Waited too long

For many years I waited to install solar because the companies providing systems never seem to leave a good feeling in my gut. When I met with Venture Solar it was the first time I was given a thorough comprehensive plan with real numbers to analyze. My system has been live for a couple weeks now and I could be any happier. The system produces far more than I consume for now and has exceeded my expectations. Every person I dealt with from Venture was honest and communicated well but Welly in particular really stood out tall above the rest in spite of her petite stature! My only regret is not putting in Solar sooner for me it is a no brainer!

Venture is great

My experience with Venture was great. Matt was really helpful walking through the system and apps. Boris was great when we first signed and building the system.

Great experience working with this local solar installation company. The crew team members were knowledgeable and accommodating. I even went to the warehouse to check out the panel product before signing the contract. The team informed me regularly about each upcoming appointment and progress. Town inspector requested additional requirement to the installed electric box which delayed the activation by 5-6 weeks due to scheduling problem. Overall, I am impressed on the great amount of electric power the panels generate over the past 6 weeks. Zero dollar for my first month electric bill and I continue to observe the solar panel producing more KWH than consumption. The activation specialist did an excellent job to walk through the monitoring app.

Positive Experience with Venture

We've had a very positive experience with Venture, there unique lease agreement represents a significant price advantage over other companies while still offer the benefits of a lease. I cannot speak to longevity (recent install) but the installation left no damage in recent rainstorms and I am overall very pleased with the experience.

Guidance Through Government Credit Applications Venture Solar went above and beyond by assisting us in applying for credits offered by all three levels of government: Federal, State, and City. Their support made the application process much smoother and ensured we could take full advantage of available incentives. Cost Savings After Credits With the government credits applied, the cost of solar electricity became significantly lower compared to our previous oil-fed boiler system. This transition has not only reduced our expenses but also made our energy source more sustainable.

I was concerned Venture wasn't going to address the issues and could have very easily have said, "sorry not our problem" but I am pleased to say that Venture not once said that or implied it was going to be someone else's issue. Venture Solar addressed every single issue and corrected everything to above and beyond our expectations. Their entire team were attentive and courteous to me and my family every step of the way. We are very pleased we decided to go with Venture Solar for our solar panels. We highly recomend anyone thinking of getting solar to go with Venture. You won't be disappointed.

Solar panel installation

Venture Solar truly exceeded expectations, delivering everything as promised and completing the installation ahead of schedule. Their team was consistently professional, courteous, and left the site spotless. The company’s expertise in determining the optimal system size was evident—after 2.5 years of operation; my total electric bill is only $150. If not for the heavy snowfall this past winter, my bill would have actually been negative, highlighting the impressive efficiency of the system.

He was the only person I trusted after talking with like five of these companies. We just got our panels installed (look great! I can't wait for them to be turned on). Throughout, Joe and Venture kept in touch with me, helping me figure things out and explaining everything in understandable language. I was always able to call or text Joe directly to get help or an answer. Based on our contract, we will pay a reasonable amount each month and will likely have almost no charges from PSEG (except for gas for our stove). Since the electricity prices have gone way up, I'm glad to have an affordable alternative and someone I trust to help me figure out the process.
