Fraudulent loan practices, consistent with trafficking

My loan was sold from Mosaic to Solar Servicing. I am a single woman. I was lied to by Solar Servicing, ‘promotional period’ is said to have expired even though the loan period cannot begin until installation completed. Venture claims they cannot intervene. System passed city inspection the week AFTER the loan promotion supposedly expired (18 months after work was supposed to begin). Company SS now threatening to withdraw over $1000 a month from checking to pay interest, memo sent same day as Epstein files released.

This was overall a very pleasant experience. They came in and walked me through the whole installation process from beginning to end. Even prior to the installation, the Customer Service kept me updated on what to expect, and post installation walked me through the approval processes with the applicable city organizations. The app walkthrough was done very well as well.

During my search for the best solar company, we have had chance to interact with many solar companies. We finally decided to go with Venture Solar. The sales reps don't pressure or rush you. They hear you and are always available. Sales rep are available even after I signed up! Ask for Nicole. She is amazing. Got me the best price and is always there to help me. Second, the whole process was so seamless. They kept me informed all the time and kept their appointments to finish the steps as promised. The Venture Solar app always had latest updates during the process and we had personal support from Venture management. Venture promised me signing bonus (and I was prepared to go back and forth a few times to get that bonus once system was activated). But no! I didn't have to! Nat from Venture solar was so help. Superb experience

I had an excellent experience with Venture Solar from start to finish. Even the initial sales pitch was refreshingly straightforward; clear, informative, and not pushy at all. That set the tone for the rest of the project. Permitting moved quickly, the install crew did clean and careful work, and communication throughout was consistently smooth and responsive. A special shoutout to Demetra, who guided the entire permitting process. She kept me updated at every step, resolved unique issues efficiently, and ensured nothing ever stalled. Her organization and communication made everything feel seamless. Also thanks to Josh, the project manager, for his coordination and speed during the installation phase. complete failure

Venture Solar has completely failed. My initial installation was 9/5, but here we are 3 months later and my project still isn't done. I've had 3 failed inspections, terrible customer service and a severe lack of communication from the firm. Folks, don't make the same mistake I did, go elsewhere.

Our solar project was installed as promised and is now functioning as expected. We were very pleased with the process and excited at the prospect of utilizing solar energy. The team that did the installation was excellent.

They were simply superb. So so SO much better than the 5 other companies we went to. Venture went all out to get the Landmarks Commission to Approve us (we are in an historic district and no other vendors wanted to bid after learning this) Venture stayed with us and spent an incredible amount of time designing a system Landmarks would approve AND that fully met our needs Every person we spoke to was unfailing polite, helpful and MOST IMPORTANT, knowledgeable. Installation was careful, professional and caused no problems at all (despite our 4 story house). They also arranged a new roof (ours was well over 35 years old) at an exceptionally competitive price. The contractors were fantastic and even swept the leaves in our back yards free of charge. VENTURE PROVED TRULY EXCEPTIONAL. Excellent in EVERY way

Worry-free experience

We talked to a LOT of different vendors before deciding on Venture, but they had the best combination of timeliness and responsiveness, along with a reasonable quote. They handled all the red tape with utilities and the city inspectors, and were very clear in setting expectations about installation timelines and the level of power generation we'd see. Everyone I dealt with was cheerful and professional. 5/5 stars!

The crew was great. It was snowing and they just kept going until the job was done.

After my roof leaked, I decided to install solar panels while replacing the roof. However, the system has only achieved about 80% of its designed capacity. About two months after the installation, my roof began leaking again around the skylight area. The Venture team told me that neither they nor the roofing company they subcontracted were responsible for the issue, since I had signed an agreement to keep the skylight. This is absurd, as I had specifically asked them to fix the leaking issue. They never told me that replacing the skylight was necessary. When their team came to inspect, they only measured the size of the skylights without providing any real inspection or assessment. Be careful when choosing this firm — they do not seem committed to protecting their clients’ interests. The company also does not appear to have a reliable roofing contractor, despite what they claim.

this installation was so smooth from start to finish. i was most impressed by the crew who did the install last week from the electric team to the solar panel install team they were excellent. clean professional problem solvers. highly recommend....

Review on Venture Solar

The Venture Solar installation crew showed up when they were scheduled and completed the job within the scheduled timeframe. They had 6+ people, all were very polite and considerate. I had concerns of potential ice issues where electrical conduits ran across roof joint valleys and the team added additional bracing for those areas. They truly did an outstanding job. They have a very high risk job, but did every task and took every step with care and consideration for each other’s safety. After the job was complete, they talked to me about the installation, what to expect for taking care of the system, what would I need to consider if I wanted to expand it further or attach a battery backup system and if I could still use my generator when power is lost… this was one of the best contractor teams I have ever worked with. They did an outstanding job!

Happily Solar

After a lot of apprehension to going solar, I decided to jump on the bandwagon. I spoke with several representatives from different companies and decided on Venture. I was happy with the work done and the end results of a practically non-existent electric bill. I have only given 4 stars because I have not yet had any problems and have not had to deal with customer service or repair. I will give the last star if the need for power/problem resolution occurs and the total experience is satisfactory.

Solar panels

When we first sat down to talk about installing the solar panels, we discussed our bill, as far as the panels knocking down our cost for electric. We were told our bill would be knocked down to almost zero, not including the hookup charge to the electric company. We are paying almost half of what we originally were paying. So we aren’t happy with the outcome.

We are very happy with our interaction with Venture Solar and the way the installation was done. The system has worked perfectly since it was put in operation in June. However based on production data so far it does not appear that we will reach the yearly target production of about 7000 kWh next June. If so this is a problem because that financial justification is based on this level of production.

Venture Solar is the Exact of Company that I was looking for when I was doing the research on solar panels, they answered all the questions that I was concerned about, the cost of having panels, the amount of kilowatt the panels panels would provide and if I get some kind of insensitive, and the boxes checked out, And the customer service are very helpful, I Recommend them to anyone, The highest bill I received since the installation was around $12 and we kept our home cool all summer.
