They started late due to unforeseen circumstances, so they let us know at the end of the day that they needed to come back later in the week. True to their word, they came back and finished the set up. They didn't leave anything laying around when they were done, they cleaned up well

I wouldnt do it again

My rep was great the install went good and after the install my rep dissapeared and my solar isnt even turned on or doing anything 2 months later.. waste of money

There were no problems or concerns with any of crew.

They did their job and did not stand around talking or procrastinate.

Quick and clean work

The gentleman at Solcius were early and got to work quickly. I let them know that my children were at school and they told me exactly what they were going to do. I did expect it to be noisy but their work was somewhat quiet. Their work was clean and they picked up after themselves. They explained what they installed and what our next step would be. Thank you guys at Solcius.

Terrible experience

The system apparently is on "ON" status, but not working, we are still getting a big bill from the El Paso Electric Co. been trying to get a technician for the past 2 months to correct the system failure with no luck. They just contact via email and still want to charge $125 for dispatch fee.

Disappointing

Their sales rep was courteous, seemed fairly knowledgeable, and the panels they use are of high quality.

The system is on "ON" status, but not working because I am still getting a big bill from the El Paso Electric Co. So what are the Charges that can not be explained for $5,214.41 ???? I thought regular payment would be at least $50.00 a month, but I have to pay $86.04. I will call the BBB if you do not contact me back and PLEASE pick up your system and return what I have already paid. I have be in tough with Ashley Ward. I have put bad reviews on Facebook and more.
