This install went so smoothly that they hardly even made our dogs bark! Seth was the coordinator on the project and he kept us apprised of every step along the way without being in our hair. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Were are glad to stick with Venture, after a few other companies quotes, Venture was the best for us. Instalation was quick, all the promises were kept and the representatives were very professional.

Great experience. My system is not officially on line as I am waiting for the final inspections. However, they are a month ahead of original time frame. Everything about process has been very smooth. My sales rep has done everything he said at the price he said. The install crew was excellent and efficient. They had my panels on and producing power in under 4 hours. Very professional, neat and clean.

Great partner in a complicated process

I had a solar panel system installed by Venture Solar last year. Overall, the process was as painless as an undertaking this big can be. Appointments were kept, people showed up on time. When there was a hiccup - and there were some - Venture made me whole and didn't nickel and dime me in the process. Getting a hold of service was on occasion difficult as I think Venture was handling more business than it was set up for - but I was always able to reach them within a week. All in all, I'd certainly do business with Venture Solar in the future - they're organized, knowledeable, dedicated, and overall very pleasant.

Excellent service

Highly recommended! We started the process April 3. Within 2 weeks got the approval from ConEd and Building Dept. Following week, they installed the panels and electrical. 2 days later, Venture Solar inspector came, same time as the rep from Buildings Dept and approved the installation. Waiting for ConEd now to switch meter n finally connect. The whole process was painless, constant communication with Venture every step. Kaya, our sales rep was friendly, professional, and on time. Neil, the foreman was excellent! I can't say anything bad about anyone of them. Kelcey called few times to check the progress or any issue. Thank you everyone. Can't wait to finally save money!

Venture experience

Instal was a breeze, 52 panel system with 9 battery backup was installed in under a week. Venture was very professional, on time and tidy. Electric company was not so easy to do business with. I would recommend Venture all day long. Utility companies are not nearly as efficient as Venture.

We wanted to get Solar installed for a while and we went ahead and got several quotes. Venture made us feel confident in our decision to go ahead and start the project with them. Not only did Venture beat the competition's price, we ended up getting more solar panels which means more energy produced for our household at a lower cost. Salesperson Brent Hebert was very patient with us. We even had him come back a second time to explain the process again to us. The process from start to finish was seamless. Their team was always prompt, professional and well organized. The installation process was seamless as well. I highly recommend Venture solar without reservation to anyone considering solar panels for their home.

The company customer experience representative was great from start to finish, keeping me informed and updated with the progress of this project. The install crew was tremendous to work with, very good experience, the crew arrived ahead of schedule, the installation was completed on time, the workers were neat and clean, they worked in a safe manner and did not mind sharing their knowledge of the system.

Excellent Company

It took me 6 months to meet with and consider 8 different solar companies. When I'm entering in to a 25-year contract I think due diligence is a must. After all that time it was clear that Venture was the way to go. The salesman I worked with seemed a bit green as he needed to confer with his boss several times, but in the end, he did what he said he would and was very responsive every time I had a question. I cannot speak highly enough about Venture.

Competitiev price and Installation went as planned

I recently had my solar system installed by Venture Solar. Everything went as planned and on time. I still need my final inspection, but don't expect any issues. But, it ain't over until it's over. I had 30 panels installed and it took one day. My power was out for about 5 hours, so you should expect this. As long as you know how long, it is not a problem. The price from Venture Solar was very competitive with other solar companies and I looked at several. I purchased the system outright and payments were as described in the agreement. Venture was excellent with communications at following up pre-installation. But, I suppose communication on installation day and two days after could be bit better. I am very optimistic that going solar with Venture was the right choice. I suppose that time will tell for sure, i.e., to soon to judge after sales support.

After 2 years of review

After 2 years of installation, I'm satisfy at this moment. I got most of the rebate and incentives back, property tax will refund down the road. I'm really happy that Venture solar provided with LG solar panels that looks clean and neat. My friends installed a year later without telling me with other company and they got an older style with metal frame edge that looks ugly. I also can view each solar panel of how much energy received with Enphase software. Did they did a good job? Yes, I would rate 8.5 out of 10. Do they follow up after installation? Yes, it will be great if they follow up even after a year later just to ask customers. You really need to compare deeply and really know what parts other company use. Some gives you good price with cheap solar panels. Of course you have to negotiate hard to get a good deal. You also have to negotiate the warranty. I think my price is fair right in the middle. I would recommend this company.

Their team provides excellent communication and support, and the electrical and installation work was promptly scheduled and completed by very friendly and knowledgable workers.
