Service after install
have been waiting for almost a full month to get repairs done on monitoring system. Service manager keeps telling me they are busy and will send someone when they are in my area?

Stream Line Solar installed System on 03/30/2020
Sales Associate was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Financing was very good and construction crew did a good job as well. System has been working very good since installation. Our only problem has been the Monitoring system app for home owner, that continues to drop its signal daily, usually before noon and doesn't come back up till the following day. After 2+ months the problem hasn't stopped. I was told that it's just a temporary set back with Solar Edge's App and their new LTE cards, they are working on the issue. Haven't received a date as to when the issue will be resolved. I suggest to ask if the problems have been resolved with the app before signing any contracts.
