 a month. Now I'm adding LED lighting and an EnergyStar hybrid water heater to stretch out my efficiency even more. Everything that Bryan told me was absolutely true and exact, and WindMar Home followed through like no other company could. Most highly recommended. A+++

Installers left a nail on my pool screen.
Left nail on my screen. Lied to me about price and tax credit. Poor service. Monitoring system is non-existant. We are not saving anything. I wish I could have them take their system and return my money.

Llevo casi 5 meses para que resuelvan un problema llegan supuestamente a resolver y no lo resuelven muy decepcionado de esa empresa no la recomiendo a nadie Translation: It took almost 5 months for them to solve a problem, they supposedly come to solve it and they do not solve it, very disappointed in that company, I do not recommend it to anyone

I contracted this service over 3 months ago and still haven't heard from them. Customer support is horrible. I have to keep following up on my case and they say that will visit my house, but never do it.

Excellent PV System
Talked to folks at Cape Coral, Florida home show in late October. Have a 20 year old system in Maryland. I have been studying RE and PV and EV for 40+ years. The folks were very knowledgable, professional, I could ask high level questions and get good answers. I have excellent solar windows east, south and west. I prefer the Enphase microinverters with MPPT to maximize the output. Everything went perfectly, site survey, permitting, coordination with electric company, permission to operate. Since permission to operate, i have produced in the dead of winter, in Florida, with short days, I have made as of 2/20/2019, 1,380 kilowatt hours and used 768 kilowatt hours. I can charge my electric car on sunlight, heat and cool my house on sunlight, heat my pool with sunlight, and still have extra left over to help stabilize the grid, all from sunlight. When I get a pontoon boat, I can charge batteries from the excess and use an electric motor to also "run on sunshine" The sun comes up every day

Exellent.
When you hire one of these solar panel installation companies, you always have the fear that after paying them, you will no longer have them. But with Windmar, that does not happen. Everything was according to what had been explained to me. They helped me with any questions I had. They were always available, even with things from the Electric Power Authority (AEE). How to read the double-track counter I have recommended it to neighbors, and they have already bought it when they see my system mounted. I do not regret, nor do I have doubts, that they are the best.
