Scam
1-Star Review: Shine Solar LLC – Scammers Who Stole HVAC Units, Then Ghosted Customers My dealings with Shine Solar LLC were a complete disaster. This company stole heating and cooling units from another business and had the audacity to resell them to me at three times the market price. Not only is this outright theft, but it’s a blatant scam that preys on trusting customers. The problems didn’t stop there. When they “installed” the stolen units, the breaker wasn’t even configured correctly, rendering the system unsafe and unusable from day one. I tried repeatedly to contact their so-called “support” team, but they ignored every call, email, and plea for help. It was clear they had no intention of fixing their shoddy work or addressing their unethical behavior. When I finally escalated my complaints, I discovered they’d abandoned their business entirely, leaving customers like me holding the bag. Now I’m stuck with stolen, malfunctioning HVAC equipment I paid thousands for, and zero legal or financial recourse. This reeks of a deliberate scheme to defraud customers before disappearing. Avoid Shine Solar LLC at all costs. They’re thieves, liars, and con artists who destroyed any trust in their name. If they pop up under a new alias, run the other way—their greed and negligence ruined lives, and they deserve every bit of backlash they receive. An absolute disgrace.

Awful experience
I had questioned them about the size of the system they said we needed. They said that the other companies would "over size" the units in order to make more money. I believed them. Sure enough, the 5 KW system is too small. We are paying $155 per month for something that is NOT working and then have to pay our electric bill on top of that. Ends up we are paying more than twice as much for electricity NOW then before we had the solar panels installed! I told them the right thing would be for them to come remove the panels and everything else they did. Have NOT heard from them. I had asked them BEFORE EVER INSTALLING THESE PANELS, what about the electric company? Once the panels are up and running, I should have very low electric bills from the power company as long as I keep running electricity like I have been. This is what the guy told me, "You will never get another bill from your power company!" And he had also mentioned about getting more electricity from the panels than what I use and that would go back to the power company. So then, the power company has to pay ME for that electricity that went to them. Well... another lie. Never happened. Not even close. Again, the system they installed is too small. They wanted to come out here, install some more panels to make it go from 5 kW to 8 kW... which they should have put in in the first place! They had also promised me a generator. Nope. Never got that sent to me either. Also.. according to their app on my phone, the panels have never worked right. For instance, the ones on the ends are "working" but the ones in the middle are not. Or, the one on the end is working and some or one working several down from it but the ones in between are not. Why? Makes no sense. Talk.... all talk. No honesty. Open mouth.... lie.

Don’t use shine solar
Shine Solar Review – A Disappointing and Frustrating Experience I strongly regret choosing Shine Solar for my solar installation. What was supposed to be a straightforward process has turned into a nightmare due to their failure to obtain the necessary permits, as required by our contract. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inability to follow through on commitments have left me frustrated and without a fully operational solar system. From the beginning, I was led to believe that Shine Solar would handle all aspects of the project, including securing the required permits. However, despite multiple attempts to get answers and resolution, I have been met with delays, excuses, and outright neglect. It has become clear that Shine Solar either lacks the ability or the willingness to fulfill their contractual obligations. Beyond the unacceptable delays, their customer service has been unresponsive and dismissive. Whenever I reach out for updates, I receive vague responses or promises that never materialize. I have given them ample opportunities to correct these issues, yet they continue to ignore their responsibilities. At this point, I have no choice but to pursue formal complaints with consumer protection agencies and legal action if necessary. This experience has been an absolute disaster, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of Shine Solar unless they want to deal with endless headaches, broken promises, and unfinished work. If Shine Solar ever decides to act with integrity and complete my project as agreed, I would be happy to update this review. But as of now, my experience has been nothing short of a scam-like ordeal, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable solar provider.

Not so good at support
When I selected Shine Solar, I had a great experience with the installation. The sales person, Sam, was great and the install went in without a hitch. Fast forward 5 years later. My solar went down. I talked to Enphase, the installer, who seemed interested at the time but led me on for 2-3 weeks, with no resolution. I called Shine Solar, who told me they could have a technician there the next day. No one showed up. All I heard was crickets. I called Shine Solar back again. And again. And again. By the way, if you want to talk to a person, you won't if you call Shine Solar. Voicemail only and good luck at getting a response. Enphase finally called me back and scheduled a visit (still wondering if they will show up). Earliest appointment is 3 weeks from now. So my solar will have been out 6 weeks, my electric has tripled because now I'm paying my electric bill and my $318 bill for the solar installation. $65,000 and this is the support you get. Chose another company and save the heartache. Unbelievable!!

Horrible from management to employees
They will lie to you about several things and keep rescheduling things they mess up on! Also they do not support veterans at all and try to extort them when they are clearly at fault and will cancel your contract without your knowledge and send you a bill stating you owe them 5000.00 for doing nothing! They will take pictures within your house showing the layout of your home and some of your personal property without your consent. They will lie to you in front of your face. The manager is hostile when he leaves a message because you are at work or suffer from ptsd! If I could give them negative stats I most definitely would! NEVER TRUST THEM BECAUSE ALL THEY DO IS LIE!

High pressure sales will tell you they should be able to do anything you want to get you to sign the contract that has no protections for the customer if they do not deliver what you want. Then once you get passed the 3 days you have to cancel, they will give you song and dance till eventually they tell you they can't do what you asked for, but hey your locked into the contract and if you don't take what we want to give you, you'll have to pay 10% of the contract price and get nothing. Which is the route I took as it ended up being cheaper to pay them the 10% and hire a different solar vender. It was all cheaper in the end. Also, they Charge almost a 22% service fee up front on loans in addition to the 8-9% interest rate you'll have to pay over the life of your loan. Basically, they are using the government tax credit to subsidize their lending group.

Was a horrible experience from the high pressure sales to the sloppy, overly expensive insulation, to the installation of the panels (and the damage to our new roof, which they refused to take responsibility for!). Panels have been "down" more than they have worked and now to fix THEIR PROBLEM THEY WANT TO CHARGE US! If you are looking for solar panels, pass this RIPP OFF scam on by. I believed the account reps about how solar would make things easier as I prepare for retirement. It was not even close. It took months for service to be installed rain sure didn't help matters, but was not the main issue as it was installed wrong twice. Tried to end service then, but once again a "Manager" assured me they would correct mistakes. Took several more months. Took so long that I made 2-3 payments on loan before I got any solar return. I was told they would reimburse me for payments made by my rep Michael. Still no reimbursement after several months. Weather caused a power outage and our home generator which we bought from Shine did not work. Came out 3 times and last service person could not figure out what was wrong(He said it was wired incorrectly). Used one of my extension cords to supply power and said they would be back out to fix. It has been several months and nothing. If I could have system removed I would in a heart beat! They are scam artists taking advantage of older people!

We dealt with a Salesperson/engineer named Ray. We have had empty promises from the beginning. From where they can place panels, bigger watt panels because they had to move them to the car port, asked the fee to get out of this nightmare and he said $1500 and then it was$ 2600. Said I was hard to get a hold of. Excuses me for my daughter having emergency surgery when you wanted to talk or meetings be cause I work for a Domestic violence and Sex Assault Center putting a fundraising Gala together, plus 2 other jobs. He supposedly has been working on this since May. Still don't have a systems and yes there been design changes because of empty promises. But then don't hear from him for long stretchs. I was then told to get over my esthetics of my home by him. I now asked for a supervisor. Talked with her yet all I get is you signed the contract so nothing we can do. Talked to the head engineer same thing we signed the contract. I am expected to uphold my end yet nothing from this company. Talked with head engineer Friday he said we need to resign some stuff for the financial part. He say they will call next week. I explain I am super busy with a fundraiser and may not be available till Friday before I can do anything. He say well we need to get it moving. I say fine get the stuff over to me tonight. I explain last time we had an issue with the identity part because the ask question I never been associated with. So do the questions it fails, call number for the financial company. They give me the run around. Finally get an email send ID. Explain this to Solar supervisor. She says to call. Excuses me I already told you I called. So, over this company glad other have had a better experience than us. I wish I could get out of this nightmare, and it not cost me $2600 for their empty promises. What happened to good trust worthy companies. I sure the owner would not be happy with this but then again maybe this is not a concern. I be very careful before using this company.

If they also tell you that you get a refund on your taxes, its a lie. You get a rebate, not a refund. The rebate goes towards your taxes, and has no cash dollar value.

Shady Company
The integrity of this company is as low as it gets. To start the Salesman Brandon tried to sale me a system with HVAC include at a cost of double what the HVAC systems should cost. I canceled that contract and Brandon came back with a second proposal of additional panels minus the HVAC systems at a lower cost. I expressed concerns about the amount of panels not being enough to cover my energy needs but he insisted that it would and all i would pay the energy company is the connect fee which runs $12 a month. Unfortunately this is not the case with the Months of July and August my electric bill was over $360 plus the solar payment of $240. I attempted to reach out to Brandon to see why this was the case but did not receive a reply , i also put a question on messenger but got no reply as well. It wasn't until I put negative reviews on their Facebook page that i got a response from anyone. Brandon finally reached out saying that he asked me for a copy of my Bill which he never did. Another gentlemen reached out and attempted to tell ne my system was working as sold and there was nothing they could do for me. After several more negative reviews on their Page, the Chief of Staff reached out and stated she wanted to help with my issue and to send her copies of my bills and she would have someone call me the following Monday. The following Monday comes and goes and no call so i give it a couple of days and text her to ask if she had forgotten about me. She finally replied and said that Mark would be calling me. He called me and stated he was going to look over my bills and get back with me the following Monday. Monday comes and goes with no call so on Wednesday I text the COS and she states that he will be calling. Thursday comes and goes and no call so i text her again and she reads the text but does not reply. It was until after i posted some additional negative reviews on their page that they finally called me on the following Monday. She stated that they had tried to call me last week but i did not answer. This was a lie cause i have no record of them calling. She was trying to cover her tracks to make it looks like she cared. She stated that they cared about their customers and that's why she was on the phone with me only after i blew them up on Facebook. She then proceeded to tell me that the system was working as sold even though I was spending over $360 for my electric bill. That it was my fault for using more energy those Months even though it was no more than the previous years month. I asked why they did not sell me enough panels to cover my energy needs and she then asked if i wanted to buy more panels. So why did they not just sell me the panels to begin with if this is what i needed?? This company is a Scam and they continuously lie to their customers. Avoid this company and find a more honest one to deal with.

Consumer Warning to Other Consumers Considering Shine Solar
I would like to warn other consumers from signing contracts with Shine Solar during initial sales calls and to give yourself many weeks to months of educating yourself about solar and Shine Solar's pricing and business tactics. I wish I had done better research into this company and I'm amazed at how many complaints I've come across and a clear pattern of unhappy consumers and a way of doing business that seems predatory when they don't get their way. I responded to an email in June 2023 claiming to provide me a no hassle estimate and it shortly lead to daily calls and emails to sign a contract. I have a family member who has cerebral palsy and I wanted to find a way to eliminate electrical bills for him if anything ever happened to me. I'm now being threatened with legal action and I've never even had any services performed. Unfortunately my site inspection took place a week after my sales call so it caused problems with the legal right to cancel a contract after 3 days of having a site inspection. I believe this is done intentionally to wait more than 3 days because why would a person cancel if they haven't even received the true costs of the project or loan. Once I received the email providing the true costs of loan sheet required under federal law I let Shine Solar know I didn't want to proceed. Soon after my sales call I sent several emails and texts letting Shine Solar know I've run into some issues with moving forward and asked them not to order any materials and thought I was being thoughtful to help eliminate their costs if I changed my mind. I did change my mind and now the Account Manager in charge at Shine Solar is stating he will be coming after me for 10% of the whole system that was never even installed. I've tried to offer a reasonable payment for any time spent by their sales team but that isn't acceptable to Shine Solar and they plan to take legal action against me for $4,853.40. I've not had a system installed and only had a tech come to my home to gather measurements. The account manager explained to me they have incurred costs for panels even though I asked them not to order any panels until I've made up my mind. He told me they've incurred costs in permitting although the county has no permits filed or my electric company. He told me they cannot just re-use my panels on another project although the sales person told me they use the same type panels for every job. I'm not claiming Shine Solar has done anything illegal. I would just like to warn other consumers the business practices used when somebody changes their mind after a sales call. Please beware of this company! Just because a company may have a legal right to bill someone penalty fees does not make it right or good business practices and I truly don't want to see anyone else get into the same position I've gotten into with this company. Shine Solar sees this as good business practices but I see this as predatory to bill a customer for costs a business didn't truly incur. In this day in time a consumer should be able to change their mind if services haven't actually been rendered. Beware because it all sounds very good and makes sense during the sales presentation but unless your an expert in solar or very educated in how your electric company compensates you for power not used, it can take time to learn all this stuff. The sales team provided me with false information during the presentation regarding compensation from my power company. I don't believe I was intentionally misled and just believe the sales person wasn't aware of my electric companies policies. Shine Solar is an out-of-state company providing services in many states so they just weren't aware of local policies that affected the overall costs of the system and therefore provided me with information that sounded better than it was. Those policies for compensating power not used actually made the panels more costly than just purchasing a certain amount of power back after so many KWH's generated. I responded to a simple email for an estimate and now I'm being threatened with litigation with a company who wants $4,853.40 for doing practically nothing and I still have no solar system on my house and now I'm having to pay an attorney to represent me. It's very hard for me to believe Shine Solar has incurred such costs and when I asked for a breakdown of their costs so I could review and pay anything reasonable I was told they don't have to provide anything but a contract. In my opinion the site visit should be free anyways to provide you your estimate and to comply with Oklahoma sales person laws. I could tell this company has this move down very well and this is how they handle any customers changing their minds and deciding to wait. If there's any chance at all you may change your mind I would caution you not to sign anything and I would also encourage you to go with a company that provides high quality panels and is local and familiar with your electric company to avoid unexpected problems.

Poor followup and warranty repair
Shine Solar advertises 24/7/365 )lifetime monitoring. What they don't say is that there is no follow-up to the monitoring. One of my inverters went bad causing me to lose production on 29 solar panels on January 17th. It was not until mid-March I noticed the production loss. Shine Solar had recorded the inverter loss of communication, but DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. After complaining, it took another 10 days for a technician to arrive. He reset the breaker and smoke and fire gushed out of the inverter. He said he had replaced a bunch of these recently because of a bad design. The inverter is under warranty, but he said it may take up to 5 weeks to get another inverter, then maybe another two weeks to schedule the work. I have two inverters, so I asked if he would just replace them both before the second one caught fire and damaged my home. He said they probably wouldn't do that. I called the providing company, Solar Edge and asked their customer service why they just couldn't replace them both. He said that was a good idea, he would ask and let me know....that was 5 days ago. Still waiting. Still waiting for replacement inverter, the installation and worried now my house may burn down... This is not a company I would recommend to anyone.

ZERO Service after the sale!
DON'T DO IT!! Customer service after the sale is ZERO! I paid over $40,000 for my panels and I should have Cancelled the contract BEFORE the 3 day waiting period was up. Even after I was locked in I had a VERY difficult time connecting with anyone once I was ready to have my system installed. It was so hard to contact anyone that I finally had to go through the sales department to complain and get a response. It was so bad that I was ready to pay the "10%" fee to break the contract. It was so bad they gave me a $1000 cash rebate over the rebate I had already received. They "promised" me I would not be disappointed in the service if I continued with installation. I agreed to proceed. The installers arrived and I was informed they were using a new "mounting system" and I was the first to get it (they were training on the new install method on my home). Less than 4 months after installation I noticed some endcaps from the framing were falling off. A few months later I noticed wires sticking out of the bottom of the support frame and some wires exposed at the ends of the mounting system. I contacted customer service on June 7th 2022. On June 8th I received this response; "I will send that over to my service department." On July 17th I had heard nothing and sent the following; "It has been over a month since I informed you of the endcaps of my solar panel brackets coming off and exposed wires. I have heard NOTHING from Shine Solar. I paid $40,000 to you and expect better service. This must be rectified IMMEDIATELY!" It is now September 12 and still no response.

My monthly solar payments are $184.94 and I saved a whopping $19.42 on my electric bill. Why in hell would someone want to pay more in solar payments than the actual electric bill would have been otherwise. Also, they suggested I trim/remove trees that are blocking where THEIR ENGINEERS put the panels. The cost to remove the trees is $3000.00 I asked TJ how long it would take me to generate enough solar to justify this expense because they put them under the trees and on the wrong side of the house. Also, after the sale it is less painful to pull your teeth with a pair of pliers than get a call back from them. Sign here, thank you, go to hell.

Bad experience, false information
First exposure to ShineSolar, and at the beginning of the process everything seemed normal and going well. After installation completed the first bad moment occurred, it was when I would leave work to meet with the inspectors at a time they scheduled and wait at home for 1-2 hours with no one showing up. This happened multiple times. My work is in healthcare and I work for one of the few large hospital in the city. Like many other hospital across the country and world there is a shortage of care to patient load. At this time I worked seven days of the week averaging ten hours a day or more. I try really hard to cooperate with ShineSolar and the utility company, unfortunately yield no success. After never meeting the final inspection I wrote a review on google with my disbelief. Shortly after my panels miraculously started working with never meeting this inspector I've been trying relentlessly to meet. Prior, the system was not working for approximately three months and I was being charged by ShineSolar for payments while also being billed by the grid. For only one month, the month prior to the panel working, I received a solar report showing I generated energy while all this was going on. Of course my anger cause me to review and coincidentally the panel work shortly after. The worst part is yet to come. First I must tell that I was informed by ShineSolar that when I have leftover energy that I do not consume it'll be store by the grid and I'll either be able to pull from there or distribute to the grid and be compensated accordingly to the market price. ( - an example given to me, if i don't consume the energy I generated it'll go to the grid and they'll store it and at night when I need it the grid will deliver back what I did not use). This ability to pull or distribute have never been done or am I able to. I review my contract I "signed" and I notice that my contract stated that I am not eligible to do such. The action by ShineSolar to their words is untrue, false, unfaithful, unreliable, fabricated, overall I will not trust them. They do not look for the customer's best interest. Additional information: I have a 7 kW system installed for over $37,000. Definitely sounds unfair, unreasonable and unjustified. I've done some stupid things in my life, and no doubt everyone have. To TRUST them is by far the STUPIDEST thing I've done. Maybe I drew a bad stick of the bunch when it came to overall experience, in their defense. The panel installation team was the only positive. Really hope no more people have to endure such regret. The contract is what matters at the end of the day, a he-said-she-said, is nothing in solidarity. I believed in them and they abused my trust. Then again that's modern capitalism and I do hope and believe karma will return in a way or form to those who lie for their own gains. God bless and hope the best.

Grossly Over Estimated Savings
I was happy with every aspect of the process of getting solar with Shine, other than the fact that their proposal grossly over estimated the savings my home would receive. Our proposal stated savings of 79% on our current utility bill. After over a year, the reduction in energy usage is just over 30%. When I asked them about their guarantee on savings, they stated that much of the energy reduction on my utility bill from their proposal was based on efficiency gains, which they don’t guarantee. Now my family is $100/month in the hole from where we started. Shine will not return my phone calls.

Dubious, scam artists that deflect and deceive
My biggest regret is that I can not give this company less than 1 star. System was installed, much like Mr. Hardin's system (Watonga, OK), after an engineer designed a system that was supposed to provide 95% of my power usage. What I got was a system that did not work for 8 months, a refusal by SHINE SOLAR to send a technician out to my location to service said system, claiming "Act of God", lol. Shortly after that, I received an estimate for repairs from SHINE SOLAR, Hmmmmm, how do they know what is wrong if they didn't come out to look at the damage? After 8 months of trying to work with SHINE SOLAR to get the system back online, I called ENPHASE, the parent company, and they quickly replaced all my warranty parts that had been damaged and assigned a NEW SERVICE PROVIDER. It was discovered that during the installation, SHINE SOLAR INSTALLERS put sheet metal screws into my roof that now leaks, there was no sealant put on any fitting or the sheet metal screws in the roof, causing it to leak. This shoddy installation caused my home to be disqualified from an energy efficiency program offered by my local energy company because of the leak in the roof. There was no sealant put on the fittings to the combiner box which allowed water to get in and destroyed the electronic part ENVOY and some of the diodes were blown as well. In addition, my system is not producing what I was promised, and when I filed a complaint with the BBB. SHINE SOLAR TOLD THEM THAT ENPHASE REPLACED MY WARRANTY PARTS ERRONEOUSLY. Who is Shine Solar to determine the warranty held by another company? Why didn't they send a technician out when my system was offline instead of sending me a $3620 estimate for repair? BTW, everything that needed repair was under warranty!! If you read their "production guarantee, professional (lol) workmanship guarantee (lmao), and their lifetime monitoring agreement" you will see that they failed miserably. The worst part is, they double down on the lie with BBB. Enphase has been provided with a copy of the BBB complaint, where the Shine Solar representative stated that they should not have replaced my warranty parts. Pretty interesting that Enphase asked for a copy of that written statement. After all this, my system still doesn't produce what they promised, I have a leak in my roof, and their reply is "Call us we will take care of the problem." Why don't they just take care of it? Why do I need to call them? They have my phone number and email address and they know what is wrong. Why does SHINE SOLAR keep saying that ENPHASE was wrong to replace my parts that were under warranty? Why won't they uphold their own agreement? I find it interesting that they use the phrase "Act of God" to cover everything!!! LMAO! We are ALL an ACT OF GOD. That is just the way they absolve themselves from the responsibility for their substandard workmanship, horrible customer service (shame on you!), and cavalier attitude. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, YOU ARE SCREWED. Oh, and check the IP addresses on these reviews, it too is very interesting. IN short, pass this company by. There are lots of better folks to deal with, SHINE SOLAR, In my opinion, is a horrible company. I BET THEY REPLY TO THIS WITH "CALL US, IF WE DID IT, WE WILL FIX IT"

Would never recommend
In 2020 I inquired about a solar install, after discussion we made a deal on 22 panels to be installed on my steel shop building. And an additional 2 hvac systems to be installed in our home. The install took place in late summer. Everything appeared to be working well and then in late October a winter storm came through the area and caused a large ice build up on the solar panels and caused my steel shop building roof to collapse to a total loss stand point. Shine solar of course claimed that it was not their fault for issue. I find that hard to believe that they are free of fault when they chose the shop to put the panels on as well as sent out engineers to verify it was suitable for such an addition. The building had been built for many years prior to this and within a couple months of the install it was flat on the ground. I’m very grateful this was not my home where my family is in. This review could’ve went a very different direction. Fast forward nearly one year later and they finally have reinstalled the panels on the new shop building. Very long process after you cut the initial check. Very poor follow up communication and support. I requested a ground mount for the reinstall and they quoted several thousand dollars to do such. Even after I had already paid more than most people’s vehicle for the first install as well as stuck with the bill to rebuild the steel shop building. In the end I still had to pay an additional $600 to replace bent and broken parts just to get the panels reinstalled. I felt this process was absolutely terrible and would never recommend this company for anything at all. If I wasn’t in the hole on this original purchase so greatly I would just cancel the whole plan all together. Please take my experience as an example of the bad side of this company.
Response from Shine Solar, LLC
Tyler, first I would like to say I am very sorry to hear about your shop. I can't imagine how devasting that would be. I can assure you we would never install a system if we felt the building could not handle it to avoid causing any sort of damages such as this. Your shop had almost perfect irradiance for a solar system and could fit a larger system than your home, giving you the most benefit from solar possible, which is why we felt that would be the best placement. If there were any indication that this loss was a fault of Shine Solar's, I can assure you we would've taken responsibility for this. I would like to apologize for any lack of communication or support in this matter. We strive to deliver the best customer experience possible and I am very sorry that this was not given to you. I would like to ask that you please contact one of our customer relations team members at 844-807-4463 to speak about this matter further so we can continue to improve our processes at Shine Solar and ensure the best experience possible.

Shine Solar Sucks
Shine Solar sucks. My panels look like total crap and don't produce anywhere the energy I was promised. No follow-up by anyone to determine my level of satisfaction. I am extremely disappointed in that I'm the first person in a very affluent neighborhood to apply with the HOA for solar and I was approved. Shine Solar screwed the pooch.
Response from Shine Solar, LLC
Lawrence, it is my understanding that you purchased solar skins to go over the solar panels in an attempt to match your shingles. I am sorry to hear if you do not like their appearance now, they can always be removed from the solar panels if you would like! I see as well that your system has only been on for a little over a month and is producing so far exactly what we have estimated it to produce. We guarantee the production of your system on an annual basis, so if your system does not produce the guaranteed amount of energy, you will be compensated. If you are needing assistance or have questions about your system and its production guarantee, please feel free to contact our customer relations department at 844-276-4947, they would be more than willing to answer any questions or assist with any concerns you may have. I apologize if there was any missed communication or you feel your concerns have not been heard. Our customer relations department or anyone you have worked with along the way at Shine Solar would be more than willing to hear you out and try to resolve your concerns as best we can. Thank you for leaving us your feedback so we can continue to improve our processes.
