Venture is Great!!

Venture was amazing. Loved my interaction with Matthew.

The Company that brought the Sun to my home.

Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff The staff at Venture Solar have been exceptionally friendly throughout our experience. From the initial consultation, they took the time to explain every aspect of the process in detail, ensuring we understood how the solar system would be installed and operated. Guidance Through Government Credit Applications Venture Solar went above and beyond by assisting us in applying for credits offered by all three levels of government: Federal, State, and City. Their support made the application process much smoother and ensured we could take full advantage of available incentives. Cost Savings After Credits With the government credits applied, the cost of solar electricity became significantly lower compared to our previous oil-fed boiler system. This transition has not only reduced our expenses but also made our energy source more sustainable.

From start to finish, my experience was very smooth and uneventful. Would highly recommend Venture Solar to any one looking into installing Solar.

What a smooth progress

All the staff i worked with were professional and knowledgeable. It was a great progress going solar.

Excellent product. Excellent company and excellent support.

We had a large system with 39 panels installed on our home. It was a huge job and some unforeseen problems did arise. I was concerned Venture wasn't going to address the issues and could have very easily have said, "sorry not our problem" but I am pleased to say that Venture not once said that or implied it was going to be someone else's issue. Venture Solar addressed every single issue and corrected everything to above and beyond our expectations. Their entire team were attentive and courteous to me and my family every step of the way. We are very pleased we decided to go with Venture Solar for our solar panels. We highly recomend anyone thinking of getting solar to go with Venture. You won't be disappointed.

Solar panel installation

Venture Solar truly exceeded expectations, delivering everything as promised and completing the installation ahead of schedule. Their team was consistently professional, courteous, and left the site spotless. The company’s expertise in determining the optimal system size was evident—after 2.5 years of operation; my total electric bill is only $150. If not for the heavy snowfall this past winter, my bill would have actually been negative, highlighting the impressive efficiency of the system.

Efficient and Trustworthy

I worked with Joe McKinnon, who was terrific. He's patient, helpful, willing to answer any questions, and totally straightforward. He was the only person I trusted after talking with like five of these companies. We just got our panels installed (look great! I can't wait for them to be turned on). Throughout, Joe and Venture kept in touch with me, helping me figure things out and explaining everything in understandable language. I was always able to call or text Joe directly to get help or an answer. Based on our contract, we will pay a reasonable amount each month and will likely have almost no charges from PSEG (except for gas for our stove). Since the electricity prices have gone way up, I'm glad to have an affordable alternative and someone I trust to help me figure out the process.

Helpful and trustworthy

I worked with Joe McKinnon, who is the only person I have trusted after talking to about five Solar companies. He is clear and honest and always gives me a straight answer, and help me several times when I had trouble with the process. I’ve always been able to reach him via phone or text and I appreciate his help making this possible. We just got our panels installed and are very happy with the service and process.

Even made fast friends with our dog, Dolly. Nice group of young men. Every thing looks great. Looking forward to seeing our capture of solar energy begin soon. Spring is here!

Venture is super amazing company starting with the salesman and finishing with the installers, and Matthew Kitman.

My experience with Venture Solar was amazing! Starting from installation to completion all went so well I would recommend them to anyone. After the project was complete they still had more customer service to offer. Matt came out to go over the system and the specifics in billing and monitoring He was great. Had a great expierience.
