Solar install

Crew was quick and efficient uninstalling the panels.

Best customers service

Smooth Activation

I was contacted immediately that the system is turned after Yonkers Authority approved the setup. Richard was patient walking me through Enphase setup because my password would triple even if password was successful and hence prevented me from logging in on my cell; I had to reset my password and still couldn't sign in on my laptop. Richard sent another link and I was able to login.

Kristopher Austin

Super helpful and professional. Made sure I received all the help I needed from all departments

I was very impressed with the entire experience, from initial consultation through activation. The installation crew was very professional, responding to all my questions and requests. And Kristopher in Customer Relations clearly walked me through setting up the system monitoring process.

The Customer Service experience manager has been so helpful. I thank him for hearing me out and understanding. Venture Solar has good people. Thanks Kristopher!!

Customer service

Profesional ,respectful agent easy to work with

Thank you. Well appreciated.

Great company

We just had our solar panels installed in October and are very happy with the process so far. They have been extremely communicative throughout the whole process. The install happened sooner than we expected which was great. And the installation was really quick as well. Waiting for it to be inspected and then turned on. Monthly cost for PPA was also very competitive. The fact that everything from sales to installation is done all in house is also one of the reasons why we chose Venture. We had a leak after some heavy rains recently and they came out the next day- it was the roof, not the panels- but they fixed the issue anyways. Very happy so far!

Very easy to work with. It was a pleasurable experience. Everybody was very helpful and very kind.

Excellent experience all around

Exceptional service and professionalism

Venture Solar has exceeded my expectations from the sales process to turning on the system. If your looking for a no hassle solar experience I would highly recommend Venture Solar

Had an amazing experience with Venture Solar. The sales rep who walked us through the process was incredible, very nice and professional. The installers that came were likewise wonderful to work with. We also replaced our roof through Venture and had a great experience. Their customer service is great, very communicative. Currently waiting for the inspection. Highly recommend!

Very Positive Experience

Every step so far with Venture Solar has gone as informed without any issues. It has been a very pleasant experience. The installation crew came and installed our panels and they were extremely professional and very nice. The installation took less time than expected and went very smooth. We were expecting the switch to solar to be difficult and time consuming. However, the switch has so far been seamless and much quicker than expected. We now have to wait for a final inspection and certification and we will be up and running. We are very happy with our decision to go solar with Venture Solar. We met with many solar companies and Venture Solar was the company that won us over and they have not disappointed.

Great Service from Start to Finish

Solar companies can be hard to choose. But when Venture reached out to us everything got a lot easier. From day one they were very informative and not pushy like other companies. They made the entire decision process simple. Everyone who came to my door from the Salesman, to the gentleman who did the site survey to the install team were all courteous and kind and fun to work with. Ultimately we got a great price and great customer service with the follow up team as well. The solar on our roof looks amazing. I would highly recommend them for your solar needs. Definitely don't have any regrets and feel like I made a solid choice with Venture.

Going solar

The process from start to finish is spot on. From sales to installation, to follow up was all done in a timely manner. I would recommend Venture to anyone who want to convert over to Solar.

Professional and thorough

It is hard to choose a solar company because you get inundated with offers and calls and texts. I chose Venture Solar because their salespeople seemed the most knowledgeable, and followed through without being pushy. The installation was very smooth, cleanly done, and hey had all the materials on site before they started. My system is providing what they said it would.

I was very happy with the crew and the whole installation of my solar panels. I would recommend Venture to anyone who is thinking of going solar.

Overall great experience

Venture Solar Review

I shopped around before I picked Venture to do my solar system. I am glad I went with Solar because first of all the price for the quality of material and installation was by far the best. I also liked how I was in constant contact with bosses from each department, who answered my questions, explain to me their process, and listen to any concerns or ideas I had with installation. Tax season is around the corner and I am getting back more than half of the cost for the job. I would definitely recommend Venture to anyone who’s contemplating on going Solar.
