Venture Home

I recommend using venture solar if anyone is interested in getting solar panels! They were great and the installation process was easy and quick. Everyone knows what they were doing and welcomed any questions I had about the process. The electricity bill has gotten less too ever since the solar panels have been added!

Overall Excellent Experience

After comparing various companies for solar panels, we chose Venture Solar to provide our installation. They also came very highly recommended from several of our neighbors. Throughout the process we received excellent service from polite and helpful employees. It's been a pleasure working with Venture Solar.

Sales through System Installation

So far so good. The sales person was thorough and answered my questions patiently. Some of the language in the Sunnova Agreement was not relevant to my contract or not current and could be improved with updates but overall the process went smoothly. The customer experience team communicated very frequently to keep me updated. The installation team completed the work very smoothly and professionally.

Outstanding Service after the sale.

I have recently gotten my Solar started. I felt I could have gotten more panels to offset the rising costs of PSE&G. I started working with Shane Delinks. I got to be honest, I was starting to get a little frustrated. Working with Shane has restored my trust and confidence in my choice to go solar. He has helped me get in contact with the right person to help me get more panels. He has explained the system monitoring so I can understand it. He has also explained what to expect around tax season. I am sure he has gone above and beyond to help, and make me feel important. I told him I have him on speed dial on my e-mails. I feel I can contact him for any questions.

Venture is awesome!

My wife and I started our solar shopping earlier this year and we met with a number of different companies and while we met and liked Venture - we signed with another company because I was just impatient and just said "lets just get going with this already." Boy, what a mistake that was! After waiting months and multiple rejections from the local building department, we reached back out to Chris W from Venture to discuss what was going on with our project. He reassured us that this was something his company could handle and do correctly in the first place. After the 3rd rejection from the building department, we cancelled with the other company and went with Venture and we had panels on our house and turned on less than 2 months later (for $100 less a month too than the first company). Chris was patient, knew his stuff, could always be reached and really just turned what was a nightmare into a very pleasant experience.

Great Solar installation

Venture Solar has been very helpful every step of the way. Was installed in a timely manner From the Sales Rep- Kito all the way through the Technical Support Customer Experience person Shane. Activation of the system was done in a timely manner as well as a very professional team.

I met a sales rep from Venture Solar on April 12th, 2023 and Venture Solar has met every one of my expectations since then, getting my installation completed yesterday (5/29) and ready to move on to final inspection and "Solar Savings!!" They are truly totally integrated with no outside subcontractors in my experience, and are professional, empathic, and very knowledgeable in the Solar business. I was concerned about being a residence in rural NH and maybe not getting the attention and support of busier places, but I have been treated great. And they have done all the work since my first meet; they did the site assessment, they contacted Sunnova about financing, they got the public utility approval for the project from Eversource, they got the building permit from my town, and yesterday they completed my installation exactly the way they said they would. I am thrilled with the experience, and the quality of people I have dealt with at Venture Solar.

Very informative and always there when contacted and helpful

I had the solar panels installed since March and it has been great. I am waiting for another 3 months to see how it performs and then refer my friends. At least 2 of my friends are asking me how it works and how the company is taking care of me. I told them the company is great, but I'll have to wait and see how the solar system performs.

I am saving a lot of money by switching to Solar panel, even with additions to my house. Their customer service has always been top notch and effective. Highly recommend!

Venture Solar had done an excellent job

"The Theory of Evolution is a JOKE!!" $11.99 on Amazon

the guys were great. knew what they were doing. went right to work putting up the 24 panels and finished later in the afternoon. I highly recommend them!!! And their co.

Solar Experience

From day one that spoke with Austin until this day, this company has provided the best customer service. They were diligent and patient to answer all my questions. Installation was smooth and quick. They did an amazing job! I’ll be recommending Venture Solar to my friends and family!

Highly recommend Venture Solar

Our experience with Venture Solar has been exceptional. Once we picked the option the ball got moving quickly. They came on a Monday for the install and completed it in one day. We are waiting for RI Energy to change our meter and give the ok to go live. I've been following our production on the Enphase website, and very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Justin Gallant from Venture Solar. He responsive throughout the whole process.

First Time Solar Experience

Venture has made it so easy to add solar to the utility company for our electricity source. Every team we have dealt with to date (panels were just installed yesterday); sales, customer service, installation, are very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. Everyone so far has been exemplary.

My system turned on ahead of time. Everything was done professionally and on time. Customer support is patient and resolved all the matters I asked about. Project manager is communicative and kept me updated on progress
