Solar Bear

Thank your team Solar Bear for a chance to save big now with my new solar system. From start to finish the process was easy and quick. Everyone was very helpful along the way.

Solar Bear did a great job getting everything set up and ready to go. Katie, Brittany, the blue team install team and Hugo were very professional and helpful in this process. The system is up and running

I would like to start with the Solar Bear representative Tom Lehm was great. The installation recrew Alec, Anthony and Brian the electrician were amazing, provided excellent service, installation and even went above and beyond. Hugo Da-Silva was very professional and efficient during the exit interview. Communication improved towards the end after several attempts (stage progress in ap stalled after initial notification ) we are very excited for Air Bear to install our NEW AC !

I am very grateful for Luis’s patience during the solar education. He made sure I understood all the interesting and beneficial aspects of solar. Brittany was attentive during the permit and install process. The installers were professional and expeditious. The entire process was pleasant from start to finish. Thank you Brittany J, the install team and everyone at SOLAR BEAR for helping move the ball across the finish line. The system is activated and producing after a few months. Hugo was very informative during the Exit Survey and made sure I was comfortable with the Enlighten application.

Short on service response

I have a microinverter that failed. Enphase quickly shipped me a new one. I called and emailed Solar Bear requesting a service technician to install the new inverter but haven’t received a call, or email response. Their receptionist tells me someone will call me back but nobody calls. The system was installed 3 years ago and has a 5 year warranty. The installation was well done and system (63 panels) works great. Too bad they don’t give service.
