Venture Solar completed everything to ou satisfaction. They let me know what was happening at every step of the installation process. I have no complaints

Great to work with and was thorough during the process

I recently went through Venture Solar for install. During the process, they were very informative from when I first sat down with them and signed the contract, I had no issues with permits from the City or Eversource. Upon getting both permits back I was contacted to remediate an identified issue, upon getting a second opinion it was said that the issue would not be a problem. Once they determined that they came out next day and installed the panels. The panels are all black and wiring was guided through the attic so the installation looks very clean, matches the color of the roof, and there are no silver eye sores (Conduit lines) like other companies may install on the outside on the roof. After the panels were installed I experienced a minor leak from a previous rain storm which I called in and next day they had a person out to identify the leak, remove the necessary panels and patch the leak. Upon patching the leak has not occurred. Upon scheduling and having the City inspector come out they identified that no issues were found to prevent me from progressing to the Electrical company inspection then turn up. At no point in time was I left in the dark about what steps were to come next. Everyone who had called me or I contacted treated me with respect. I would definitely recommend Venture to anyone looking for Solar panels

Khristpher Austin helped me with the connection of the solar system in less than 24 hours. Thank you.

Installation

Great job from installers

Superb solar company top to bottom

I shopped hard and thoroughly before going solar. In a crowded field of vendors I choose right! Venture has been superb from top to bottom, sales process thru hookup process, thru maintenence. I am recommend Venture to all my friends and neighbors considering going solar.

I highly recommend this company

As of the the sales Rep. And the installation team deserve 5 star all work went perfect, waiting to turned ON.

Homeowner

The "Muffin Men" crew were terrific from start to finish. Arrived on schedule and total professionals. Knowledgeable of their product and addressed any questions or concerns we had about placement and installation of panels. Careful when working around plants and landscaping. Spotless cleanup when they completed installation. Would recommend.

I highly recommend this company from beginning to end the process was smooth Extremely happy with professionalism. They communicated well with us through the whole process.

Venture did a quick, and professional installation

The installation was quick, and minimally invasive. The install looks great! I will have to see how it performs once the town and the utility catch up with the installation inspections.

System is a Go.

Thanks to Venture Solar, my system is up and running. Thanks go to many associates. Cameron Doherty, Daisy Tatum, Mark Bowen and Shane Dylinks just to name a few who kept us informed as the process moved from beginning to end. Thank you all for your help and understanding to make the project easy to follow. If you're thinking of going Solar, give Venture Solar a call.

EXCELLENT!

Excellent service from start to finish. The salesman, Joseph-always available to answer questions and easy to talk to-he has a way of explaining things so it's understandable. We had the panels installed-they did it in house-and the men were so professional, on time, polite, and worked hard to get it done right. They look great, and we were lucky to get the newset and most upgraded Qcells! Highly recommend! AAA+++

Excellent installation team. I believe their name is muffin men?

Great company

Both Mark and Kristopher have kept me informed re: each subsequent step being taken to get all permits and inspections completed. The company handled it all in abyimely manner. When installed, the solar crew, led by Neil R., was courteous, respectful, and cleaned every area.

Working with Shane

Shane has been helping me with bills I’ve been receiving. He went above and beyond.

Great experience

I've been interested in solar for a while and did LOTS of research and due diligence. I got quotes from multiple vendors and decided to go with Venture. The entire experience from the sales rep. (I put him through hell to win my business), to the design team, installers, electricians, project manager, and customer service have all been extraordinary. I often have buyer's remorse (the grass is always greener...), but I have had no regrets at all in dealing with anyone I spoke to at Venture. Once the contract was signed, my system was installed and energized in about a month - 2 months early. I highly recommend these folks.

Open and honest. Care for your home. Reduced energy bills.

This has been a great expeience. From the sales manager, Joe, to the install team lead by Kori. I was able to get upfront and detailed information during the sales process as I compared multiple vendors, options and plans. During the install process the team worked around our schedule, during heavy rain days and went fairly unnoticed during the entire work days; I was also given details of the work compeleted, status and obsitcales that had been overcome. The teams I spoke to in the backoffice, who handled scheduling of this complex project plan, kept everything in line and on schedule. I have heard the stories of other Solar companies first hand and I did not encounter any of these problems my family and friends unfortunately did. Do youself a favor and contact Venture when converting to solar and you will not be disappointed or holding the bag after your contract is signed.

Venture Solar was outstanding in all tasks performed

I interviewed 13 different solar installation companies. Venture came with a presentation that was complete, answered all my questions, and did not change thru installation. There was a representative present when the town inspector visited also. Highly recommended

Smooth process. Everyone I dealt with, was knowledgeable. No complaints.

Part way through, but so far, so good!

Panel install done a couple of days ago. The men doing the work were so polite...a change from the typical. When done, there wasn't a sign that work had been done on the property. It was completely cleaaned up! Next week, the city inspection is happening. I'm hoping for continued good effort, very happy so far!

The installation was great and I am producing a lot of power

The sales process was as expected and I was able to get the system I wanted with the terms and condition agreed upon. The scheduling and installation happen in two months including the roof replacement (which was my wife's request). There was some complication but not Venture fault as old wires from the sewers into my house needed to be replaced which delayed the project for two month. When it finally turned on, I had additional questions which Venture responded immediately. This also included asking about the NYC property tax abatement process (20% tax credit against my property tax over the next four years; 5% per year) which Venture explained that has already been taken care of and I am awaiting approval. Now I am just waiting for 2024 to file my taxes to get my 30% tax credit from the federal and 5k from the state. I would totally recommend Venture Solar for installation.

Executed very well
