Great system

I only have positive insights on my installation so far, the process was easy and customer service were always respectful and willing to answer questions. I’m seeing savings already by switching to solar. The company follows through after every billing cycle to confirm everything is correct and to ask about the experience so far. I would highly recommend it.

Solar panels

Everything Venture Solar said would happen did happen. I made more kilowatts than I used this past year. I am saving $3,500 a year on my electric bill and will pay off the system in 4 years. The installation was very neat. They monitor the system as can I from my cellphone. It amazes me that more people aren't doing it yet.

Solar Panel Installation

The guys arrived early and waited until we were ready for them to start. They were polite, efficient, and neat. They kept us informed of the steps they needed to take and what they were going to do next. Upon completing the job they tested everything to make sure it worked before they left.

The Professionalism and courtesy of the installers was exceptional. As a handyman myself I fine it hard not to want do the work myself but these guys did such a great job I'm jealous. I had my electric panel upgraded and it turned out great and the boxes on the side of the house were put in the best spot available. It's to bad they had to put so many red stickers on them as required by the state.

Excellent pre-install Process and Install

The Venture Solar team is a well oiled and constantly prepared, courteous and professional, this goes the same for the installers that were on site. From the initial pre-sale consultation, I new Venture and sunpower would be getting my business, even as I was shopping around and doing my due diligence. The communication though the project and the personal follow ups are always appreciated, I never felt the need to have to "Follow up". The physical install is Clean, and respected all my wishes for a minimalist and clean look, the design team and installers worked with me every step and never dictated. The system is now on, bring on the future .

Great service by Sunpower

Sunpower is a great company overall. My wife and I did not know anything about solar power a representative from Sunpower came over and explained how it works. The installation crew was on time and very professional. Addam called and made sure I was happy with the job. Overall I will recomend Sunpower to anyone who wants to go with solar power.

Installation and Installers

Sunpower has the best people working for them. The installers were on time, polite, informed and patient with the question asking people in my house, which numbers 6. Billing

I had a issue with my system and i recived a compounded bill that was very large, in return i reached out to their billing team and they were right on the situation. A few days later i was contacted and a plan was given to me that was perfect and finally resolved. Thank you Sun Power, your team is great.

Installed solar panels in December. The whole process from sales to installation and through commissioning were handled professionally and excellent service.

The installation was flawless they actual finished sooner then anticipated. They cleaned up the work site . My panel have been on since March 1017 till now January 29,2018 and I’m sitting on a surplus of 1500 KW . So HAPPY!

Excellent experience from start to finish! I reviewed and spoke to a number of solar companies but decided on SunPower because of their reputation. Solar The Right Decision

I was very confused and not sure if it was worth going solar. I am the type that asks a lot of questions and loves to do my due diligence. Well after all my research and questions SunPower by Venture was the definitely the best choice. They walked me through the whole process making it a smooth, easy and definitely the right choice. They provided me spreadsheets that showed me what my savings would be over time and then I was able to compare to other solar companies. There panels definitely produce more energy than any other company out their which means less panels but more energy. This was key for me because my wife was against the panels on the roof because of looks and for me it was key because I wanted to save as much as possible. What can I say overall the customer service is great and the system is great. The Right Decision!!!

Excellent from start to flipping the switch

Several companies told me I was not eligible for solar, but Venture came out, checked the roof, and low and behold I was eligible. Brent from Venture was great explaining the equipment, leasing, etc. All of the customer service personnel were great updating me every step of the way. I received phone calls when the permits were applied for, approved, when the panels were ordered, arrived, etc. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process and whenever I called with a question, I got an answer. The install team arrived early and got right to work. It took them about an hour or so to set up their equipment and safety gear, which I appreciate (many don't think about safety). The crew was friendly, courteous, and explained everything. They cleaned up so well at the end of the day no one would never know they were ever there. The longest parts were the DOB permits and Con Ed coming to change the meter. The very next day after the meter was changed, Nicole walked me through "flipping the switch." I couldn't be more happy with Venture Solar.

Outstanding Service by SunPower by Venture Solar

I am extremely happy with solar by SunPower. I initially interviewed other solar companies including SunRun and I went with SunPower because the equipment was better, the salesperson was very knowledgeable, the prices were a lot better, and most importantly, the customer service I received was outstanding. I had a question about something and the owner of the company reached out to me and went above and beyond. SunPower by Venture Solar is the absolute best company to go with when you are shopping for solar and also it looks great on the roof, you can barely see it; as with other companies, I know what the roof will look like is a reason people may not get it and that is not the case with this. Save your time with other companies and go with SunPower, they are the best. I would recommend them by far to anyone.

A Premier Solar Installer

I was very cautious during my initial investigation of solar power installers. I searched online for reviews, requested and received multiple quotes and spoke with vendors multiple times over months before I committed to move forward with Venture Solar. Now that I am finally generating my own power, I am happy that my due diligence lead me to choose them. They were extremely attentive to all my concerns and questions and scheduling of the installation was faster and easier than I expected. It's been over a month now and the system has been generating more than double the average power I estimated would be necessary to cover my electrical demand. I am extremely satisfied with the initial experience and I am looking forward to seeing the returns on my investment in the years to follow!
