Sol-up was amazing, would recommend to anyone!

I would recommend this solar company to anybody! Of the three companies that came to my house to explain solar to me Solup was the most honest to me about my energy usage. They were also the one company among the three that was actually based in Las Vegas. Others will tell you they're based in Las Vegas (cough, Arcadia, cough) when in reality their parent company is in Arizona and they only have a branch out here. When I finally sat down to make a pros and cons list of these three companies Solup came on top. Best overall price, longest and most comprehensive warranty, and highest quality panels in the end. On the first visit Solup came prepared with an entire folder about my energy usage, info about their panels and warranty, and the basics of solar panels. The other two companies did not come as prepared as that and weren't as honest either. I appreciated the thoroughness. Michael Carfioli was quick and attentive to respond to any concerns or questions I had during the financing process. And when NVEnergy took their sweet time to activate my panels the Solup office team was always calling and emailing to notify me about the situation. Emmanuel Salcido in particular was great. When I had questions about activation and monitoring the solar production through the SolarEdge app he came over to fix up that issue and took great care of me. He was friendly, professional, thorough, and made sure I was taken care of in the end. I recommend Solup USA to anybody who is looking for quality panels, quality service, honesty, and a solar company that is actually owned and operated locally here in Las Vegas.

Sol-Up Cannot Be Beat

After a poor experience with solar in CA I was skeptical. I received detailed quotes from 6 solar companies in Vegas and then had detailed discussions with all 6. Sol-Up stood out during the sales effort but also excelled on price, product, installation, and communication. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. As an engineer, I looked into alot of details about the products and differences between each solar company. Sol-Up always had immediate responses and conveyed alot of passion for their products.

Great Company with a Great Product

These folks know what they are doing! I originally got a quote from Sunrun through Costco, because I figured no company could beat one that's backed by Costco. But still, for a purchase this large I knew I should get at least a second quote, so I did so with Sol-Up. The comparison? Sol-Up's quote was slightly cheaper (~5%, which is significant on a $25k purchase) than Sunrun for a demonstrably better product: the panels Sol-Up uses are extremely highly rated in the industry, while Sunrun's seem to be average. Of course, when Michael with Sol-Up mentioned the quality of the panels, I admittedly rolled my eyes a bit in my head -sure, what salesman won't claim their company's product is the best? -but after researching, I found multiple solar panel review/product info & testing sites that indeed rated Sol-Up's Panasonic panels as some of the best around in terms of efficiency & resiliency (I hadn't thought about it, but makes sense that some solar panels do better than others at handling Vegas's oppressive heat over time). Everyone involved from Sol-Up was great & professional: the salesperson, office folks, installers/roofers, & electrician. My first contact was with salesman Michael, but he wasn't a hard seller, which was nice. He just presented the info efficiently & answered questions...the cost & product quality speak for themselves. Once we entered into the contract, the Sol-Up office team (Krystelle, Andrea) did a great job of communicating along the way, and were quick to answer & address any questions I had. When I had to make the main payment, I stopped by their office to drop off the check, which actually gave me more confidence: it was all very approachable. The installers/roofers (Luis, Keeton, & Denis) were on-time, communicated well, and were clearly working hard. My system is now up & running! I highly recommend Sol-Up! If you get a quote from other companies, make sure to do some research from third-party review & product testing sites about solar panel quality & effectiveness -that clenched the Sol-Up decision for me. Honestly, trying to think of any constructive feedback on things they could improve on, but I can't really think of any.

Sol-Up USA - A Vegas Winner

We've recently had a solar panel array installed on our home by Sol-Up USA here in Vegas. We are very happy with the whole process as explained by Sol-Up personnel. The whole team was easy to work with and the install was performed ahead of schedule and of high quality. The system is actually performing a little above or expectations. We had solicited three quotes from different solar contractors in the area and Sol-Up was the best value. We recommend Sol-Up to anyone looking for a quality system at a reasonable cost. Excellent service / installation and panasonic 335 watt pannels

Excellent service by all front office staff. They answered all questions and concerns quickly. Joseph came to our home and did an initial assesment and explained what was going to be done. The installers (Dwayne / Keeton / Luis B and Jacob) did the total installation in one day and were professional and courteous (our roof is over 20 ft high). These Panassonic 335 watt pannels have a 25 year part and labor warranty. Our comments are like many of the other favorable reviews for Sol-Up (highly satisfied).

Great Company To Work With

We picked Sol-Up USA to install our solar system after interviewing 4 companies. Grant provided the most comprehensive sales presentation, I thought their Panasonic panels, customer care, and their warranty would be the best. They also didn't bad mouth any of their competitors. We also liked that the Sol-Up analyst was willing to look at putting some of the panels on the south side roof and didn’t limit the install to the east and west roofs like at least one of their competitors wanted to do. They also took care of getting the HOA approval done including getting the neighbors’ signatures. Their install crew was here for two days. Grady, Luis B, Keeton, and Dwayne did on excellent job. They came at 7 am and I told them they could show up at 6:30 am the next day since it was so hot and they were here right at that time. They went to work immediately and completed the install in two days. They even asked permission to go into the back yard to get a piece of metal that they had dropped. Couldn't have asked for a better crew. Sol-Up installed the inverter and communications system in our garage, so it is not being blasted by the sun. Chris has been scheduling the crew and working with the Nevada Energy and the City of Henderson. She and everyone were most helpful. They answered every single question we had. Overall, it took a total of 73 days from the day we signed up with Sol-Up until we our system started producing power. A lot of that time was waiting for Nevada Energy to approve our application, inspect the system, and install their net metering equipment.

Great service and great price

Sol-Up USA is great solar compay. They have good customer service and great price. The crew who installed our solar panel, Dwayne, Grady and Luis, was so friendly. They came to my house on time and installed my solar panel, eventhouh the weather was too hot. They did amazing Job. Emanuel was also friendly and informative. He helped us to understand how the solar system works and how to understand the energy bill. So we got great Service and best price. We absolutely recommend Sol-Up to our friends and others.

Sol-up USA is a very professional and efficient company

I met with the CEO, Frank, to get an idea of what costs would be and a few other details. Before long I was ready to sign up. I did quite a bit of researching for more than a year and Frank had the right answers - answers I knew... It was a professional and quick experience. What takes the longest is Nevada Energy doing their part! Sol-up has a nice showroom on Dean Martin Dr. They will be more than happy to simulate a solar system-LIVE (in-house)...They also use electric cars that are plugged in at their offices!

Solup made it easy to go solar

Solup won my business out of four companies that submitted a proposal. They won on both professionalism and product specs. Their proposal included monthly consumption and production estimates. I was able to include a first year production guarantee, meaning that Solup now backed up the estimates they provided me. That made their proposal the only one I confidently evaluate on just the numbers. I believe they could make that guarantee because they are certified partners with Panasonic. The Panasonic HIT panels are one of the most efficient in hot weather (at this time). Since Solup is a certified installer, I have a 25 year manufacture warranty on performance, parts and labor (backed by Panasonic). The install went as planned and fairly smoothly. I just received my first NV Energy bill (August) with my solar panels running the entire month. Last year my bill was $433. This year, my new heat pumps shaved $133 off, and my solar panels shaved $240 off, for a new bill of $58. In AUGUST! IN VEGAS!! Next year it will be less as I will have accumulated credits with NV Energy.

Best Company installing Solar in Las Vegas

Dan was the best rep out of any of the companies who came out and gave me a quote and it was a lot of quotes. He answered all my questions and got me the panels I wanted for the best price. The installers were very nice and professional. Left my home looking great with the panels and did it under a day. It's all been a great experience getting solar on my home. I'd recommend Sol-Up to anyone in Las Vegas looking to get solar.

Best quality installer for Vegas

After starting with company who had good equipment but not good service I had to start over and interview three other local companies in Las Vegas. The prices were all generally consistent but Sol-Up stood out for quality materials, professional staffing, and good value. They were quick when they completing the work they had control over and helpful and patient in getting NVE to do their part. That last part, getting NV energy to do anything, is an unfortunate obstacle but Sol-Up got it all taken care of.

The installation team was top quality.

Dami, Kenton, Grady, Luis B, and Nelson were very professional, they explained what they were doing any why. The team was very neat and cleaned up all of their work items and were very courteous. Highly recommend this company for solar installation.

Excellent Service

We decided to go with Sol-up USA after trying to get quotes from two other companies. The first one was very pushy and said the price he was quoting was only good for that day. The second wouldn't even talk to me without my wife in the room. 0-2 at that point. I then had Sol-up come out for a quote. I don't recall his name, but he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He wasn't pushy and gave me a quote that was good for 30 days if my memory is correct. After we signed, everything moved pretty well along. The delays in the project was caused by NV Energy and not Sol-up. Sol-up even payed one of my electric bill's due to a delay. They also reimbursed me for the charge from NV Energy for disconnecting my power to install a new breaker box. Overall, Sol-up did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone looking to install solar panels.

I spent a number of months researching and interviewing solar companies before deciding on Sol-Up. I found Sol-Up to be very honest, upfront and extremely knowledgeable. The product, service and warranty are all best in the industry from my research. I had no issues what so ever, communication before, during and after installation were excellent.

We had a wonderful experience obtaining solar for our home with Sol-Up! From the moment we contacted the company to meeting with Dan and reviewing the best options for our needs, it was very seamless! We met with a few of their competitors to compare products, warranty and pricing. The overall presentation (personalized and very detailed), the ease of letting us make our decision without pressure (no constant calls or unexpected visits) and the reasonable pricing made it easy for us to make our selection! They made it a very easy process for us by dealing directly with our HOA, pulling the permits and dealing with the power company. We were surprised with how efficient they worked from the time we signed the contract, to installation and even the visit to review their warranty information!
