Wouldn’t recommend

The beginning was great...salesman was attentive and helpful and installation went well. But we were lead to believe that this would be amazing and would save us tons of money!! That is a total lie! We still pay almost exactly the same amount on our electric bill as we did before and now we have an added bill of paying for the panels! I was so excited about this in the beginning but it’s been a total mistake. And the very friendly and attentive salesman disappeared and stopped replying to any of my communications after the panels were installed!

They do a very sloppy job, do not take accountability.

We got approached by gabriel Gonzalez first and said he would come back to do the application, that was 3 months later. Gabriel Gonzalez brought along Joshua who said he was training, so we started the application process and got approved. We did not here from them or the company again after 3 months and that's because we called them to ask when they were going to start. After solcius came to install the panels and said they were just waiting on the electric company. After a month we called the electric company and they said that solcius has not advised them about anything. Finally the electric company came to install the solar panels to the meter, but noticed that solcius had not yet made the upgrade so they could not install anything. Needless to say solcius called us again that we now need to do another credit application because the first one had expired. When solcius came to install the panels they broke our siding from our house. We told them you want us to do another application if you haven't even fix our siding that you all broke, did a very sloppy job and yet haven't even connected or upgrade the panels to be connected to the electric company.

System down for 3 months.

My system has been down for over 3 months and all got from them is fake commits that technician from the field office will come and fix your system which never happened. Very bad company find some other solar company if you need the solar system for your home.

They don't stand behind their subcontracters.

A very misleading door salesman. We are elderly and retired. We do not file taxes anymore but we were told that we qualified for the credit or rebate that the Gov. offered. How surprised I was to find out that you had to have a taxable income to get it. What a nightmare. They told me that it's the responsibility of a third party " who ever they are". and they are not going to help me. We have had the panels for 5 months its only worked properly for 2 mo. it's been down now for 2 weeks now and no one has called yet to come and fix it. I can't believe at our age what a mess we've gotten into. someone should be ashamed and if you use subcontractors you should stand behind them.

Just had our system installed 3 days ago. It only took 6 weeks from the first contact. Everyone we have had contact with has been super courteous and knowledgable. The sales rep, Samantha, was fantastic and the techs who installed our system did a superb job!

Excellent service

From the first consultation to now, they’ve been very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been trying to get solar for over a year but other companies would try to push more panels than I need onto me. Solcius gives you only exactly what you need, which I truly appreciate. That’s how I know they are more honest that’s other solar companies. I’ve already recommended them to 2 other friends, and would do the same to anyone reading this.

Worst Experience with a company ever

Started with a bad service rep who never called back and never did what he said. They sent a manager to our home to fix things so we started to procede. Then when time for install they did not show up. When we would call we would not get called back. This process went on for about a year. Finally we thought the install was really going to happen but once again we had a no show. At which point they said the financing had expired and we would need to requallify but without the deals we had originally signed up with. We canceled because by now we were fed up. In the meantime they finally came and started the install hooking up a big box to our house, cutting a hole in our roof for a pipe, putting large metal pegs in our yard with a wire from the box to the these metal pegs (which I have tripped over). We ended up getting a bill for the cancelation which they did finally waive when I reported them to the BBB. However they refuse to come and remove the partially installed equipment or the hazard in our yard even after asking us to send photos to prove it is there. DO NOT go with this company. I have never had a worse experience in my entire life.

I've had my solar panels active for a week now and I couldn't be happier to have finally gone solar. Everybody I've encountered at Solcius has been exceptional. The installers have been polite and professional and have been very informative. The customer service reps have also been quick to respond to any of my inquires. I would definitely recommend going with Solcius for your solar installation.

Easy and friendly

They made my experience very simple and provided exactly what they said they would do!

No Maintenance

System failed. They sent a contract maintenance company out , who simply turn off the whole system and promised to return early following week. Still no response two weeks later. There is No way to call the third party repair company. Nobody calls you back, and they seem to have abandoned my system.

The process has been smooth.
