Thank you solar bear, install team was very efficient. Had a very small lapse with install but working with Brittney ensure that was complete in a timely manner. Hugo was great and very thorough with the process. Great experience.

solarbear is the best solar company that I worked with they answered all my questions before they installed any equipment the job was fantastic best solar company to work with I give them a 150 star rating in my book.

Thank you to Dillon,Britney,Victor,David, and Hugo for a great experience while transitioning to solar. Everyone answered every question I had and got back to me very quickly, very professional, I can't remember the panel installers name but they where also very good and had the install for equipment done in less than 5 hours. If considering solar for yourself I would highly recommend solar bear and their team!

System update post Milton

January 2024 my system went online. I purchased REC405 panels. And a Franklin whole home battery backup. The Solar Bear team' sales (Aaron ), installers and electricians (Victor ) were so helpful that this storm season has gone so much better. I can't forget Patricia, also great in the office ran the final stretch getting my systems online I live about 3 miles from the location of Milton's landfall near Siesta Key. Prior to the storm the Franklin backup automatically went into storm mode. It does this whenever it receives warnings from the weather service. That night I disconnected the panels from the backup battery (a simple switch) in case of wind damage. Neighborhood power went out early on that night. In the morning all power was out in the neighborhood. Multiple line failures, at least 7 downed near us. I checked (visually ) my panels and connections on the roof. As no visual problems I flipped back the switch and my panels charged the battery as the sun rose. For 3 days I was able to help neighbors with hot coffee in the morning, power for their refrigerator and a lit place for an evening meal without inconveniencing my own needs. No noisy generator, no generator maintenance or fuel storage! Thanks for a great first storm season.

We are 100% satisfied with entire process. It has been problem free from beginning to present day. Employees are among the highest quality I have interfaced with in Fla. I will hartily endorse company. I can be used as a reference.

The team that helped me was great. They went over all the steps and quickly took over all the correspondence. I am up and running now. Thank you Dillon, Brittney and Hugo.

Not standing behind their product

I have solar panels that's solar bear installed. I have it seems to be one solar panel that uplifted off the roof. I've been trying to reach out to celebrate now for 2 to 3 weeks. Has somebody call me 2 days before Milton Florida. I was told someone would be at my house to fix the solar panel the next business day which was one day before Milton hit. No one ever came. Thank God the wind came from the other side of the house that did not have the solar panels on it. So I called today 10/15/24 to try to get somebody to come out here and screw down the solar panel plate. I'm being told that I have to pay $400 oops I mean $450.. to have someone come out here and screw down the solar panel plate. I asked why do I have to pay and I was told because it was an act of God. We don't cover the act of God. So I continue to ask what is in my warranty? I spoke to two different people no one really knew what was in my warranty all they can tell me was service that was in my warranty. But this $400 oops once again I mean $450. Will cover for the solo bear team to come out to my house screw down the 1 solar panel plate and they will inspect the roof to make sure there's no damage and they will also inspect the solar panel to make sure the solar panel is not damaged. With that being said I do not have any kind of copy of any kind of warranty or any kind of paperwork from solar bear at all. What I do have is the bank that solar bear finance me through and I have all that paperwork. But I have nothing for solar beer because it wasn't given to me. We are all grown and we all make mistakes. This right here was one of my biggest mistakes. I would recommend to do some deep research on the company before you have any work done. Keep in mind just because they move fast and get it done quickly doesn't mean that they do a good job in the long run. Also keep in mind majority of the people that leave reviews they usually leave it before the job is completed because the company is asking them to do a review. If I can turn back the hands of time I think I would have went with a different company. I should have knew something like this was coming for all the times they failed inspection with my solar panels. But just know once you get these solar panels they will nickel and dime you to death.
