Shine Solar, LLC

I was impressed with their seamless installation process and professionalism.

Shine solar delivered everything they promised and were very helpful on every step of the process

Great communication with what has proven to be a great company.

Thoroughly impressed so far with Shine Solar. Communications have been great, timely, and clear. All aspects of the project have been carefully explained and all questions answered, from financing, to installation, to operation. I know that for many this seems like a huge cost investment, but so far I am producing more than the expected kW for net metering. I am sure that for each customer the numbers vary, but with this company I think that will be clearly explained for each potential installation.

Solar panels

They sold me a system that was supposed to lower my electric bill but it has not . So I'm paying more money now to pay for the panels and my electric bill stays high. Don't do business with shine solar.

Service

Service was very good from beginning to end I was very impressed by your staff they did what they were going to do they were on time they followed up on whatever needed to be done and I loved it the whole experience was great

Solar Install Crew

All of the crews that have come to the house have been professional and efficient. From the inspection, to the solar install, to the insulation install we have had no complaints. They showed up on time and worked efficiently!

Great Service/Great Product

We recently had Solar panels installed and we are very pleased with the service that they have provided from start to finish. We have only had them a month, and they have dramatically reduced our electric bill. The entire process from start to finish was very professional and thorough.

great job

I liked the fast and accurate way everyone responded. They did a great job.

Great ipb

We just had panels installed at her home. They took her time did great work and spent time explaining the app to me as well over zoom as I was needing to work. Would definitely recommend.

SO FAR SO GOOD!

The process has been as advertised. The installation went smooth. Now waiting to see the billing ramifications.

We have Sunshine!!!

My panels are up and running, and we have sunshine! The salesmen and installers were all nice and friendly. Everyone involved was easy to work with. I've wanted solar for years, I'm glad I chose Sine Solar.

Good Company

I was very pleased with Shine Solar. No High Pressure, Kept me informed throughout the entire process. Installation Crew was top notch. Everything they promised they did, gas generator was delivered during installation, adding more insulation to my attic about a week later, on My Schedule. Front Office people very friendly and always helpful. If you're thinking of going solar I recommend talking to this company!

Very friendly staff

From the beginning everyone has been very friendly and knowledgeable. The unit was installed very efficiently. We just got the unit turned on the end of March, so I really haven't been able to see a significant change in my electric bill. But I haven't received one yet. Also, I think it'll take a couple of months to see any change.

Hvac and solar

They got my hvac working until the new one was installed and helped with some solar layout issues as well very responsive and professional

Overall great experience!

Chase did a great job explaining all the details about how we will save money in the long term. Everyone from sales to installation to customer service was very professional and helpful

I received a new heat and air unit, solar panels and new insulation. The experience is stress free, they kept me informed and the installers had no mess when they were done. Everyone that I dealt with was very nice. 10 for 10.

Shine solar was very willing to answer any questions we had during the process and made sure both my partner and I were fully prepared for the process! I took one star off because I was unaware the install was going to take over 5 hours. It would have been nice if they had warned us. They mostly dealt with my partner, but I feel like they were quick to address anything we brought up.

Shine Solar was awesome from the beginning to the end. In fact we researched over 30 companies and so glad we found them. Not only are they a good company but they hire top people working for them that go out of there way to make sure everything goes smoothly. They are cut above the rest of the other companies out there.

Great Company

Very professional and easy to work with. Very reliable and do exactly what they say they are going to do. If you’re looking to go solar i recommend Shine Solar.

Very professional in and out up and running!

Great company to work with professional and friendly and got the job done much quicker than I expected

Great company to work with. In this day the great customer is service is highly appreciated...I was able to get some home improvements done to help make the solar panels run even better and included in 1 payment Would highly recommend

Could not have asked for better people and company

If you are looking into getting solar panels for your home, I highly recommend Shine Solar. From start to finish, they were very professional, took their time to explain the process to me and always kept me up to date with the process.

Excellent Install!

The Shine Solar team did a great job installing my system and I love seeing my electric usage in the Enphase app.

Solar system not what I thought.

When I looked into this, I sincerely thought this would be a system to provide electricity when the grid went down. NOPE! This is just something to supplement your electric bill. So basically if you get this you need to know that you won't have electricity when the power company provided electricity goes down, you will be without power just like your neighbors. If you want solar to provide electricity when the grid is down look for something besides this. I'm now paying $200/month that I can't afford so that my electricity bill goes down $10-$30/month so if you do the math, I'm throwing away $170ish/month for something that is utterly useless to me. This is literally the biggest and dumbest mistake I have ever made. Talk about regrets. I hope I die in the next couple years. This system is total garbage to me. Please do your own VERY THOUROUGH RESEARCH before you get tied into any solar deals.! Good luck people. Also the insulation guys blowing insulation in my attic busted my bathroom ventilation fan through the ceiling and no one has ever gotten with me to fix it. I've told them about it as well. Keep paying your electric company and stay away from this crap.
