The technician was the best!1

I have serious vision issues that compromises my ability to enter data online, inhibiting my ability to manage emails, addresses, passcodes and other such information. Nat was kind and patient, and she was both helpful and reassuring. She stuck with me through our successful completion of the set-up and on-boarding process. You have no idea how excited my husband and I are that our solar array is installed and working. We are advocates of your company, its equipment, and most important, your people. Thank you so very much. All of this is new in our 19th century neighborhood. We walk up and down in our neighborhood talking about how “dressed up” our house is with its new solar panels. Very Satisfied

I postponed putting solar panels on my house for many years. I never felt quite right when looking into systems until I met with Venture. They made very clear proposals with projections about how much systems would produce with exact costs for the different options. Everyone involved from sales to installation to customer service was easy to deal with and professional. Welly stood tall amongst the group in spite of her small stature. My system is producing more power than I use and my only regret is not going solar sooner.

I worked with Joe McKinnon, who was terrific. He's patient, helpful, willing to answer any questions, and totally straightforward. He was the only person I trusted after talking with like five of these companies. We just got our panels installed (look great! I can't wait for them to be turned on). Throughout, Joe and Venture kept in touch with me, helping me figure things out and explaining everything in understandable language. I was always able to call or text Joe directly to get help or an answer. Based on our contract, we will pay a reasonable amount each month and will likely have almost no charges from PSEG (except for gas for our stove). Since the electricity prices have gone way up, I'm glad to have an affordable alternative and someone I trust to help me figure out the process.

Waited too long

For many years I waited to install solar because the companies providing systems never seem to leave a good feeling in my gut. When I met with Venture Solar it was the first time I was given a thorough comprehensive plan with real numbers to analyze. My system has been live for a couple weeks now and I could be any happier. The system produces far more than I consume for now and has exceeded my expectations. Every person I dealt with from Venture was honest and communicated well but Welly in particular really stood out tall above the rest in spite of her petite stature! My only regret is not putting in Solar sooner for me it is a no brainer!

From Matt my salesman who was honest and talked me out of a bigger system to Josh and Raelyn in the project development phase to the follow up when we got our permission to operate, it was smooth transition to solar! Venture is great

My experience with Venture was great. Matt was really helpful walking through the system and apps. Boris was great when we first signed and building the system.

Great experience working with this local solar installation company. The crew team members were knowledgeable and accommodating. I even went to the warehouse to check out the panel product before signing the contract. The team informed me regularly about each upcoming appointment and progress. Town inspector requested additional requirement to the installed electric box which delayed the activation by 5-6 weeks due to scheduling problem. Overall, I am impressed on the great amount of electric power the panels generate over the past 6 weeks. Zero dollar for my first month electric bill and I continue to observe the solar panel producing more KWH than consumption. The activation specialist did an excellent job to walk through the monitoring app.

Positive Experience with Venture

We've had a very positive experience with Venture, there unique lease agreement represents a significant price advantage over other companies while still offer the benefits of a lease. I cannot speak to longevity (recent install) but the installation left no damage in recent rainstorms and I am overall very pleased with the experience.
