Greatest company

From the salesman Peter that explained everything and helped us from the start of the process and is still always available for questions to the installers whom I do not know there names but I wish I did so I can thank them . Nichole who either takes care of you immediately when you call or she calls you right back after you leave a message , she is very professional and courteous. I would use this company again and highly recommend it to others

Roof panels

I recently had solar panels installed on my roof, Sunpower explained the process from start to finish. They kept me informed and did an excellent job from start to finish. I’m very happy with the quality of their work.

Awesome Solar Company

If you are looking for solar panels for your home or business SunPower by Venture Solar is the company you want to use. They are the only SunPower Master Dealer in the New York City area and have an office in Greenpoint Brooklyn. They only use SunPower American made panels which are one of the best panels on the market today. These panels have mini inverters located behind the panels so you won't need bulky inverters installed on the side of your house. I had my install team locate the two breaker boxes in my garage as well as the small monitoring box. I've seen other installers run pipes over the roof gutters, not Venture Solar. They ran a conduit from my attic out under the gutter to my garage. I can not be any happier with my installation. The entire Venture Solar team, including two of the owners Alex Yackery and Alex Giles, reached out to me from start to finish with every aspect of the entire project. If you want a company that cares about what they do I highly recommend them!

40 solar panels

I was referred to Venture Solar by a friend who highly recommended this company. My system has 40 panels. The overall experience has good and bad. The first date of installation was Dec 04. The first date to go solar was Jan 18. After going solar, there were a few more follow up toubleshooting to fix problems here and there. Ultimately, the first day to have the system to function normally was Feb 06. Since then, today is April 02, there is no problem whatsoever. For each appointment, someone had to stay home and it got really annoyed. Technicians are very professional and friendly. Installation is beautiful and secured as all panels are still on the roof after 2 very windy days, over 60 mph gust. Hopefully, everything can stay fully functional in the next 25 years. With that said, the system already generated 2500 KWH of power. Overall, I will recommend Venture Solar to others. Maybe it was just my luck to receive some bad parts or equipment during the project. One last thing, Venture Solar should provide an serial view of the project to each customer after completion. So that way, each customer can get to see how beautiful it looks from above.

Solar Powered Excitement

They are always making sure you are satisfied with service and are an end to end solution. I had been denied for solar before but they assured me they could assist, and they did, and I am very thankful.

New Solar Panel Installation

My sun panels were installed yesterday by SunPower by Venture Solar. Very excited to get them going once my successful inspection is completed and approved. The installation crew were amazing, professional and answered all my questions. They made no mess and cleaned up after themselves. Can't wait to turn on these bad boys! :)

AMAZING

The best people on the job hands down

Already reaping the benefits

I was a little skeptical and very nervous about switching to solar initially. Before exploring the option with Sun Power/ Venture Solar, we met with a competitor, they they left us more confused. Our sales rep at Sun Power was really clear in explaining the whole process. Since completion, they've checked up on me multiple times and have been accessible to answer any questions I've had. I've already seen the return on investment in my tax returns. Really excited to see the money we'll save over the hot summer months.

B. Niranjan

An all round positive experience. The sales person Stephanie was very clear, candid, direct and she let her product sell itself. There was no pressure to purchase. The installers were very professional and so was the office staff. All questions were answered candidly. Staff were willing to answer questions and if they were unable to do so; they directed your call to the appropriate individuals. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about solar energy.
