Horrendous customer service

They contract out for service and its next to non existent my system has been down for 8 months and I am the one calling them weekly to fix it. Every "technical rep" is a foreigner with a script.

They completed the installation in the time they said and kept everything clean as they were working.

Sunrun has done an excellent job selling and installing their solar panels. I would recommend them to anyone.

The installation process went very smoothly. Chris and his team were very professional and explained the process very clearly. They were fast and cleaned up after themselves. The communication leading up to the installation was also good . David and Nicole answered all of our questions and kept us updated with all the paperwork and approvals needed.

Everyone affiliated with our entire process was very professional, knowlegable and made the entire process stress free. Was extremley impressed with the installation crew very proficient, friendly and good house keeping.

The people are great and customer oriented

I have enjoyed the sales person, Nate; the crew with Isaac at the helm, and any of the others that have had to do stop by’s for different things. Everybody’s friendly, nice and courteous. Things seem to move fairly fast. We did more than one home, some rentals. We only had a glitch with one house with regards to the planning and stationing of items had to be rearranged on the fly. At least so far it’s an outcome we can live with. Otherwise things have been great. Still new so can’t say much yet about all the savings they say we will have with the system, but if it’s even remotely like they claim it to be, it should be wonderful. Thank you.

My experience was amazing. From the start when Kenny knocked on my door and I told him I wasn’t interested. He didn’t stop until I let him in to show me his product. He explained everything time after time. He wouldn’t give up. He even had to convince my wife(not easy to do). And Linda was always keeping me informed and up to date. Until we finally agreed.

Sales & installation

We have had a great experience with the sales and installation teams. Every question was answered, and we were given a reasonable timeline for everything to be done. The tree work and installation was done on time, Zach and Adrienne guided us through each step of theme process. Looking forward to getting the town inspection done and getting our panels working.

We just had sunrun panels installed and we are very pleased with the process, and our go to guy (Enrique C.) has always been there for us to answer any questions.

Tired of all the door to door salesmen

I have a no soliciting sign and I still get salesmen regularly so I figure the only way to get attention to it is with a bad review. If a service is worth buying, it wont need pressured sales tactics to win someone over.

Smooth and Easy Process

The experience we had with Sunrun was pretty smooth. They answered all of our questions, presented us with info we didn’t think to ask about, and kept communication open throughout each step. They handled setting up everything along the way, so everything went quick and easy. If you’re contemplating solar at all, at least take the time to sit down and talk with Sunrun!
