Solar Bear

Short on service response

I have a microinverter that failed. Enphase quickly shipped me a new one. I called and emailed Solar Bear requesting a service technician to install the new inverter but haven’t received a call, or email response. Their receptionist tells me someone will call me back but nobody calls. The system was installed 3 years ago and has a 5 year warranty. The installation was well done and system (63 panels) works great. Too bad they don’t give service.

Disappointed

Been disappointed with this service. I wish I didn’t get it with this people. First they lie about $1500 sign on bonus we never got. Lie about that we would be 80-100 percent independent of teco energy we are barely at 50 percent so my bill from teco still here and a bill from them now as well. Zero checking in on us to see how the system been doing after they installed it. kinda like you paid us and we out we don’t care. Only thing I will say the guys who the installed did a beautiful job m. If you thinking of doing it do more research.

Aaron the sales person was great,I had solar done along with a new roof and foam insulation at a cost of $80,000.The only problem was the roofers nailed a a/c line that cost ME $1,800,you would think that after spending that much money that they would help me out but I guess it is all about the mighty dollar and not customer satisfaction, and I asked for a hat and was directed to a link where it was going to cost ME $20 to advertise for them,I guess my 80,000 wasn't even good enough for a $20 hat!Be careful what you spend because it looks like all they care about is your money and forget about you as a person!
