Venture Home

Had a good sales and installation process with Venture. Did a lot of research and window shopping but was sold on the process from Brent. He was upfront and candid about how other companies negotiate by signing an agreement up front while my contract with with Venture was more a commitment to sign later if I am happy with the evaluation. He also let me take my time getting all of my questions and worries answered. We conservatively built out the project and after inspection found it to be accurate. The other projects I had quoted from other vendors were optimistic and would never have fit, requiring a change order before even starting. From signature to panels turned on, it took a little under 2 months and this included Permits, Installation, Service upgrade, and Inspection. This was also with Coned who can typically drag their feet on everything. Every point of contact regardless of their position was extremely professional and polite.

Great people to work with

It was a great no hassle experience. The crew came out and installed the system with no mess. I received regular updates on my new system.

We received a professional service and felt satisfied with not only our representative but with the installation team and all phone contacts.

Super excited to have Solar installed by Venture Solar. The whole process was super easy and the work crew were very professional and courteous.

Awesome service

Great service. The measure if a good company is how they handle a problem. Venture Solar did a great job responding to and resolving an issue with on of its partners. Every thing they did was great from the sales team to tech support to installation and system approvals. Can’t recommend them enough.

It has been a good experience. Looking forward to learn more about your system.

Highly recommend

From the initial call to the install everyone was great. I love the look of the panels and am very happy with productivity so far. I without a doubt would recommend Venture Solar.

We had a great experience with Venture Solar! We got off to a bit of a slow start, but when we contacted Venture, they immediately responded, listened to our concerns, went above and beyond to address our concerns, and kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. I do not think we have ever dealt with a more professional, thorough, and competent company. Every employee and team from our initial sales call, site assessment, scheduling, and finally installation, were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and they made doing business so easy. When we decided to go solar, we contacted several solar companies, and Venture was the only company that came to our home and sent someone out the next day to assess our site - a level of customer service that none of the other companies even came close to. Their level of detail really made us feel like solar was the right fit for us and we were more than confident in our decision. We highly recommend Venture Solar for all of your solar needs- you will not be disappointed!

Solar Made Easy

The experience with Venture Solar was a pleasure from our Sales Rep, the team handling the setup process, to the installers. I love that everyone we dealt with was a Venture employee including the installation team. They are top notch.

They were here first thing and worked until the job was finish.

The whole team were very informed about my solar job, they went to work and finish the same day. When they left, it was as though they were never here because the area was completely cleaned up and looked better than before they came.

An exceptional experience

Before deciding to have a solar system installed I investigated several solar companies and I am happy that I chose Venture. Everything was explained in detail through each step of the process. The crew that came to install the system were all very professional and respectful to me and my property. In addition, the communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. I never really had a question because I always knew what was coming next in the process.
